Mariah launches album and fragrance
Mariah officially launched Christmas at Westfield London on Thursday, November 19. Mariah switched on the dazzling Christmas lights at the Westfield Mall, marking the opening of Wonderland - Westfield London's ultimate Christmas shopping experience. Thousands of fans including 10 lucky HBF winners attended the event where Mariah held a special signing for her new album Memoirs of an imperfect Angel - out on November 23rd. These lucky members were amongst hundreds of fans who had an exclusive chance to meet and take a photo with Mariah as part of her Forever UK fragrance launch exclusively with Boots.
In true celebrity fashion, Westfield London has decided to make this the most memorable affair with pyrotechnics, VIP carpets, butterfly confetti and thousands of fans. The Southern Terrace - Westfield's elegant dining boulevard - was transformed into a VIP pink carpet, lined with fans and shoppers whilst Mariah made an entrance under a snowfall of confetti.
Prior to the event, the venue's head of events Joe Russell said: "We've had lots of celebrities come to Westfield in the last year, but Mariah is the biggest."
