Re: Insanity and stupidity (60,749) (60,751) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I love it when you call me an idiot and a moron. It really proves my point of heartless people in the world. Also, I have European and UK friends in Europe. They respect me enough to not assume the worst in people and depict details. I wasn't referring to all Europeans. I stated that in my post. I will apologize and kiss your ass if you want me to. That seems to be the only way you understand things. However, I am not going to sit here and let you call me an idiot when I was pouring love out to Brussels and Europe today. It is heartless and an inconvenience when terrorist attack and kill people. They are heartless because they kill for their own selfish desires and they don't care for anyone but themselves. They are causing an inconvenience because the normal way of things become disrupted and changed due to their actions. So please don't you dare come for me and try to give me a lecture. I don't make excuses to better my argument or lash out because I act like I didn't passed the 9th grade. Child sit down and stop trolling.

Brussels (60,722) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I am awake and I just heard about Brussels as it was happening. How sad and terrifying now. I don't feel comfortable with Mariah being in Europe or performing. She could be an easy target. Right now my heart goes out to everyone in Brussels and Europe, including Mariah. Everything is so close together and densely populataled. I just learned today that Paris is under 5 hours away from Brussels across the water. Mariah's O2 Arena gig from what my UK fans were telling me only has 9 tickets left and it holds 20,000 people. Ugh, I hate terrorists attacks. Heartless and always inconvenience to everyone and everything. I literally was looking at videos from Cardiff, which she performed literally less than 8 hours ago and then out of nowhere, bombs everywhere. I am so angry and am typing so quick but I just hope all the Europe and UK fans on this site are OK. You wil be in my prayers tonight. God bless. I am going to bed and cool down. I am so upset and I live in the Midwest. I just want to go through my TV and kill those terrorist out of anger. Ugh, disgusting creatures. I am shocked.

I love you doll. I still think you are a beauty and you are still in the eye of the beholder sweetie. You are a honest and beautiful soul. I love your posts and enjoy your sarcasm. I also love that you keep it classy and clean. I am more of a rational type person so I am happy I don't get into long conversations with people here. Ugh, I would literally go crazy with certain schizophrenic individuals on this post. However, you are definitely one of those on my like list. Stay triumphant and keep on living my little red rose cutie.

Re: The 90s (60,575) (60,590) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Sorry to bust your bubble but it's not the 90s anymore. The year is currently 2016. People do change over time and Mariah Carey is not bothered by what you have to say. She is touring successfully in the UK. If you want new music, there are several albums in Mariah's back catalogue that you can choose from, including the one from 2014. Mariah will always be my "queen diva supreme". Not every person or fan is the same nor would they want to be. We can say or choose to do what we damn please. Guess what I love to do? I love saying the word "darling" and I am extremely pleased to say, too bad. Also, Mariah Carey's kids are important because they are kids and their mom is Mariah Carey. In case you forgot, Mariah Carey is a famous public figure who now has 2 famous kids. She is "slaying" and she is "scalping" people's heads on her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour. Focus on that. It's a wonderful thing darling. Haha

Ticket sales (60,545) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
It's great to hear rave reviews for Mariah's Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour. It's also nice to see her tickets selling out at StubHub. It's also nice to check her facebook and hear from UK fans that Ticketmaster had to add VIP seats for availability because the regular seats sold out so quickly. I am happy and proud of Mariah. This actually looks well for her here in the States. Mariah is not known for touring so to get any sort of rave reviews in a very strict market, according to several outlets, is fantastic and needs to continue. She looks happy. When she's happy and confident, she is the greatest. Keep it up Mariah. Pow.

Mariah's World (60,454) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I just love being right on the money. Here is an excerpt from the New York Times: "The show began filming two weeks ago, as Ms. Carey wrapped up a Las Vegas concert series, and will move to her international tour with members of her entourage - including singers, dancers and her manager - serving as co-stars." Slay them my lamb queen goddess of the lambs.

