About Amber C from USA: 19, Mariah fanatic. Used to be a twitter lamb, not anymore :)

Dont get upset by my post, we all love her here (50,873) by Amber C from USA
Just because all of Mariah's competition and colleagues have left the industry does not mean we have to compare her to Madonna in any way. They are not from the same era. Mariah's era was people like Tony Braxton, Shaniah Twain, you get the idea. Lol. There's no one to compare her to since she's the only one still going. Mariah has her market all to herself. It's her fault for not using this to her advantage tbh. I think Mariah is going through mental situations, possibly borderline personality disorder. I've been really studying her ever since I took the course (I'm no expert). One can not explain the current state she's in, from the way she acts to the way she dresses, she has too much baggage from the past still lamenting and fermenting in her brain. The woman Mariah today is not the same woman Nick married 6 years ago and certainly not the Mariah from 10 years ago, and so forth (has nothing to do with wisdom or age). Guys stop being closed minded and realize she probably is going through something more serious that we make it out to be. My theory on her right know is that she's discovered that she is "old" now, there for she has let herself go just to come to terms with it. Her assistance in black right next to her in the TMZ video looks better than Mariah (with that stupid glove). And that's just for starters.

Adam, the race issue is no issue at all (50,730) by Amber C from USA
So if Mariah worked with only white individuals would that be a problem? She sings RnB know, and Mariah sticks to her friends and who she knows because for some reason she doesn't seem to entrust her career with managers or producers who aren't black, why judge? it is what it is, there really isn't any reason to mention the race of her friends. By mentioning race are you implying that she would have success if she worked with another race? I hope not darling.

To Adam: you are a little late with those strong feelings (50,706) by Amber C from USA
Your most recent post is an example of how Mariah could be doing everything right, yet she still gets criticism. We haven't even heard the finale product; the fruits of her labor yet you are already judging. Amazing. Smh.

In responce to Babe from Sweden (50,649) by Amber C from USA
Mariah has influenced my makeup more than my style. When I was finally old enough to wear makeup I arched my eyebrows like a rainbow like Mariah has them, and to this day the makeup in the "We belong together" video is my blueprint. Lol. I am not even big on wearing make up, but that era was Mariah's best makeup era. The Glitter Charmbracelet era was Mariah's best hair era (the short hair with the bangs were everything), and debut Mariah (before the "turtle necks") was my favorite fashion era, her body. A girl can only dream.

My mistake (50,641) by Amber C from USA
Im sorry for even bringing up The Beatles. Lol. But my Beatles talk stemmed from my post about the #1s. When I referenced Mariah and The Beatles in the same sentence I was referring to the #1s. I don't mean to personally attack anyone. Tbh I keep fellow board members names in my head, but when I get to wrting the message I discard names. Please stop getting offended and if you aren't cool. I put love in everything I write for the love of Mariah.

Well not to discredit The Beatles but Mariah is the best (50,623) by Amber C from USA
But on the contrary, I still want to defend my point that Mariah is better than The Beatles. Her 1 head is stronger that all their 5 heads. Do you realize Mariah keeps songs away from industry people? Do you realize that Mariah wrote way more that 16 songs in the span of 2009-2013. We haven't heard the best of her lyrical genious darling. There were even rumours she was saving the best so that Def Jam wouldn't try to put it on Chanteuse. But that's just her lyricism. Her voice is #1 or #2 in our recent history. Tell me, are The Beatles in the top 10 of singers? Mariah's voice is an instrument on its own as well. And last but not least The Beatles were a political, governmental, cultural machine. They had everyone on their side. They were like Beyonce of the time. In the media's eyes they were the heroes. And then you look at Mariah. She is not the medias hero, or the one the government uses to get peoples attention, she's the people's diva. The people made her, she loves the people, and tbh nobody is letting her go.

It was out of humor dahhling (50,622) by Amber C from USA
Someone on this board was offended by my "#1's don't matter" post. I apologize, but please, it was so light hearted, and this is not a Beatles page so I felt that my fellow readers would find my post even slightly humerous. I did not discredit The Beatles out of seriousness, let me me make this clear. Carry on.

#1's don't matter (50,606) by Amber C from USA
#1s don't matter. Mariah has eighteen, but has over 50 songs that many may say were better than the #1s. She's a true legend, she's bigger than The Beatles , no one goes around singing their songs, and they are 5 people, yet they aren't 5x better. Lol enough of that. Anyway I do believe Mariah has been preparing for 2015 for a while now. I do believe she wants at least 1 more #1. It all makes sense. New music will be her promo for Vegas. We are certainly getting new music soon. She is reconnecting with fans through fan pages so that hopefully this time the numbers add up and voilĂ , a #1. Lol just a thought folks.

