My Mariah Carey collection must be seriously devaluing as I type; she's one big joke that needs a massive kick up the ass. Mariah is either on the brink of a meltdown, which I hope isn't the case but would help explain a few things or this is Mariah. Either way it's all going to end in disaster. I'm in love with what was, and hate the here and now. It's a sad state of affairs people. It's clear that Mariah, the artist that we all fell in love with no longer exists but many of us still do love her. I do believe everyone should vent how they feel but Andrew you never seem to have anything nice to say about her. Why are you still following her every move when clearly you can't stand her, it's as if you loathe her? Seriously you need to make better choices with your time and put energy into an artist that you respect and admire because clearly it isn't Mariah anymore. In regards to assumptions clearly I've read it wrong. But whether Mariah said something I agreed with or not, again I would still challenge it if warranted. I rarely post but when I do it's because I strongly believe in it. Mariah has made her choice for a reason, right now I just don't get it. (Monday 11 July 2016; 0:28)

Mariah is not a politician (64,151) by Anonymous from I created a post a lot earlier and it's still not up yet so maybe there was a loss in connection or the webmaster hasn't authorised it yet. Anyway to cut the long story short you don't need to be a politician to voice an opinion. As I've said before, I don't expect Mariah to voice an opinion on every news issue but I am disappointed that she hasn't commented or acknowledged the issue, especially being half black herself. As long as I can remeber she has voiced numerous times how she's been treated, being bi racial, for having a black man as a farther. Mariah said she felt oppressed because she didn't feel like she could be herself. I think many of Mariah's fans related to that especially those that are bi-racial, that was certainly the case for me. Maybe because I connected with Mariah on that issue is the reason why I am so disappointed. For such a sensitive subject and from how Mariah has conducted herself in the past about race, I'm not gonna front, I feel hurt. What you say or anyone else for that matter still isn't going to change my opinion and that's that. Yeah social media from time to time doesn't have the right impact but then it again it has proven to have its uses too. Those videos of black men being murdered sent shockwaves to the world. If everyone had the mindset that it's not my responsibility or someone else's then change wouldn't happen. Again as I've said before I don't need Mariah to fight the battle, I'm capable of making my thoughts clear in a constructive way. I realise my expectations of Mariah needs to be lowered. Ribbon (64,141) by Anonymous from I think that's why most of us follow Mariah and support her, because it makes us feel good somewhat. I definitely don't rely on Mariah to speak for me, nor do I lack the ability to express how I feel. I think I am partly doing my bit already, expressing the disappointment that someone I have admired for years is not showing any discontent or acklogement to what's going on. I marched in Birmigham yesterday to protest against the shootings that are happening, I've never done anything like that in my life but wanted to. I will never expect Mariah to fight for me and I certainly don't pass the book. I'm not getting on my house and thinking my words are golden but I am trying to do something. I think her not responding has finally broke the camel's back for me. To be honest I feel better expressing my inner thoughts about Mariah now instead of making allowances for her. I'm not trying to make this forum negative, as I've said before I rarely post but on this occasion I'm glad I've said something. RibbonB (64,128) by Anonymous from Mariah is lucky to still have a fan like you who's still got the patience to make allowances for her behaviour. She has got a lot going but haven't we all? As Marissa said I don't expect Mariah to become a news anchor and report on every matter but I do think there comes a time when you should say something. Mariah is extremely busy but she still makes time to do stupid poses, the time it takes to pose she could post. I think Mariah's team see Mariah fans as part of her business rather than loyal supporters. Mariah knows she's not connecting the way that she used to and is choosing to be less involved. I don't expect constant contact but some acknowledgment and respect wouldn't go a miss. I hope you're right, that when things settle she will settle, until then I'm not adding anymore to her fortune nor notierity. (Sunday 10 July 2016; 10:52)