Mariah Carey 1oak / reality show (60,438) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I am starting to believe the reality show thing and I normally wouldn't. However, my [...] had a full camera crew at her fabulous 2nd 1OAK wrap-up party in Las Vegas. Their is a 5/5 part fan video on YouTube, with perfect view I might add, that shows Mariah posing in motion several times for a full video crew moment. She was definitely having her moments that night. Definitely a pow moment for sure and very festive for the fans. Guess who was right next to her with stalker moments as well? I'll give you a hint. All she wears most of the time is red. Not a hot moment to stalk the person having a moment. Haha it's dictator Stella. The devil in disguise with blood leaching moments. I am just poking fun at her guys. Haha I had to throw that moment in. Oh the moments I have to breath with festive moments.

What I love about Mariah (60,417) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
What I love about Mariah is she pays the tabloids dust regardless of how bad they make it seem. She trusts her fans and the general public not to come to judgement. I am telling you the woman just doesn't care for it. Mariah just posted this on facebook after not posting for like 3 weeks. "I've arrived in Glasgow. Excited to see my lambily and kick off my Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour." From what I hear on UKMIX and several outlets her venues are selling out quickly in Europe. Last I heard there were only 300 tickets left in Birmingham. O2 arena is close to being sold out. Slay them with music my lamb queen.

Re: Morgan (60,398) (60,409) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
DailyMail already has 1200 comments on this unfortunate Morgan situation. Mariah is being well represented in the comments section. About 95% of the comments don't think Mariah should help her siblings at all. People are reasoning well.

Wendy Williams (60,316) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Wendy Williams admitted she might have started the "I still don't know her" comment from Mariah on her show today. She played JLo's " Mariah's forgetful shade" and then played TMZ's "Mariah shade". She even gave a correct history as to why Mariah could have a grudge. I found Wendy Williams honesty for Mariah Carey today refreshing. She even complemented both of them and seemed apologetic. I love the respect she showed today for both ladies and didn't put them against each other. She said young kids can learn from JLo and Mariah's diva feud because it's classy and won't result in street fighting. She usually tells everything halfway with Mariah and she was completely honest today. I actually enjoyed her hot topics. I don't say that often with Wendy. Bravo.

Re: The future (60,283) (60,297) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Marissa, I agree. I noticed last year his change in tone when discussing the differences of opinion from the UK fans regarding stereotypes with race versus the people in the USA that actually deal with it. He stated my living demographic was "ghetto" and he really seems to lack the education needed to understand why R&B music is loved here. It's not the UK, so I am sure it's the typical European way of feeling "entitled and no other person's feelings or lives matter, just as long as I remain blunt and get my point across. It's about me and only me. My point is the only point that matters in the world." I admit not every UK or European fan acts like him but it is what it is. By the way, I live in a prestigious area at Purdue University and am approaching my last years of college. Even I can appreciate great music from Mariah of all her styles. There's no shame in my game honey.

Re: I just want her to go indendent (60,231) (60,243) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I don't understand that logic. She has lawyers, if not the best lawyers. She knows that her music is her breadwinner and she is smart to tie it into her contracts as collateral. Hence hence, why the labels have such a hard time dropping her contract at will. They would have to buy her out of her contract because Mariah is smart to not rely on her label to make deals.

Funny (60,229) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I find it funny how everyone here was just complaining for new music and Mariah gave it just for her fans. Mariah said herself her last album was for the fans. Then, people here were upset over everything Mariah because she failed to score a top ten hit. Then people here started comparing other artists to Mariah knowing it was useless and unnecessary. Then people here started throwing tantrums because they didn't get what they wanted from Mariah to help her legacy. Then people (lambs) were accused of being too nice. Then, the old fans from the heyday started calling Mariah's voice not the same bringing with it unnecessary commentary and useless discussions going nowhere. Then everyone started complaining about something related to Mariah. Now everyone is upset because they want new music to keep Mariah relevant. We all know how this turns out. Never satisfied, never happy, always complaining, and we call ourselves lambs. Ugh. I feel so bad for Mariah always needing to please everybody, even her own fans that honestly don't deserve any accommodation. I said this before and I will say again. Keep this up fellow lambs and we will start getting albums every 10 years instead of 3-4 years. I will find it funny and say I told you so. I hate speculation being told as facts and it's honestly a waste of time. Let's keep it classy, simple, and sweet. Let's talk about what's actually happening folks. Bitter Betty's who can't find other use of their time other than to complain about Mariah or nitpick details in a revolving circle over a period of time should not be welcomed here webmaster. Let's talk about this new album and upcoming single Mariah publicly said she's working on instead. Anyway, what music genres would you like Mariah to consider on this new album she is working on? I would love party songs, ballads, jazzy -retro songs, country hook, or EDM. That would be an awesome album.