This gem, happy music (50,460) by Amber C from USA
I love this Mariah song because it's one of her more uplifting songs. I hope Mariah can get back to happier times and happy music. Off of Chantues Supernatural was the only uplifting song I think. Anyway, I'm leaving this here. Enjoy.

"Mariah wants a bigger booty" (50,288) by Amber C from USA
Lol. Mariah no. I hope this is just a rumour. This will ruin her image if she starts looking like a "thot" as they call them. This is false right? On the other hand, Mariah probably can't get over Nick yet and well you know what black men like (some).

The systematic #19 (50,185) by Amber C from USA
Since the Elusive Chanteuse was released there were always rumors that Mariah was giving Island the scrap of her material. Also Mariah has a collection of songs she's written but never used. If Mariah is ready and wants she could get a #19. I believe that this is the only thing that would cancel the bad performances and the slightly tainted legacy. And if she's partnering with L.A. Reid I know for sure that another #1 is in the hopes. number ones aren't everything. But we are in a new decade, and how amazing would it be for Mariah to have #1s for 3 generations? And also the tour is called #1's, it's 2015, a pivotal year. I believe she can do it.

Coinsidence? (50,059) by Amber C from USA
Someone in the comments below pointed out that Aretha was Whitney's Godmother. Well then I remembered that Patti Labelle is Mariah's Godmother. Hmm interesting right? Also, Mariah has always had connections, the problem was non of the people around her believed in her for what ever reason (which I can't beleive, but I'm guessing it was her diva personality she had since she was a child). If Patti Labelle is your Godmother, and your stepfather and you brother had connections, why was it so hard for Mariah considering her level of talent and beauty? Please shed light on this someone.

Well, it seems as though I have bashed Mariah, but I can't stop now (49,588) by Amber C from USA
I thought we left the glove in 2014 Mariah. I though we left the limp wavy hair there aswell. I thought we left [censored] and the lipping there aswell. I'm so disappointed to be honest. When you hear people talking about Mariah they are either saying very mean and disrespectful things, or their defending the foolishness. It's odd. Does she have internet, or is she still sheltered from the truth? At her age she shouldn't be sheltered although she still needs assistance to walk. I hope the diva act disappears soon and very soon. Mariah, you were a diva in the Emancipation era 10 years ago. Let it go. Don't cheapen yourself anymore, you're a full grown woman, and not a girl at all anymore, and you are not 12. We wonder where her friends and team are in all this mess, but we are acting just like them, making excuses for a 45 year old woman who needs to get her life together again. She needs to go on a self discovery trip because I have to ask: Who is Mariah Carey? Where is she?

One of the real problems here (49,587) by Amber C from USA
One of the biggest problems/issues Mariah is facing is her (drum roll) drinking. Yes, theres nothing wrong with being happy/jubilant and loose, but Mariah, being that she doesn't hold a regular 9 to 5 like the rest of us adults. [censored] She has her own wine company, she loves the liquor. [censored]. Another drumroll. [censored] She needs to seek help. TBH I feel that's the only issue. Once she gets that under control, her emotions, actions, singing, dressing, faith, style, judgment will all come to her again. She has lost it. This is the truth, this is true, so don't deny it. Racine, Trey, etc, her "friends" are smooching off of her. They see her demise, they see her downfall yet I can assure you they have done nothing to help. They may actually be enablers. [censored] [censored] The back ground singers, the pianist, they all knew it, you could see it on their faces. "Just Mariah being Mariah." And it's sad tbh. That is all I have to say for now. Goodnight Mariah. [censored] Why do you think JLo, Kimora, and a ton of others look younger and better than her, all of a sudden age has caught up with her. Mariah has good genes (look at her mother, sister, and brother).

My theory to some of this mess (49,541) by Amber C from USA
So I will keep it straight forward. Some people around Mariah do not like her. I feel like she is being bullied. Mariah puts on this boss/diva persona, when really she is a shy almost submissive type. This quality hurt her in both her marriages, being that she wasn't a strong woman/emotional with little ol' Nick. Anyway, back to the point. She had wardrobe changes, and every time she would come out there would be technical difficulties? Why? Someone behind the scenes is messing with her.

Only speculation, I repeat only speculation (49,482) by Amber C from USA
Mariah recently had dinner with LA Reid. This could mean something, as in a change of management. Second, one of you mentioned that Lyles was Mariah's Manager. Well, have you guys seen the butterfly beverage lately? Well, if Mariah says she has no manager, then she has no manager. We love to sugar coat things, but I hope Mariah can get her self together, because although she has work and gigs coming in, lets just say, she's not high in demand right now, not even in her own industry. After Vegas, and after Mariah begins her new 12 years, I hope she transitions from music to acting, almost permanently. Everyone loves to give "has beens" like Christina Aquilera so much shade, but she is nominated for a Grammy and had new music coming. I believe she knows what she is doing, in a way that Mariah does not. Mariah does not have a good team around her what so ever (does she even have a team?). If she did, 2011-2012 Mariah would have recreated her look and sound alittle. Her art would have evolved. Mariah has not evolved since the Emancipation era, when the diva took over her entire body.

