B (48,397) by Abraham from USA Well thanks, that's nice of you. I also enjoy the performance. I think she sang the intro great. She showcased those vocals and range she's known for. People are being too critical and making it more than it is. Some don't realize how fragile Mariah's voice is. If her voice was gone, she wouldn't have sang the intro so well. I also think that some people who know how great her voice is expect her to always sound amazing and flawless but forget that she's only human and can't always deliver a spectacular performance even though she has the majority of her career. Mariah doesn't have to set foot on another stage, or sing another note. She's already proved herself as a singer. The fact that her voice has lasted as long as it has is amazing. I honestly think the ones who are bashing her don't deserve a performance from her. And she shouldn't be giving any if this is the thanks she's going to be getting. What other female today has a voice like Mariah's? Or can sing as good as her? If some want Ariana Grande, they can have her. I'll take Mariah at her worst any day. (Monday 8 December 2014; 1:54)

And she shouldn't have to change who she is for anybody. The people who call her names are loser kids and immature men. People have no respect or love anymore. It's sad, but whatever. Debbie Gibson / Mariah (48,305) by Abraham from USA How nice is this lady for coming to Mariah's defence and sticking up for her. Same with Sharon Osbourne and the rest of the ladies from "The Talk". It's good to see some people defend her. I think all Mariah has to do is stop with the splashes, do some vocal exercises and get plenty of rest like she used to. After watching the performance a few more times I don't see what's so horrible about it. Just because she didn't hit a certain note or didn't belt a verse. People want to jump on her and say she's over? I can't believe that they expect her to sing or sound the same way she did 20 years ago. If that's the case, listen to the album. All this backlash is bull s***. She doesn't deserve this. She went ahead and got on stage and sang live. She didn't have to. She could have just went home. But no, out of the kindness of her heart and for her fans she performed. Mariah didn't owe anybody anything. Yes her voice isn't what it used to be. Duh, we know that and are past that discussion. Thoughts (48,239) by Abraham from USA I'm with B. I think the performance wasn't her best, but not her worst. I could see that she was having trouble with her ear piece. She sang live and tried her best I'm sure. And I give her that. Aside from the voice, I think she looked beautiful. Her hair and make up was on point. And I liked the red dress. I don't care what her weight is and if she isn't a size zero anymore. I love her no matter what. There are so many here getting their panties in a bunch and counting her voice out. Well not me. You can call me delusional or whatever you'd like. I don't care. I'll always love and respect Mariah. Have some forgotten her "AIWFCIY" performance on Jimmy K last year? She sang the song perfect and flawless. I hate to say it but some come across as idiots. Anyways, I'm happy with the ones who are being positive, supporting and keeping the love for Mariah. Thanks. But I've learned that everyone has their own thoughts and opinions, weather it's negative or positive. At the end of the day, as long as you have love and respect for Mariah or any other artist, that's all that matters. I don't let anything I disagree with bother me like it used to. Mariah (48,155) by Abraham from USA Mariah's voice and career is not over. She still has a lot to give and share with the world, musically. I have a feeling by her next album, she'll be back to the top. She knows she needs a hit. Her voice has improved, and I think she'll be fine. I hope everything goes good with the Christmas shows. Baby (48,154) by Abraham from USA Diana Ross comes to mind. I love Mariah to death, but don't make her out to be the only female artist that has had an amazing voice, music catalog and career. Diana and Mariah are my 2 favorite female singers/divas of all time. They're in my opinion the only two female artists that have a great music catalog/body of work. You have Baby giving a whole life story/biography on Mariah's love life like she knows everything. Derek, Tommy and Luis are all history. Adam (48,000) by Abraham from USA I pity you for actually believing that drag queen. Mariah did no such thing. Like she'd actually want to go on that show. Mariah wants nothing to do with Wendy. The woman has lost it. She's pathetic, not to mention a sorry movie producer. Anyone see the "Aaliyah" movie? It sucked. Also Adam, there was nothing wrong with the "Watch what happens live" interview. It was good, and Andy spoke very well about Mariah and enjoyed having her on. (Friday 21 November 2014; 3:20)

MIAM (47,968) by Abraham from USA I think that Mariah should have replaced "You're mine" and "Money". "You're mine" is Mariah's weakest song, compared to "We belong together", "Don't forget about us" and "I stay in love". I just think it doesn't fit on the album. It should have been replaced with "The art of letting go". And "Money" annoys me. But hey, it's just me. It's still my one of my favorite albums. And one of Mariah's best. Now, I could definitely have the next. I will be so happy if "Don't explain" and "Lullaby of birdland" were recorded in the studio and put on. (Wednesday 19 November 2014; 0:41)

Nick the player / next album (47,949) by Abraham from USA Why are there postings about Nick? Of all people. The dude's been irrelevant ever since the split. Once a player, always a player. He got tired of Mariah and cheated. However, he isn't to blame for her career. Mariah could have still be on top and made great music like "TEOM". But she chose a different direction with "MOAIA", which to me, is her worst album, though I like "It's a wrap". But the album, no. Mariah did what she wanted to do. She could have gotten the best producers, but choose rappers. "MIAM" is a completely different album. One that I love, as I've stated many times. The reason Mariah's career went down wasn't because of Nick, it was because of her music. This album was a good start and return of the Mariah Carey I like. So I'm hoping the next is as good, or better, which I think it is. It's going to be a new beginning and chapter in Mariah's life. Musically, and a fresh start with someone new. She needs to bring it with a new single. And even if the first doesn't get anyone's attention then hopefully the second one will. I'm hoping everything will be perfect with the next album. Good title, album cover, music, videos, promotion. Many people hate on Mariah because of her success and talent, which is stupid. Also, people should know that the whole "diva" thing is all an act. And even if it wasn't, who cares? She's work her butt off. She deserves to act like one. Now that she's finished with the tour, we can look forward to the Christmas shows. Slipping away / Don't forget about us in New Zealand (47,921) by Abraham from USA If I'm wrong, the reason "Slipping away" didn't make the "Daydream" album was because the label thought the song was too r&b and mature. Which was whack and lame, considering it's such a great song and probably would have been a chart topper. But anyways, Mariah's performance of "DFAU" in New Zealand gave me life. It was amazing. I've been wanting a live performance of that song for awhile now and I got it. She didn't sing all of it, but I'm still grateful she performed it. I think that's one of her best songs. Alexis (47,846) by Abraham from USA The little voice inside my head told me, lol. It's pretty evident by now what's to come. An album will be released next year with even better songs than "MIAM". Mariah saved her best material for the next. Why would she put her best work on an album she wasn't going to promote? Not to be rude but obviously by the likes on my post, others seem to think the same and agree. And yes, now that Mariah is singing live again it's something less to worry about. After the tour (47,826) by Abraham from USA I was wondering what Mariah's plans are after the tour? Is she going to rest and get ready for the next album? I think she'll release it sometime in the summer. Or maybe sooner. Any thoughts? I know she has some good music on the way. I think the album will be another "TEOM". Now that she's singing live again, that's one less problem out of the way. Next will be to release good singles. One thing I'm looking forward to Christmas is seeing Mariah on tv. My all / car ride medley (47,721) by Abraham from USA The "My all" performance was live. And she sounded great. That crack was nothing. It happens, but she made up for it with those amazing runs at the end. The car ride medley was also great. Mariah should definitely sing "Don't forget about us" more.
