About Gilles from Malta: I love MC so much she is a real artist for me regarding the music the lyrics and her ability to sing her feelings and emotions. In my opinon sometimes we, Fans around the world are too 'Greedy' and we ask for her too much. New album, new TOUR, more and more and faster and faster. An artist for me needs his time to create and to feel. Thank you MC for sharing your talent and your SOUL. The Elusive Chanteuse was an amazing Album by the way

Infamous (66,829) by Gilles from Malta I like it after 2 listens there is a kind of simplicity in the song and her voice that I am really appreciating. The auto tune à la The Dream (like the song: falsetto and the album Memoirs Of The Imperfect Angel) the song is perfect for Empire. I though it would have been a song à la It's Like That. I understand people who were expecting for more because we always want the best and the most exceptional from MC but for once I am satisfied to not have all MC's assets in one song. Whatever, Jean Jacques Goldman has just changed his mind for a song and not for a whole album as he did. I am just reporting his own words a few years ago from an interview that he did on French radio. My mum is a Jean Jacques Goldman fan, that's why, I am French lol. Anyway, she is not a writer or a musician, that's the point I respect her as a good singer that won a contest as a voice with longetivity (Eurovision) that's it, but she is not a full artist. It is so easy to have everything made and to just sing. So many talented people can do that. (Tuesday 24 May 2016; 15:09)

Celine Dion vs Mariah (62,587) by Gilles from Malta Just a few records regarding Céline. She has a beautiful voice and can sing in a beautiful way. That's it. She doesn't write, she doesn't produce. She is talented but Céline Dion's albums are not made as Mariah. We can not really compare them. Céline did stop singing in French for the moment because the producer, writer Jean Jacques Goldman doesn't want to work for her anymore. He did produce and write music and lyrics for her successful hits in French and English on many I mean many many albums. Carol King as well. Céline is a very good and talented singer. I would say interpret. Not a full artist. But now, a full artist, does it still exist? So let's get a bit real. I mean I would say "Icon for the best music Interpret in the industry". Ok? Beautiful (61,887) by Gilles from Malta Finally here we can feel a bit of warm heat here in France. In the car I still enjoy the song Beautiful, it is fresh, smooth, the remixes are very pow, the Spanglish version make it exotic, the rap version make it current. Anyway Me I Am Mariah The Elusive Chanteuse playing in the car when the sun is there is just a beautiful extasy. Article: Seven albums to stop the apocalypse (61,564) by Gilles from Malta I love Glitter. She was so much in advance to bring the 80's music back but the world wasn't ready, it needed like 15 years to bring that type of music back to life with Pharelle and Marc Ronson and others. Anyway this album is better than Rainbow for sure, I mean regarding my taste of music. Regarding the aliens, I hope they got like big suitcases because there are quite a lot of treasures and artists here. Have a nice weekend. (Sunday 24 April 2016; 6:56)

Butterfly vs MIAM (61,474) by Gilles from Malta I love MIAM for me it is one of her best work for long time. Regarding Butterfly it is a very good album as well, but it is difficult to compare an album from 1997 vs 2014. On the other hand I would say that Butterfly's lyrics are very good compare to MIAM, I mean more mature, more poetic with a lot of metaphors. MIAM is so good for my ears even the lyrics are not bad compare to E=MC2 and Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel (I am not saying there are bad, I am just saying different, I am not a real big fan of The Dream collaboration and other produced stuff, I prefer a voice and the music). I would say we are really lucky cause each album are different with another area. I am very happy that she did change after Daydream and Music Box cause it was sounding the same. Before touring she said that she is going to sing differents songs from her repertoire and adapt the setlist to the countries. In fact in Luxembourg "Anytime you need a friend" was number 100 for like a month and a half and she didn't sing a single note of it. Anyway we are just happy that she performed here. Re: Reality show (60,410) (60,414) by Gilles from Malta Hello, yes a documentary of this kind, putting the artist side first row. Creativity from scratch, rehearsal, working on samples, making some sequences, working on remixes or working on some demos, ideas from MC and differents musicians or producers, collaboration with others artists, details from the tracks. Something we can find for example in the TV show Empire (that's why I think it is so popular), some raw moments, piano and voice (I realized that everybody enjoyed the performance in Vegas of Thank God I Found You, because it is a raw moment and she let the emotions and her voice go), or for example everybody turned very excited when we got the trailer for The Art Of Letting Go shot as a vintage movie, MC in front of an orchestra that was wow. What I want to say, now a day we all know MC from the outside, TV, magazines, web and other media, but I would prefer to know her in a better way from the inside. That's one of the reason why I loved her when she started. We have that connection only when we have a new album because of the lyrics and her music. Anyway I hope it will happen. Reality show (60,397) by Gilles from Malta This is only my own opinion so please people who are excited about this new project do not jump on me cause of this. Certainly due to my age reality shows do not excite me at all. Regarding Mariah I am not really into her personal life style or weight or wardrobe or even behind the scene. Reality shows for me are, for sure not real at all, but "a made up story". I love Mariah Carey the artist more than her celebrity side. I would love to see her in the studio making an album from A to Z from lyrics until music until finished product. Talking track by track. Not behind the scenes of Vegas but the artist in studio with a live and acapella and acoustic session. Thanks to all the gossip and all the cheap magazines we know how Mariah can be funny, people who think that MC is not funny they have never watched the Touch My Body video clip or Boy I Need You or others. TEOM vs MIAM The Elusive Chanteuse (60,082) by Gilles from Malta Like a lot of people here I love The Emancipation of Mimi. WBT was a hit, it's like that was so good and Urban and the others tracks were very good, and the remixes of "Say something" were excellents as "My all". I must say that I still think and love Me I Am Mariah The Elusive Chanteuse, because it was and is a really good album. There was a touch of everything that I love about MC and it is her last current album. The Emancipation Of Mimi is a reference as an achievement of good songs and good promotion. The Elusive Chanteuse did lack of promotion and marketing but regarding me it is a really good album. Having a next number one, it is not a priority on my side. If she realeases a body of work and art like her last album, I will feel very satisfy and proud. My expectations are very limited, I've just hoped that she will sing on her next album something like Jazz as lullaby of birdland don't explain and will use more real instruments as an orchestra than electro. On the other hand I would love that she makes a tour singing different songs than number one's. It is funny to say but I can not listen at them anymore, I am done with them even if I still like them, I just do not love them anymore, it is passé and repetitive. Have a nice week everybody. He compares himself to someone who is fighting to achieve in music and her mum's achievement. The phrases were MC is mentioned he is singing this. I still feel as a Greek in my stuning car. I am not a new rich, I was a old poor guy. Everybody knows my name, I ve gained weight as Mariah Carey. MC and Rihanna (59,950) by Gilles from Malta I am very glad and happy for Mrs R. because it is such a difficult way to achieve today. When we listen R's number 1 we can feel a different trend, another type of music, others types of beats, very electro mixed with hip hop and pop standard. Regarding the lyrics they are quiet dark that I qualify as tragic love, tough life, difficulties inside the society. On the other hand MC is a mixed and a source of inspiration through different styles of music, she can adapt to every trend or style of music with a MC touch, her lyrics are about love, desire, hope, breakdown, hope, faith, break up. R. will be like MC, I mean a prisoner of her number 1's. After every top there is a down. MC knows how to face that situation. Now Mariah is an icon, a classic singer and a legend she writes most of her lyrics and produces her own material, that is more difficult to get that title than to have a trending number 1 made by a lot of collaborators and producers. I am not worried at all. Mariah is a legend, Rihanna is a trend. (Tuesday 23 February 2016; 8:17)