Re: JLo and Mariah "Epic" showdown (60,161) (60,163) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Here's my take on this. Mariah and JLo are now with Epic Records. They both are 45 years old. To sit here and think Mariah is bothered by the facets of JLo's career? Definitely not. For a woman constantly following Mariah Carey around, she actually poses no real threat to Mariah. Mariah is music royalty and will never be knocked down. People will always remember Mariah past her death like MJ and Whitney. Jennifer Lopez, maybe her influence will reach well into the Latino/Latina and some urban communities but for the next 50-100 years, definitely not in the same category as Mariah. JLo came out when music was still selling and she has only sold 12.5 million albums in the USA to date. Very sad. Mariah and JLo might be the same age but people already do what JLo does. Mariah's talent is completely special and appreciated by all demographics. JLo's booty is something different. Mariah should not be expected to adjust down to JLo's status for the sake of her career. The only issue I see with this is to see how Mariah Carey currently feels about her divorce in 1997 and how her power struggles with Sony during that time affects her now. Will Tommy's attempt to try and sabotage her career (Firecracker sample) during those years still cause envy out of hate or has Mariah let bygones be bygones? That's my only concern. She is currently with Sony and Jennifer signing could break the trust Mariah has with LA Reid and Sony. If Sony and LA Reid approach Mariah and physically say that JLo's singning won't affect Mariah's business relationship with them, then Mariah will be fine. If not, look for Mariah to be pissed with envy.

Re: It is possible Ri could tie or break MC's record (59,962) (59,966) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
That's exactly how I feel. This obsession and people being upset over it to this degree is nonsense. We all knew Rihanna was going to get to 14. She actually got to #1 way later than I thought she would, over 4 years since 2012s Diamonds. I think everyone feels Mariah is threatened by this. I can guarantee you Mariah doesn't care because she has the full artistry. Mariah knows she's famous for her music not just her #1s. By us saying Mariah should feel threatened that Rihanna is close, we are basically undervaluing who Mariah Carey is as a true artist and think Mariah is only famous because of her number ones. If I was Mariah, I would feel insulted that all my fans think of me that way. Mariah is not known for just her #1s. If Rihanna ties her or passes her, they will just change the marketing to: Mariah Carey; executive producer, singer/songwriter with 18#1s and over 200 million albums sold. She is the most successful female recording artist in the history of recorded music with 2 diamond albums and 8 other albums with sales of at least 3 million copies each in the United States. It's not that deep guys. Good grief.

Re: Seriously guys? (59,948) (59,959) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
"She's resorting to attaching herself to other artists for hype. Her last body of work didn't score any #1's, which was odd for her. Her label had to have another corporation buy downloads to give away for free to grab attention and headlines." Which universe are you from? Please tell me you are not talking about Mariah? If you are, receipts please. I hate it when opinions or perceived lies are passed along as facts. At least type better and clarify who you are talking about. Lady Gaga and Katy Perry came to Mariah's residency as fans of Mariah and Beyonce was at a charity event Mariah was at, as well. How is that attaching? Do you have proof that the label sold her songs to corporations? Maybe you meant the gift of giving away AIWFCIY for a brief time, a 21 year old song that still sells yearly; despite the giving. If I remember correctly, the general public made #beautiful go platinum in less than 3 months and chart at #15 on the Billboard Hot 100. Now if you meant Rihanna, then maybe your facts are off. She had a #1 on her last album. Have a great day. [Webmaster: It's clear Nikki was talking about Rihanna and not Mariah. Rihanna gave away her album to Samsung customers.]

