About Me. I am Carly from USA : Huge Mariah fan, my moment of realization was her Thanksgiving concert, the first time she sang Hero, I watched it on t.v. My face pressed against the screen and that was it.
I always dreamed of meeting M and it was even in my high-school yearbook, that I loved her haha weird!
I moved to NYC and the first time I met her was at the butterfly sighting I have seen her and gone to countless shows since.
Sunshine lambs forever.

Ok, maybe not Nicki, but still I don't believe it's a love song (39,954) by Me. I am Carly from USA
I admit that I did initially think this was about Tommy, but certain things just don't add up for me. First of all, I just don't buy that this is a love song. It doesn't feel deep enough for me, so yes maybe it is and old partner who just came back into the picture and so it is more frustration than hurt. Mariah has written many songs about her father and God and such that have words such a baby by the way, and has said many times that she does this to make the songs more relatable. I think it may be someone she cared for but not intimately. Maybe Tommy tried to contact her for this new album, so it is about him. Again she has not mentioned who she is working with if anybody from the old company, but it had to be somebody within the last three years and she is deeply in love with Nick so there would in my opinion be much greater main and emotion and heartbreak so I don't believe it could be him, he saved her from falling.

"The art of letting go" is about Nicki, and American Idol is not a love song (39,938) by Me. I am Carly from USA
I am totally convinced that "The art of letting go" is about Nicki. Somebody you used to know (Nicki) is no longer in your dominion (on Idol), trifflin (woman say this about another woman, usually not lovers). The song is not a love song, and Mariah said she was having a bad day in a bad mood and it was very real, but that she wrote it in a way that everybody could relate to (to appear to be about a partner).
