Consistency (45,187) by Danny Braden from Uk What I love about Me. I am Mariah is the consistency of the quality. I always felt something lacking from TEOM that wasn't quite Mariah but a commercial move that was successful. It always seems when she compromises her artistry and makes something "less" her it's commercially successful. I think her weakest album (artistically, not vocally obviously) was Music Box. This is one of her best albums and Faded is a standout. (Wednesday 2 July 2014; 1:28)

K Perry (45,176) by Danny Braden from Uk Who cares about what Katy Perry thinks or does? You would think with 50+ milly followers she would be the best selling female artist. Wrong. She's still only known for kissing a girl and one day her controversy will run out and Mariah's legacy will still be there. Enough said. (Tuesday 1 July 2014; 3:24)

Does it really matter? (44,825) by Danny Braden from Uk Mariah should def not risk surgery, what does it matter if she can't or won't sing live when 20+ years she still puts out an album like MIAMTEC with amazing vocals? We forget just how talented she is, even now. Stop saying "the state" of her voice, it's a one of a kind. You'd have to wait 100s of years to have a possibility of someone like Mariah. Maybe never. Even now it's great. Appreciate the details on songs like Money and Heavenly and the joy she brings, it's like everyone's living in the past except Mariah. (Tuesday 17 June 2014; 1:32)

Why? (44,546) by Danny Braden from Uk I don't get some of the comments on this board. What is the constant obsession with comments like "we need to accept this" or "it's time to realise she won't have another hit"? First of all why feel the need to try and make that a fact instead of an opinion and secondly I thought her fans had more respect to count her out. I'll give up when Mariah does. I think some of her fans are a bit old now. That's the problem. Everyone is so negative about her career now including her fans and I won't use the word lambs. (Saturday 7 June 2014; 0:54)

The voice (43,799) by Danny Braden from Uk It must be hard for Mariah to struggle maintaining an impossible image and skill. She has been one of the worlds greatest singers for 20 or so years even now she is still respected for that so the constant pressure and criticism from fans, labels and the general public must be disheartening but she keeps on doing it and bringing us new music and creativity I think as Mariah gets older unless she finds peace within her self is going to find it difficult. New album (43,434) by Danny Braden from Uk I think after this album we will see a lot of changes. I think we will get a re issue of the Christmas album (and the long awaited Christmas special/show) and then a new album in less than 9 months on a new label with some new ventures including some light acting and TV shows. Babbathon on Letterman (43,340) by Danny Braden from Uk Whoever said they hope Mariah doesn't babble on Letterman well, she did. She babbled a good 8 minutes about her kids punching other kids lol. It was good babble though fun and off the wall which of late she's become more of which isn't a negative thing. Marriage (43,288) by Danny Braden from Uk Don't wanna cast any negativity on this wonderful era but do you think there is any truth in these reports of a marriage in crisis? There was no big media wedding renewal and I'm only saying this due to past celebrations being so epic. Maybe time to focus on the album but feeling is things aren't right and maybe that's the reason for the delay her life has evolved and changed so much I do hope they are happy but if they aren't I wouldn't be surprised. The elusive chanteuse (43,249) by Danny Braden from Uk I can't stop watching the promo video of Mariah explaining the album title. It's so ethereal and her voice just immerses you. I wish she would do a re take on stories like an audio Bol of fairytales with whispering and singing parts. The part where she says "the elusive chanteuse" and then the echoing laughter just fills me with goosebumps. (Sunday 4 May 2014; 1:05)

Mariah's buzzing (43,202) by Danny Braden from Uk Lots of buzz surrounding MC at the moment which is such a tonic. She has pulled out the stops at the moment and got on the promo train. First the album "surprise" the Billboard cover, UK mags , tweets, all the Internet gossip about when and if the album will come out, then the Wonderland mag and now the Times Square. Someone is whispering in her ear right now and if she carries on down this road the album will be a smash for the elusive chanteuse and she and the lambs deserve it, we all work hard for this thirsty. To the people that say they "won't" buy (43,003) by Danny Braden from Uk Get it off your chests, throw your tantrums because even if Mariah delays by another 100 years you will still buy it or else you wouldn't be posting on here. That's something so personal to her and she believes hand on heart music has got her through things and the past 5 years have been hard for her including a miscarriage. 2 Mariahs (42,863) by Danny Braden from Uk I think we have 2 Mariahs and we always have one is the Mariah we know and love who reaches us with those personal lyrics and we get the humour and realness and then there's two: promotional awkward commercial "stats" and "anecdotes" Mariah who can be quite evasive and wishy washy in interviews especially with people she isn't comfortable with. I think those 2 sides of her are conflicting right now trying to please everyone while staying herself. Her priorities are still music and creativity it's an outlet for her and also an income she has a hell of a lot to sustain in her life but no longer has to prove it. We need to support her decisions and still have a voice and opinion as fans what we aren't happy with after all we buy the music we are promoters in ourselves so we deserve something real. New concept and album (42,779) by Danny Braden from Uk In my opinion I think MC needs a new concept and she needs another project in the meantime to keep her name in the media. She needs to put a package together with the album and promotional plan to coincide with a major event. That way we know what to expect and she can deliver with confidence because secretly I think she has lost some of that to whatever reason. Planning and preparation is key here even if she doesn't choose to sing live getting booked on a good chat show or two would be a good idea and a scalpels version of one of her older hits to go viral On YouTube might bring her new fans while connecting with older ones. All just ideas at the minute but I really hope she doesn't just give up on this album. (Tuesday 22 April 2014; 8:04)

Icon (41,862) by Danny Braden from Uk Mariah is a legendary icon and I just hope that's what she fine tunes rather than trying to stay current. She will always be current she's a legacy. The only problem is that the majority of her fanbase (unlike younger artists) didn't grow up with social media etc so still some platforms we aren't supporting her correctly, that's why I think she's turned to radio for support where she thinks we are all at, years ago you would request the song because that was the only way to hear it once you buy it on iTunes why would you request it when you can listen to it any time? It's about convenience and viral today, she needs something viral or fresh to rocket her image into the kids of today who are then gonna download her entire back catalogue and see a resurge into popularity. Direction (41,746) by Danny Braden from Uk At this point it's hard to see the direction this era is going in, I actually think Triumphant started it off fairly good, despite being featured on her own song, it at least stayed true to her. I think AI did no favours for her public image, neither have recent public appearances. I have been a fan for a long time and I say this as a concern that I think Mariah has lost her way. Sorry but to say the last year or so has been positive for her image is a joke. We love her she knows that she just needs to convince everyone else she's ready to come back. I mean The Art Of Letting Go? I still don't know what she's letting go of? Fame? Money? Because she can't be making any. (Tuesday 25 February 2014; 23:56)

The media (41,527) by Danny Braden from Uk What I wanna know is if Mariah is so irrelevant which all the recent articles and reviews seem to suggest then why are they spending so much time, money and energy covering her? Short version, she's isn't irrelevant. Her name alone creates buzz which is why we love her she's Mariah Carey. I think You're Mine is a good song, maybe a bit safe but well produced and sang perfectly. What more can she do? Whatever she does in interviews the majority of people won't be aware of her personality anyway just let the music and artistry speak she won't dissapointed May 6th. As far as image goes I think that's down to her team and dare I say "friends" who are advising her wrong. (Thursday 20 February 2014; 8:20)
