MC usually collaborates with hottest producers and songwriters at the moment. So, maybe it will be London On Da Track, Poo Bear, Ed Sherran, Noah "40" Shebib, Drake, Savan Kotecha, Ilya, Max Martin, Ryan Tedder, Chris Brown and Disclosure. Now, that list would definitely bring in some hits. I would love to hear MC's voice over a Chris Brown or Ryan Tedder melody. (Saturday 8 February 2020; 19:56)

MC did perform a half-time set for a Thanksgiving NFL game on Fox in 2006. She performed DFABU and SIO on a float with a marching band and dancers. And it was all live. Checkout on YouTube. Roddy Rich (92,735) by Bobby A from United States I can only imagine what MC could write with Roddy Rich. They could write an uptempo club banger like The Box. He is praised for his infectious hooks. I hope she has her eye on him this year to collaborate with along with Drake, Chris Brown and Future. She just needs one uptempo club banger to release as the first single. We don't need anymore fluff, promo singles, holdover singles, or messy ex-lover songs. Uptempo club banger first then a silky smooth ballad like Love Takes Time as the second single. Ariana / Lizzo (92,617) by Bobby A from United States Did anybody catch Ariana give Lizzo the rolling eye when she was giving her acceptance speech? But after Ariana's performance, Lizzo was giving a Ariana a standing ovation with so much praise. I hope it doesn't get back to Lizzo. Ariana has really grown as an artist, but it seems she doesn't sing well live all the time. That Thank You Next ending was a hot mess. What was she trying to do by making tempo slower? Chris Brown (92,605) by Bobby A from United States Chris Brown has sold a 1 million copies of Indigo and Heartbreak On A Full Moon both. Is it because of them both having 32 and 45 tracks respectively? And because of extended versions of both released a few months after the original release? It seems the strategy worked in his favor. His previous album - 18 track album Royalty only sold 500,000 copies. Maybe MC should release her next album as a double album. It worked for Merry Christmas the Deluxe Anniversary Edition. I hope her team is really thinking how the last two months in 2019 was such positive press and chart exposure for MC. (Sunday 26 January 2020; 21:16)

Going to be an MIAM weekend (92,588) by Bobby A from United States This album really said a lot about what MC can do when she gets in the studio. She knows exactly how to bring a song to life with just the right imagery, Mariahisms and ad libs. The only negative aspect of MIAM is that MC's vocals are not her best in terms she sounded hoarse on most of the songs. But I love this album. MIAM is MC's most diverse album. When she is doing interviews and walking the red carpet on that day, she is going love talking about what she working on in the studio. I really feel she is going to try bring her next album full 360 with songs that have shaped her 30 years as a singer/songwriter. It only makes sense for her to do this because 2020 is going to be significant year for her career. I can't wait to see what type of music she releases in 2020. (Monday 20 January 2020; 23:18)

H.E.R. (92,475) by Bobby A from United States The artist H.E.R. has been recognized by the Grammys Academy in multiple categories for the 2nd year in a row. She is a breath of fresh air to R&B. If you have not heard her first album, you need to listen today especially to Avenue, Losing, Focus, Every Kind Of Way, Best Part, Changes, and Jungle. The whole album is pure brilliance. Her second album, I Used To Know Her is just good as her debut. You can't fit her music to one certain sound. It is so evidence in her new song Slide. I guess that is why she keeps receiving Grammy nominations. She doesn't work with producers who you can hear their sound as soon the song starts playing. H.E.R. will never sing her lyrics over a Timbaland or Jermaine Dupri beat. It is just not who she is nor how she wants her songs to be heard. Chris Brown does the same thing when he records an album. It's like he gathers all of L.A. homeboys and up and coming songwriters and producers all in the studio and they knock out new sounds in the studio. His new song Overtime is evidence of a new Chris Brown sound. Maybe that is where MC has gone wrong with her last few releases. I would like to see her work with some lesser known producers and songwriters to really give her a new sound and relatable lyrics that are not so autobiographical or predictable like With You. Let's hope we get a new album that is a new and fresh sounding MC. (Sunday 19 January 2020; 23:28)

I wonder what are her plans after the Vegas shows. Is she planning a new album to tie in with the book? It is also the 30th Anniverasary of Mariah Carey. Will Sony Legacy re-release the album on vinyl and a remastered CD with bonus tracks? We may get Weakness of the Body on CD this year. Babyface (92,434) by Bobby A from United States I am sure hoping MC reaches out to Babyface this year for collaboration. They wrote such beautiful songs together. Never Forget You was just classic Babyface at the height of his songwriting career. Two years later he gave the world some of his best work on the Waiting To Exhale soundtrack. Melt Away always left me wanting to hear more on Daydream. Every Time I Close My Eyes was a perfect gem that showcased his impeccable songwriting skills and MC's immpecable vocal arrangements. If there is no new album to talk about and how parts of the book are reflected in the new album, then the book will quietly fade away the next week after its release. MC and her team must have a promotional tour modeled after Michelle Obama's book promotional tour. It was a huge success for her. A morning talk show and late night promotional tour would ensure the book promotional tour a major success. I hope MC writes companion songs for Vision of Love, Hero, and Love Takes Time to bring her earlier chart success back into the forefront. Only time will tell how serious she becomes about studio time after the Vegas shows. If she focuses, she can record a new album in 6 months. March through August will be pretty interesting to see what she can do in the studio. I feel she was in the studio last night with a new male producer. She had been too quiet this month. Lol. 2020 is the year that artists are changing sound (92,285) by Bobby A from United States So many artists are going to be giving fans something new with their music this year. Justin Beiber is going more R&B. Adele is going to release her most personal album to date with possible features from Drake and Harry Styles. Dua Lipa is going to incorporate disco and pop. Sza has a crazy song with Justin Timberlake and other high profile features. Rihanna is going to release a double album - one reggae and one pop album. Sam Smith is going to give us more songs like How Do You Sleep by Ilya and Savan Kotecha. Brandy and Monica are going back to their 90's sound for their new albums. Usher is going to give us some old school Usher vibe by working with producers that he first worked with in the beginning. Alicia Keys just released an Ed Sherran co-written neo-soul jam called Underdog. She has been giving fans a neo-soul sound since last year's Show Me Love. So, MC is going to have to reach deep in her creativity bag to bring us something fresh and new because other artists are going to be hot this year on the charts. I am saying now that we will see a flood of March/May/April new song and album releases. I hope MC is working on a plan for her next masterpiece. Ed Sherran call up MC please.
