What ever happened to Racine ? (53,186) by Emmanuel from Canada Am I the only one who has noticed that RaeRae has been missing? What do you guys think happened? Do you think MC fired her? After reading the Mail Online interview, I feel so much compassion for Mariah. It explains why she wasn't promoting MIAM and why she was isolated during that period. (Monday 11 May 2015; 15:35)

Infinity and Vegas residency (52,752) by Emmanuel from Canada Overall, I am happy with the song. Is it among her best work? No. Is it the worst song ever? No. There are moments in Infinity that I love such as the "Ouh ahh, ouh ahh"s and the "Infinity, loving me more and more" chant. However, her voice sounds tired and strained in some areas. Also, I feel like the verses are poorly written. In any event, I will support the song because Mariah needs the lambily. I give her A for effort. In terms of the residency, I believe she is going to kill it. She really knows what the people want and I think she is smart to do the setlist in chronological order. Mariah season is coming people. Mariah and Idina Menzel (50,836) by Emmanuel from Canada In my mind, these two are going to collaborate on a song together. Why did MC tagged Idina in one of her tweets and then Idina respond immediately? I think it's a great idea because Idina seems to be on everybody's tongue lately. A collabo with these two would be epic. Also, remember how in February of 2013, she retweeted Miguel with "I cant wait to see your performance tonight" and then she retweeted the actual performance of the night. 3 months later, they announced #Beautiful. I believe there is something brewing here guys. Then again, I can just be delusional. Haha. (Friday 13 March 2015; 0:45)

Vegas promotion and PR (50,763) by Emmanuel from Canada Alright so there is a couple more weeks before she hits the stage. When will she begin to promote it? She needs to be on Jimmy Fallon, Letterman, Ryan Seacrest, The View, Good Morning Amerca. It's time to hustle. Convince the general public why you still are the greatest who ever did it. Big Jim (50,681) by Emmanuel from Canada How do you guys feel about Big Jim working with MC for her Vegas residency? I have mixed feelings. He is extremely talented, great writer and producer. Mariah and him have created beautiful songs together (FLAB, Cry.). However, I feel like he isn't really in touch with what's going on with today's music. He isn't exactly producing fresh and new sounds. No other artist is really checking for him. Anyways, I really hope her Vegas residency isn't similar to the Elusive Chanteuse show which he was responsible for artistically directing. MC needs new people who can stimulate her creative process. Big Jim is typical "mid-tempo, RnB". I need MC to come out swinging and just sound fresh. C'mon MC, make it happen. (Friday 6 March 2015; 17:30)

Vegas promotion (50,417) by Emmanuel from Canada I am so excited for her Vegas residency. However, why in the ham sandwich isn't she promoting it? Why isn't she on Jimmy Fallon, the View, Today Show and other outlets to promote and get the word out? I don't understand why she is laying so low. This is her time to shine. MC 2015 (50,130) by Emmanuel from Canada I think MC should make another duet with Miguel or even Sam Smith. They both have a very urban texture to their voices, still yet they are mainstream pop. In my opinion, Mariah has nothing to prove. However, I would like to see her score that 19th and 20th #1, just to make a point to the industry that "you can't right off true talent" (NTQ). Also, I think the MIAMTEC era could have been perfect if she just released the album back in July 2013. Except for Dedicated, the other two songs she added (Thirsty, Money) didn't really add any value to the record. MIAMTEC is such a strong body of work, it really makes be upset that it didnt get the exposure it deserved. Finally, I think MC has something special planned for the lambily for 2015. She is purposely laying low and is going to come out swinging very soon. I think she is in the process of losing some weight, getting her voice and performances together.