Re: The emancipation of RiRi (59,847) (59,850) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Here are the facts. Mariah has been in the music industry for 26 years and has 14 studio albums including Glitter. Rihanna has been in the industry for 10 years and for a very sad reason already has 8 studio albums released. Mariah has 18 number one hits all as lead, 17 self penned and produced. Rihanna has 13 number one hits, 10 as lead and 3 as featured act. Rihanna has written and produced zero of her number ones. Sad girl, she needs 15-30 people to write 1 song and Mariah does not. Mariah has released 62 official singles to date in just 25 years and Rihanna has officially released 58 singles to date. Rihanna has sold 150 million singles and 30-40 million albums worldwide. Mariah has sold over 200 million albums and over 75-100 million physical/digital singles worldwide. In other words cling to Rihanna all you want to drag Mariah but Rihanna is a lesser to Mariah Carey and Beyonce because she has to work 3 times harder to produce and try to match what Mariah has already done. The keyword here is try idiot. Rihanna is not a complete artist. All she is known for is singles and maybe a tour that sells well but still sells way less than everyone else. Andrew you are the darkest and most fake human being I have ever seen or heard about. Aren't you in your mid 30s or 40s? Your mid life crisis must be a pain. I will send some herbal tea your way and pray that you find a hobby to occupy your useless time. I heard they have a job opening at the National Enquirer. I will put a job request in on your behalf. Celebrate on that instead of fake loving Rihanna for personal agenda towards Mariah.

Re: Ten years ago (59,824) (59,832) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
I was 13 and going through puberty, so yes in a way Mariah was this sexy phoenix of a fire goddess. She still is my queen of the sun. I grew younger with her music and older with the current music all at the same time. I drooled everytime she performed and I was literally possessed. I am the opposite of a demotic possessive creature locking its head to my whole body. I am a fairy god looking for the ultimate goddess to love and drool over. It's safe to say the lambs of my land shall remain free.

Wow. I am happy you remained a lamb since the beginning. I wish I was born and old enough during her debut. I wasn't even born yet. I am jealous of older lambs of the land.

Re: Ten years ago (59,801) (59,812) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
You and I have the exact same coming to a lamb fairytale. I was an obsessed possesive little lamb running around like a chicken with my head cut off. She was and still is my goddess queen. I was 13 in 2005 and did the exact same thing. My research skills was on fleek that year. The funny thing is I now feel old. I feel bad for the 1990 fans born in the 70s and early 80s because I know they feel older. Haha, don't throw stones at me older fans.

Re: What's wrong with today's pop stars? (59,758) (59,760) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
She is not lying though. We take for granted that Mariah's been in the industry for over 25 years since 1988 constantly working and having success. Mariah set the bar too damn high, even for today's generation. It was a different time and a different place. Mariah doesn't have the luxury like Madonna did in her mid 40s to reinvent herself for success because it's a different music landscape. Also, Mariah's last hit came in 2013 with Beautiful. It went platinum that year and it made Billboard Hot 100 at #15. That's 3 years not 10 years.

Re: Whitney Houston (59,746) (59,747) by Travon..SweetSweetFantasy from USA
Thanks. I was looking forward to lamb day and my birthday that day in 2012. Then I get a call from my grandma about Whitney Houston in the evening. It was sad and shockingly we immediately were all hoping it wasn't drugs that killed her. It's sad when you hope one of your favorite artists dies of a homicide and not a drug overdose. Her dying of an overdose made it difficult to accept her death for me. Listening to her music during that time helped deal with it but it still feels weird today. Honestly, it feels like an asterisk or void is left now because of it occurring on my birthday. Oh my dropped skittles, Whitney Houston 4 years and Michael Jackson almost 7 years. Time goes by quick.
