About Chicago Lamb from USA: Mariah fanatic since 1990!

Chris Buckle (42,527) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Christopher looks like he's had too much botox. Botox freezes the facial muscles but is not a filler. Additionally, he looks like he's had some filler put in his lips, ala restylane or collagen. He does not look natural, at all. Mariah however just happens to have a full face, naturally. [censored] She looks pretty plastic free.

Duet with Beyoncé? (42,452) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Joey Franchize, DJ and morning show producer for Hartford, CT's Hot 93.7, shared a photo of himself at the event via Instagram. See it here.

First time (42,335) by Chicago Lamb from USA
"Vision of Love" on radio was playing with heavy rotation, and even as a slow dance closer in night clubs (I was under-aged). I didn't fall in love untill I saw the video for VOL. From that moment Mariah became my life long obsession. I watched the VHS of "The first vision" every day after school for about a year. I've seen her sing live numerous times and have met her personally three times.

Chart performance (42,324) by Chicago Lamb from USA
We can't expect Mariah's singles to shoot immediately to #1. She has been around too long and those days are over. However, with a good song and proper promotion she can and will achieve chart success. YME is a decent song and is proving to be a slow burner. Let's hope it keeps climbing and will be in a good position for the album release.

Ego and fear (42,310) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Mariah could use more input from her star producers rather than just creating "the beat in her head". After the Glitter fiasco and subsequent idea rip-offs, she's afraid to let anyone (other than Jermash) in on the full idea and into the studio to collaborate (from start to finish) on the track. I wish her ego would not hold her back from working with other major producer talents. It's been the paradox of her music for quite sometime now. And a "real" manager would get her back on track for success with everything else that seems to be lacking.

Hating (42,150) by Chicago Lamb from USA

Kelly is a liar. Even after she left Mariah as backup, Mariah humbly featured her as a guest artist on the "Through the rain" remix off Charmbracelet.

The drama (41,985) by Chicago Lamb from USA
I have to admit, I come on the site to read the way you "lambs" not-so-nicely spar off on one another. True entertainment.

I love you lambs but the last 20 or so posts have been too long to hold my attention.

What does she has to do? (41,788) by Chicago Lamb from USA
She has to give up a bit of control, hire Medina again, switch to a label that'll support more ala L.A. Reid.

Child labor (41,672) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Hilarious. Not a heat lamp, nor is it being held by Roe.

Joyce is right on the $$. I couldn't agree more with all you've posted.

MDJ (41,075) by Chicago Lamb from USA
It makes sense they are closing up. Mariah's Facebook page pretty much fulfills what they were trying to accomplish anyway. Sad to see them fold, it was my favourite for many years.

Miguel presenting with Ariana Grande? Should have been presenting with our one and only!

Vocal tone (40,675) by Chicago Lamb from USA
With regards to Mariah's lush nasal resonance displayed on her first two albums, has anyone wondered if the change in vocal tone over the years has been a direct result of rhinoplasty? Especially after Daydream.

And still some of you will proclaim "lipped", "dubbed". Sorry it's live, she's just that good.

Don't be mad boo. Yes, "Obsessed" and "IWTKWLI" are on the same album.

Obama tree lighting (40,116) by Chicago Lamb from USA
She was drunk. Isn't it obvious? Not an excuse. Her tone was nice, just her pitch was wobbly and her falsetto horrid. Let's get over it and look forward to a great 2014.

Obama event (40,106) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Ok lambs, here it is and I think I'll hit it on the head. She was clearly more tipsy than we've ever heard her during a performance. She's having a good time on stage but yes it's not a stellar vocal performance. The high note may have been better had the temperature been higher with more humidity in the air. Completely forgivable but maybe she shouldn't have had so much to drink beforehand. This is just an anomaly, settle down!

Her accent is so good. She's even speaking in a different key. Casting directors, take note.

Mimi duets (39,646) by Chicago Lamb from USA
I feel a duets compilation is in the works. Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Usher, Brian McKnight, Trey Lorenz, Ne Yo, Westlife, Dru Hill, Damien Marley, not even mentioning the remix collabo's, guest rappers and live duet performances (Aretha, Patti). Have I left anyone out?

Pauly Monks (39,473) by Chicago Lamb from USA
I agree with a previous poster that had Walter "finished" what he thought was incomplete, the product would have ended up more "schmaltzy". I like those ballads just how Mariah finished them. They work better sparse. I think that's what allows Mariah's emotional to performance shine through.

The Pauly Monk interview (39,465) by Chicago Lamb from USA
Walter states the last time he and Mariah worked was during Butterfly era and that "Lead the way" was written before then. I wish he was more specific on that, but anyway the reason for my post is even if he did recently work with Mariah (on a rumored duet with Stevie Wonder), he probably would we obligated not to talk about it. Therefore he'd have to lie and not "spoil" the surprise. Let's hope so.
