Mariah at Wish Night Awards on E! News
On E! News last night, red carpet footage of Mariah from Friday's Wish Night Awards at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Hollywood was shown. E! asked her about her involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and about the outfit and jewelry she was wearing. Back in Hollywood, Mariah Carey was doing a little something for the kids. The songbird was honored with the "Wish Icon Award" at the Make-A-Wish Foundation's annual gala. Mariah: "The first time I ever spoke to a Make-A-Wish child, it was really difficult because they were literally dying, and you know, they're crying, their families are crying, you're crying and you're like, 'How do I get through this?' It is important to be strong for those people because they're looking to you to be their strength."
But the true star of the night was Mariah's dress which highlighted those famous legs. Mariah: "I am wearing an Opus dress by Nile and jewelry by Van Cleef & Arpels that I just got." (Mariah Journal)
