It makes me feel undressable. I haven't been this pleased with a Mariah song in years. She's a lycal genius. And her voice is still the voice. She's my idol. I can still remember when I saw the Fantasy video for the first time. I was enraptured. I made my mom buy the single and Daydream album that day. Almost Home proved she can still do pop and #Beautiful proved she can still do R&B. #Beautiful is fun and summery. It sounds amazing on the radio. I think it's her best lead single since Honey. She hasn't looked this good since the E=MC2 era and she hasn't sound this good since the Daydream album. Her voice sounds strong, healthy, and confident. Mimi has got her groove back. And Mariah in that dress, panty flash included, is amazing. Her body is beautiful and those legs. And she actually proves she has rhythm. She's never be a dancer. It's not her thing, but she kills it with her little flirty and seductive number. For the follow up to #Beautiful, I wish Mariah would write a duet with Bruno Mars. When I Was Your Man is the male version of We Belong Together. Those two could write a killer ballad. And his production team is known for taking old ideas and putting a fresh, new spin on it. Or they could do an uptempo song, it doesn't matter as long as it happens. (Saturday 11 May 2013; 3:16)

Mariah's music was head and shoulders above Whit's. And the problem she's facing is she has to live up to the hype and deliver material that's on par with her past while still sounding current like she did with The Emancipation Of Mimi. Almost Home (37,477) by Anonymous from Mariah knows what she's doing. She's always wrote, produced, arranged, and sung her own material. Only one of her 18 #1's wasn't written by her and that is what makes her a rarity. She's got the talent and the looks. She looks stunning and if anyone can make a hit song it's Mariah Carey and I'm so glad she chose David LaChpelle to direct the video to Almost Home instead of Nick. His influence should be kept at a minimum and he should not direct her videos. The videos he's directed look cheap and he somehow manages to make Mariah look bad. It's surreal. I just hope for good music, decent promos and for her to use her voice in all it's glory. Whitney is dead and Celine never was a rival. It's her best song in years, better than Touch My Body and It's Like That. She needs to sing it on AI and get out there and do promotion and meet and greats with radio DJ's and programmers.