A little light hearted message (49,405) by Amber C from USA
So Lord knows the next time we will see Morrocan Scott and Monroe, they'll probably be eighteen, when they are no longer under parental guidance. But pertaining to little miss Monroe, I don't want to jump the gun, but I do believe she has the talent in her. I believe she will be just as talented as her mother. For example, she has Mariah's "loud" pitched voice. Even when Monroe isn't loud her voice is big. Next example, during her Australian debut in Supernatural, did you guys realize her little hand moving in that "wax on, wax off motion" Mariah does? I did. Maybe im overjoyed for no reason, but I do believe Monroe is her mother 10x.

Ethan, on the other diva (49,187) by Amber C from USA
I heard somewhere that Jennifer Lopez is also going to Vegas. Is this true? And if it is what a coincidence.

Mariahs very first TV apearance of the new year (49,176) by Amber C from USA
So excited to see Mariah on Ellen tomorrow. My hope is that I can catch the clips online asap since I cant watch it on TV. I hope it's news other than Vegas since Vegas is at the end of the year. I'm also hoping for a new Mariah look, perhaps something fresh and drastic lol. I'm also hoping dembabies come along, since we haven't seen them as of late. I will be expecting Nick Cannon questions, but I doubt Ellen will touch on the lip-singing accusations (since she really likes Mariah). I hope you all are as excited as I am. Lol.

Gone are the days when Mariah liked communicating on social medias, sadly (49,098) by Amber C from USA
Who are these "Mariah people", who work for Mariah? I sometimes get the feeling Mariah is in lala land as the handlers steer her career this way and that way. Sometimes I truly wonder if she reads fan blogs or twitter. I don't want to hear: "Oh she's a mom, oh she's busy, or it's too negative." Guess what? the current stars/artists are very in touch with their fan bases. Even Britney Spears who is heavily out of it and medicated has done ustreams for fans. I wish Mariah would have a ustream. I wish she knew the following things: 1) A makeover would be fun and fresh for this new era of your life. 2) Faded or Cry should have been a single. 3) If you have a drinking problem, I hope those who care about you are telling you the truth. 4) Going to Vegas will not benefit you what so ever. 5) If you know you need a better team around you, why don't you advertise it. Unemployed lambs will be happy to take the job lol. Jk. PS. I'm looking to the left at a post for Fifth Harmony. (I'm 19 so I do have an interest in them.) Dinah followed me and liked some of my Mariah tweets on twitter after she reveled she was a lamb. It would be cool to see Mariah connect with upcoming artists who really look up to her.

Concerning those who share my p.o.v (49,071) by Amber C from USA
Mariah needs a break. What you guys don't realize is that Mariah is not just a musician, she is a business. People depend on her for their livelihood. She is supporting her whole team (through her record company) but you get the point. Celebs feel this pressure, and sometimes it's the reason why they overwork themselves. Take for example her nephew on twitter (he blocked me for calling him out for his arrogance, but that's for another time). I asked him why Mariah is doing so much touring, performing at "this" time in her life (the divorce, her emotions, her tired vocal cords), his reply went something like this: "It's whatever, she's making a whole lot of money working as supposed to not working."
Knowing things like this makes me feel guilty as a fan. I know money is important, but if that's the reason you still drag youself on to the stage to perform, even with tired vocals, then I don't know how to feel about that.

Vegas residency, and sister Alison (49,055) by Amber C from USA
Vegas residency: I think it's the wrong move sadly. 2014 was Mariah's year in so many ways, and to me it felt tike the calm before the storm (sadly I believe Mariah has only one more chance to "slay"/have a musical "moment" in the industry). It showed Mariah at a low point, which we know Mariah will never visit again. The Vegas residency in my opinion seems like a long unneeded commercial break. What MC needs is a few months of vocal training and TV appearances on talk shows and such. Residency is too safe for Mariah, nobody has counted her out (she still makes front pages of everything). She may be the last remaining diva of her era, but she's still one of the most influential and popular artists of this era. Alison: Mariah should know better than to alienate her family. Her sister is not well, and she's not exactly young. Mariah has little friends, and the people around her don't give a rats tail about her. Are we lambs not listening to her in interviews and on stage? She's lonely, she was lonely during her marriage, and she's lonely now. I hope she takes Alison back.
