Mariah Carey has lost 30 pounds post "dem babies" birth and she's still continuing on her journey with Jenny Craig as a spokesperson. She hit the public with her sexy post baby body pretty recently when she went on "Rosie" and revealed her heart stopping ad not long after.
Now, she's covering "Shape" Magazine and talking about her amazing weight loss journey. Within the pages she tells all about how she got her confidence back after carrying around those twins for 9 months and having a truly difficult pregnancy.
She once noted, "Everyone said I was fat, so I did something about it." She's now feeling better than ever and looking positively smokin - while she continues to be there for her hubby Nick Cannon as he fights his Lupus-type disease (and documents it for fans, too).
