About Lambi from USA: Mc 4 life

My 2 cents (112,025) by Lambi from USA
I agree. 2009-2015, Mariah was generally stuck in the late 2000’s production. Rihanna was doing songs like Pour It Up and Beyoncé Drunk In Love. They were plugged in with the hot producers at the time. Mariah did eventually catch up on Caution though, shame they let it flop.

I think with her luxurious lifestyle, she probably does. Nick Cannon said it costs Mariah $150-200k just to step out of the house. That's ranging from security, hair, make up, jets. I won't even start with the price tags of her wardrobe and jewelries. It's safe to assume she lives extremely large.

It's true and it all stems from Mariah's incredible work ethic.

"I always felt like the rug could be pulled from under me, and I was afraid that if I didn't work twice as hard as everybody else, everything I worked hard for in my life would be gone and I'd be back living in a little shack."

Also after being a mother, I'd assume her desire to work amplified. She's still pushing herself, still maximizing the workload with whatever energy she has left.

Well, we can all see with our own two eyes that she is suffering from some sort of disease. She's clearly in pain but she's sticking it out. So yeah, just the mere fact that she's still showing up is commendable.

I looked it up, apparently Fibromyalgia is likely caused by a complex interaction of genetics, neurological changes, environmental triggers, and stress, leading to central sensitization, an amplified pain response in the nervous system.

Often triggered by an event, such as: infections, injury, surgery, emotional trauma (e.g., PTSD, overwhelming stress)

We may never truly know, as she is a private person, which is entirely her right, but certain aspects do seem to make sense.

For me, the most painful part was witnessing the entire world watch her being exposed for lip-syncing in such a jarring way. It is already not normal for billions of people to know a human being. What more when something personal you've tried to protect, be revealed so publicly and in such a humiliating fashion. I will never comprehend what that does to one's psyche.

Mariah has long since recovered as she's done countless of shows and people are still showing up but just the fact that her body had to actually experience that kind of shock saddens me.

Anyway, what ever it is, I can attest she is really doing the best with what she's got. Let's all uplift Mariah's health in prayer. I pray she also takes the time to get the rest and healing her body needs, so she can keep doing what she loves and make music for the multitudes.

The impossible (112,006) by Lambi from USA
Honestly MOAIA is one of her better albums. She went pretty hard considering E=MC2's potential got cut too short due to her miscarriage. I remember playing it to friends and them loving Inseparable. I hated writing essays in school about topics I had no interest in and Memoirs really got me through the bleakness.

I started humming "Boy I'ma love you until the end" from More Than Just Friends today, like I did in 2009. I love rediscovering how much I love a song. I also love how Mariah sang low in Candy Bling, very much how she sang through out HFIA. Rapriah giving homage to Ahmad's Back In The Day needs to get more credit.

I'm the same Mimi
Fame ain't changed me
Butterfly flow like Muhammad Ali
Wish I can bring you back like the O.D.B.

Also what is it? I've awakened to your pattern of just being eager to correct me immediately like assuming Bobby A. and I did not know ODB was dead when we were simply putting together a hypothetical '96 Super Bowl guest list for Mariah. You were so eager to make me feel stupid, completely missing the context.

We're all just trying to have a blast talking about all things Mariah here.

Here in America people have awaken to the fact that the term "conspiracy theory" was introduced to the lexicon right after JFK was assassinated. They shot a sitting president on broad daylight and then launched operation mocking bird meaning the CIA hiring a bunch of journalists to control public perception and gaslight the citizens about what happened.

Oh my gosh I've seen her cover of Music Box. It was pretty good. I just love that they do deep cuts. I think that's why Mariah will appreciate it. They're real lambs that happen to be able to really sing.

Reality is MJ's estate was magically stolen from him via fake signature right before his passing, which by the way, him and Mariah happen to be in the same music label. Thank you for proving my point about how shady these companies can be.

If you still can't connect the dots in this day of age, where it's not a secret evil runs Hollywood, where celebrities are openly talking about their experiences because you are scared for the life of you, to be labeled silly little names then you are simply behind. And I can't help that. Have a chill day, Bill.

I love Memoirs. When that was first released I had Inseparable on repeat. Also, Candy Bling is really Dedicated (from MIAM) Part 1. Going to listen to it for the nostalgia.

Just to reiterate.

L: Mariah pushes AIWFCIY to prove she's worth more alive than dead.

B: You're crazy. Makes no sense. Sony will make more money when she's gone because there's no need to pay her now.

L: Mariah still gets paid even if she's gone.

B: Whoa whoa, we don't know that, the royalties could go to her kids or elsewhere.

Royalties continue after death, which is a basic fact of how music publishing works. The income continues either way, that completely obliterates your first point about them not having to pay her.

Mariah isn't like MJ, he was fighting Sony in court, bought out other artists' catalogues, and had major battles over control on his last days. Mariah, on the other hand, minds her own business, merrily pushes her hits and isn't tangled in that kind of mess. I've made this point way earlier.

I've been having so much fun connecting with lambs here so please take a chill pill and tone it down with the unnecessary shade. Easy to remember, rhymes with your name.

Also just FYI, since you clearly don't understand how royalties work. After Mariah's death, her share of the royalties would go to her heirs, and not disappear. Instead of going to her directly, they would go to whoever inherits her rights (obviously will be Roc and Roe). Sony wouldn't automatically get more unless they somehow acquired her share like buying the rights from her estate. Please study before trying to have to have a "gotcha" moment.

Jaker20 said Christina's got a Christmas concert movie coming up and it will be released theatrically. She beat Mariah to it. Then I suggested Mariah do kind of a docu-movie and a part of it will be how Christmas helped her forgive Walter. It's all make believe.

