Favorite non-successful song (93,532) by Stacey from USA Without a doubt, for me it's Lead The Way. How many people outside of Mariah's fans have heard this song? Talk about a song that deserves justice. One of her best ballads, if not top 5. Of course nothing can take the place of Till The End Of Time for me. But LTW song comes close. ABMB iHeart (93,460) by Stacey from USA So I just watch the video. She sounded great. Nice arrangement. Maybe she didn't do the bridge because of TV time constraints? Maybe? Who knows if she avoided it due to her current vocal condition. Who really cares. The whistles at the end were great. It was a nice upbeat performance which is what we need right now. Well done MC. Through the Rain is a nice song with a great message. But does the general public, the world want to hear that song? Probably not. Plus, Hero's melody allows Mariah to lip certain parts while looking like she's singing live. It's a great song to salute the real heroes on the front lines. Cheers. (Friday 27 March 2020; 08:17)

Tommy controlled everything, all aspects of the career, including how she took care of her voice. Obviously we don't know what happened exactly, but the general event I'd point to is the moment Mariah left Tommy. My sister bought the CD single for my birthday. I had no clue about Mariah's remixes. It was like opening up a whole new world. Then add hearing unreleased songs like Slipping Away? Mind blown. To write music and have a few hits here and there is pretty cool. To write all your hits and have 19 of them go hit #1, countless top 10 songs/albums on top of that is amazing.
