She makes catchy music, her tone is one of the most pleasant to listen to. She has grown so much as a singer. There is a reason why she has 14 #1s ,the public loves her, she has her fanbase. I need a bad girl anthem from her and Mariah. Let's also go after Taylor swift or Selena Gomes if we [sic] talking about people who can't sing. Everyday you continue to amaze me, always finding a way to try to bring Mariah down. Even if you don't agree with this whole 2020, why fight so hard trying to make a wrong point. I rather have a tone people like than being a great vocalist in today's industry. Jennifer Hudson would have Adele type of success if that matters. The industry has changed. I honestly can't think of one great singer with huge success. With great I mean someone to put next to Aretha, Whitney or Mariah. Today's "great" singers with success make me cringe. The future (91,724) by We are Lambily from USA I’m so happy for Mariah but I hope 2020 is the year where we forget the #1s and focus on her amazing, untouchable catalogue. (Unless Mariah stays on top for 3 more weeks into 2020.) The Butterfly Returns tour is a great way to sing songs nobody would expect, that’s one of the things that made Caution world tour so great. Give us 2-3 medleys of the #1s and then let’s give it a rest. Mariah really has one of the greatest discography’s. I agree, we need a new single asap, something for the radio. A fun song like or. And then hit us with a ballad only Mariah knows how, was cute but I need Mariah to go deeper. I know Mariah has more great music in her. She used to live in the studio now she has two precious children that needs her attention to. Remy ma talked about this in the latest episode. When you get children, you can’t spend as much time on the studio. I’m hoping now that dem kids are a bit grown, they can understand that mommy has to work. We are gonna come for The Beatles. She is still going viral, people talk about her, she owns 2-3 months of the year. The album has been streamed almost 90 millions on Spotify alone. Mariah sells over 300+k of her catalogue every year and that was at the time the public hated her. She is the industry biggest hitmaker, the most successful female singer songwriter producer of all time. She should lend her music more to tv shows and movies. I forgot its name but Fantasy is in a new movie and I can't wait to watch it. Mariah is about to make history this Monday, we going #1 and probably staying there all Christmas into 2020. Ear monitor malfunction Answer: Every professional singer has dealt with this. Listen to Ed "don't know how to spell his last name lol" defend [sic] Mariah on NYE. 2. No humidifiers Answer: You should know by know that Mariah's voice gets easily affected by the air. 3. Too cold Answer: I have to laugh, please use your brain and get why people don't like to sing in the cold, which why winter is the season people lip the most. Almost every Christmas show that is outdoors are [sic] prerecorded. 4. Too hot Answer: I have to laugh. 5. Stage fright Answer: Stage fright is a real phobia, and it explains why Mariah slayed the world tour and then giving her worst performance in the only televised performance of the year. "I think" Mariah slays more when she is around fans because she is more comfortable with us. 6. Corset too tight Answer: Simple biology is needed her, if you block the airways you will sound worse. Period. 7. Michael Jackson's casket put her off Answer: MJ was a personal friend to her, imagine getting asked to sing first in a funeral when your friend is laying in a casket a few meters away. 8. One thing is for sure, Mariah is and will always be one of the greatest artists and I hate how ungrateful and unappreciative some of the lambs have become. And you came up with 25 reasons, and at least half can be debated. So much negativity here, so I'm just leave [sic] this board before I get too emotional. Some people here needs [sic] to just live their lives and let Mariah live. Mariah has the most unique, special and a curse of a voice, it's not a Céline voice, if the air is not right it's gonna sound harsh. Mariah's voice deserves a own Netflix documentary, I don't think half of the people here understand Mariah's voice. The fact that you guys would use Mariah's mental health against her proves to me what I have always been saying, you guys don't care about Mariah but the image more. And literally outsang 50+ people including A list singers. Her voice is untouchable, her discography speaks for itself. No singer comes close. But I can name 20 other girls that didn't sing yet once again you guys try to vilify Mariah for it. Okay you should also know by now that Mariah's voice is special. Her nodules has its good and bad sides. And yes if the air is not right Mariah's voice gets affected. The last thing I'm gonna mention is that Mariah was in tears throughout the "singing" part so how do you expect her to sing? She was living in the moment, she has given us 29+ years of pure singing.
