Wale talks Mariah Carey collaboration

After taking a break from social media and confronting his critics, the MMG rapper has turned the focus back on his music and fans, which he outlined in a letter on his blog. During the launch of "Revolt Live", Rap-Up TV asked him about his new outlook.
"That's where my energy's going, back into the fans and back into the music. I'm not worrying about the small things anymore," he said. He was recently in the studio with Mariah Carey, but wouldn't reveal too much. "That's top secret for now," he said, adding that the collaboration is for the pop diva's upcoming album.
He is also working on his fourth LP The Album About Nothing, which he plans to drop at the end of summer. "It's pretty good, but you're never done until you're done," he said. (Rap-Up)
