TMZ reports that Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey and the Backstreet Boys will all perform in Las Vegas as scheduled even after ISIS recently threatened to attack the city. Sources connected to the musicians state that they are undeterred after a recent ISIS recruitment video told potential members to attack the Las Vegas Strip.
Security will be increased in the area due to the new video and the recent bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester. The shows will still happen as scheduled. Celine Dion and Jennifer Loepz performed last night and will do so again this weekend. The Backstreet Boys will perform next month and Mariah Carey will perform not long after that.
If someone bought a ticket to one of those events but wants a refund because they're too scared to attend, it's possible they can get one. TMZ's sources at The Colosseum at Caesars (where Dion and Carey are performing) say a refund is "likely". An answer wasn't provided for Planet Hollywood, where Lopez and the Backstreet Boys perform.
