Without Mariah (47,418) by Carol from Spain I've been wondering how artists like Mariah are so important to the music industry. She represents a time when music was done for the right reasons and, above all, music was made to last. I tremble when I think of my life without her walking the earth (don't wanna sound obssessed lol). It's hard for me to grasp the tought of not having a MC album to hope for, she has been a part of my life for so long. (Webmaster, I promise I'm not weird but I like to share these toughts.) Album success (47,417) by Carol from Spain Many don't want to accept but the problem with the new album wasn't lack of promo or of performances. I believe the problem are the ages we live in. People are just looking for bubblegum music of the moment. Mariah was/isn't/never will be about that. This album in 2006/7 would be a hit in sales because people were receptive to RnB. Asian tour (46,625) by Carol from Spain Mariah is going to tour Asia all over. She just added a few more shows. I love to see my girl so active. I just hope she rests enough and give us amazing vocals. I always believe in Mariah and I couldn't care less about what the media thinks but I just wanna read something positive for a change. Media on the divorce (46,560) by Carol from Spain Amazing how the media seems to blame Mariah for the divorce. Blaming her on her divalicious ways and stuff. Honestly, I admit it must be hard to live with someone like Mariah but it takes two to make a marriage work I honestly think Mariah just got fed up with all the bull*** Nick made over the years. I always defended their marriage but lately I'm changing my opinion. Nick will speak more about this in the future while I expect for Mariah to be calm, posed, collected and respectful since he's the father of dem babies. Nick chewed more then he could handle because he can't deal with a woman more famous, richer and more successful then him. His loss. (Monday 1 September 2014; 22:12)

Re My Problem with Mariah - Nikki USA (46,397) by Carol from Spain I understand your concern but she is doing what she always did: she is being classy and let the heat settled down. Besides, things are different, once she's a mother now. I think, in time, when the things are completed, Mariah will put some light on the subject but, for now, I think she just needs to put her own life back together. Sad but true (46,285) by Carol from Spain So it's true, the love story is over, the unthinkable happened. This whole era was meant to be like this, I always said, there was something behind the curtains we couldn't see and here it is. Mariah possibly tried to fix things. I couldn't be sadder with this. I just hope the fanbase doesn't start to throw names and accuse, let that be for papparazzi and low class news sites. Mariah actually needs us to be uplifting and remember her why we love her so much. It takes two to make a marriage and I believe both of them failed at some point. Hoping dem babies stay ok because I believe they got both parents who love them. World tour, maybe not (46,028) by Carol from Spain I actually don't believe Mimi is doing a typical world tour. She is going to the markets where she knows she'll be accepted and that's it. He left but the guy in place is what? The ex-president of IDJ I think. How is that good? Anyway, I couldn't care less about her management team. Second: the fact you come here and post doesn't mean you like Mariah. Simply because most posts show you're here to criticize not support (I don't mean you specifically of course). Next: the promotion I said was meant for the webmaster post, no one else's. Buying albums and posting videos on social meadia is a better promotion of course. More: if you pay attention to some posts, they critique MC on everything from her hair to her weight. You're positive, that's good, but not everyone is like that. I find it quite insulting to see people attack her for everything she does. Nothing is good for them simply because she doesn't do what they want. And who named everyone a manager, stylist, hairdresser and assistant? Mariah is her own woman and some should let it be. My posts are not to be an axample to anyone. If some can critique her so much why can't I stand up for her the way I feel fit? When it comes to ignoring upseting posts there is a problem: I refuse to do that. The bottom line for me isn't the fact people saying they dont like it, it's the fact they do it over and over again. Opinions everyone has one (45,556) by Carol from Spain I couldn't care less about what everyone thinks of me here but if you can say what you want, I say what I want. Over criticism is never good either here or anywhere in life. All we see on this messageboard is how fat she looks, how photoshoped is the cover, how plunging is the dress. No one talks about how happy she is whith her family which, is all she is focusing. Her priorities changed, but her "fans" here are stuck in th past. You want Mariah to sing like in the 90's? Well, that's why CD's were created, put one on. Stop wishing for the past to be present or future. The main words here are flop, promo, photoshop, fat, lypsinch. It's annoying to me, only me. Now, you are the one who doesn't read the posts at all, altough you have all those rules. Then you say you're all so supportive ? Well check out post 45,081, someone is calling MC a stuck up b*. There are others, but this is just an example. Regarding the blackness in her, there was a post a few weeks ago that made me laugh because someone said Sony didn't know she was black and when they found out they made up a cover story (unfortunally now, I don't have time to look for it, but I will). How can you dare to say most of you are supportive, when all you do is criticize the attitude, the voice, the dresses, the hair. Who made you experts? Regarding promotion: You should focus in doing your bit and buy the album. That's how you promote. Leave the rest to her and her people. I know, they aren't promoting but has anyone stopped to think that there is something beyond our knowledge? You criticize too much and that doesn't help at all. Besides, as a music fan I buy music not art covers or promotion. I care about the content, unlike many of you. Interviews/ performances: Why would she bother herself about that if all you do when she does them is critic? I mean, you ask if she knows what you think. Do you doubt she reads your tweets/facebook messages? You all care so much about Mariah, so you say. But where is the love? You buying the album isn't love proof, it's a proof of cinicism. No matter what you say, she will always do things her way. This used to be a good site for discussion but you became a group of pety people with nothing else to do. Get real and get down to business and be a fan or, in case you don't know the meaning, look it up in a dictionary. Final, on me being like the rest of you? No way that is possible, you'll never hear me complain about her lack of promo, her dresses, her live because I couldn't care less if she never sang live again. The truth is: you are all upset she didn't go on TV or isn't on the news all the time, which means you don't have new ideas to criticize her. Because that is all you do here. Besides, it's clear to me that, if she tried to promote the album wouldn't reach number 1 simply because her fanbase in the US is dead. Those are the posers of the story. So, instead of getting mad at her, I blame the fake American lambily, the ones who like to scream she's the top Billboard artist and then don't walk the talk. Get your act together webmaster because I'm not the one you should be attacking and I advise you to read the posts before accepting them because many of them go against the rules you created. You are supposed to be a support page, not a negativity forum. All I see here are critics, attacks to Mariah and for what? She clearly doesn't care about what you guys think. I mean, talking about her being or not black, about her photoshop, about her voice, when all you should do is concentrate in promoting the album. From the webmaster, that is the perfect example of a fox in a lamb's skin, to you others sticking with him. Mariah is a music artist first, I agree. It took 5 years for this album to be complete. I agree. Not much promotion, I agree. Now, is it necessary to undermine evrything she ventures in? I mean, along with the drink, she's creating her own social network that can be used for promotion in the future. Are you all so concerned with numbers and chart positions you don't see anything else in front of your nose? It's pathetic. Not only you're calling Mariah a flop constantly, attacking her manager, her looks, her business ventures, you're not helping basically. The music is good, enjoy it and be thankful for it. And the part about condoms, why not ? Practice safe sex, it's always a good advice, especially these days. it would be cool I think. Besides, the time for focusing your money only on music is over a long long time ago, all artists risk businesses so, why should she be different? If this page is so concerned she is focusing on other things, different from music, why post all the news about those businesses. Be consistent with what you preach I guess.