Christian Aguilera (111,965) by Lambi from USA
My gosh, is she the grinch that will steal Christmas from Mariah? So sneaky. My epiphany about Mimi's push towards AIWFCIY just made me understand why she wanted to copyright Queen of Christmas. Not only is it an infinity money glitch but it will keep Sony reminded, as long as she is alive, she will provide her pound of flesh, so they better leave her alone.

I have this concept for Mariah, maybe a docu movie and a part of it would be to incorporate how Christmas helped her forgive Walter. I don't know how it'll go but at the end, friends pull some strings and have Walter do a gig, then Mariah secretly comes in from the back and starts humming, all the memories of them writing songs together rush back to him and he can't help but be overjoyed and cry.

It would add so much more meaning to Christmas and it truly would the greatest reconciliation of all time. Wishful thinking though, but I hope this moment happens during their lifetime. Maybe writing it will somehow make it come to existence.

Awards are a PR move. Sometimes can be orchestrated. Considering how much honorary lifetime awards Gamma got her this year. A Grammy is not that far-fetched.

Muni Long and Mariah "Made for me" (111,945) by Lambi from USA
There was a Mariah AI version of that song that's now vanished from the face of the earth. It was deleted right after Mariah released her actual version. It was so dang good. Better than the actual collaboration. There was a whole choir and I remember repeatedly listening to it. Anyone here downloaded it? For my sake, will you please share the link? [Webmaster: Links to AI songs will not be posted.]

It's true. Philippines have such a mind-boggling singing culture. It's truly no surprise they flock when the greatest singer of all time is in town. I've heard a few of their local singers, and they're actually pretty good. I wish MCPhilippines got Mariah to sit down and be serenaded.

They hold parties and events all the time. They got this girl to sing Lead The Way and she really studied the song. I felt she actually did it justice. Mariah would've been proud and be inspired and feel fulfilled, realizing she really did teach the next generations how to sing.

Someone from this board that's in that fan club should present this idea next time she visits. We are sick of the generic Hero WBT tributes. We want the deep cuts like that girl did.

Also would like to give a shoutout to Daniel Moore for making me eat my words. I may have insinuated that he isn't a strong songwriter. Man, was I wrong. Here For It All and Nothing Is Impossible are hands down the best songs on the album.

Seems like their level of collaboration has finally hit a stride. I love how it's evolved organically, something you can not fake. Their songs are starting to be major standouts.

Is HFIA her ILTY? (111,934) by Lambi from USA
The elites are smart with every artist. If they were going to get her, it would be through paying off doctors because she is depended on meds.

And true, it did feel like HFIA era had a "eulogizing" theme. It feels like they just said, "Alright let's just give her all her flowers, all the awards she wants and then let's put her away." I have no basis for any of this, but it's just something I subconsciously thought of. Also after all they've done to Mariah, I think we all have the rights to be cynical.

Part of me believes the reason why she pushes AIWFCIY so hard every year, is to remind them she's still delivering her pound of flesh for the company. That she is worth more alive than dead.

She's really not out there fighting Sony in the court system and buying out other catalogues like Michael did, so I hope they just let homegirl live and enjoy her festive life. She's really been through enough.

Not a set up at all. Just painting a very clear picture on how hard Mariah banked on and pushed this album.

My point was simply Mariah got more "brand new" artist treatment than an actual relatively new artist and still tanked.

Out of all I wrote, that's the one thing you choose to bring up? They do not have the same Gamma backing and treatment and they're not in the same caliber as MC, in terms of songwriting. Never have been. So yeah, they are bound to flop.

Retrospective moments (111,820) by Lambi from USA
Morgan Wallen only did SNL, one festival, a couple of radio interviews, and a few YouTube acoustic sessions. He still pulled 493,000 units in his debut week. The timing of his tour helped, but the rollout was minimal. But do you know how much more Mariah did?

• BET, iHeartRadio, the VMAs.
• Ridiculous amount of podcast and radio interviews.
• A jam-packed week of TV appearances close to release date.
• In-store events, magazine covers.
• Huge international festivals.
• An Apple Music special.
• A high-budget video for T:D.
• Stripped versions of the album's songs.
• Collaboration with other artists.
• Three singles released.

This is why we can confidently say her numbers are indeed pathetic. I don't fault Bobby A. for assuming something is suspicious. It's actually pretty valid.

People keep saying, "Oh, she doesn't have to chart. Let's just enjoy it." But that's not what she said. Mariah made it clear, this was her goal. To finish strong. Had she not prefaced it like that, maybe the numbers wouldn't sting so much. She obviously didn't join a 400 million dollar company for a $39k debut. For the first time in a while, she was genuinely fired up about her career. She was locked in on pursuing a tangible goal.

Part of me believes there's some truth in Bobby A's claim (deep in my dive right now), but another part of me believes the public has actually just checked out on her. The big promotional opportunities actually just backfired. People saw the VMAs. They saw how stiff, uninterested and lazy she was. Why in the world would anyone spend money on that? The free market will blatantly always tell you.

The caricature of Mariah, the "lip-syncing phony" seems to have won. On one hand, I feel bad, but on another hand, I hope this truly wakes her up. She can post these fleeting weekly Billboard numbers to soften the blow, but we know she's embarrassed. And to be fair, who wouldn't be?

Nonetheless, I am grateful Mariah truly doesn't let go. "They chase me down but I'm still rolling, something in me cannot be stolen, I will not break, I won't be broken, it's deep, can't you see?" I believe these are the words that echo in her mind as she journeyed this album. No groundbreaking single, but very solid songs. Nothing Is Impossible and Here For It All are on repeat. A good body of work indeed. And I believe she will get that 20th number one. This flop will just make her go harder. She's fully lost her ability to perform on stage, but the creativity is still as strong as ever. And it's really her creativity that always lands her at #1.
