About Darryle from USA: .

No glove (45,558) by Darryle from USA
Mariah didn't have a glove on at the Hercules premiere. This is like the first time I've seen her without one in a while. Her hand must have gotten better so good for her.

One More Try (45,490) by Darryle from USA
I believe it's about the miscarriage. I have a few reasons for that. One being the heartbeat. I believe that could be the heartbeat of her child. Two are the lines: "I'm looking out for angels", "Just trying to find some peace." I think these lines mean that Mariah's looking to heaven or God trying to find if her child has become an angel and she's trying to come to peace with that. Also the line: "I don't want to learn to hold you touch you think that you're mine." This line would mean get attached and love it because that would bring more pain knowing that she would only lose it. Three being all the goodbyes she adds in the song would be her parting ways. Last is her voice. I think Mariah chose to sing in such a high voice on this song is because she's trying to replicate or imitate a child like voice because the songs about a miscarriage.

Record deal (45,435) by Darryle from USA
Mariah needs a record deal because I guarantee I'll she made an album it would be filled with Triumphants. Mariah's may say she's apart of the business aspect of her career but how much? She needs a deal to get promotion. If Mariah wants to be free musically why doesn't she do a mixtape? On a mixtape she could fill it with Triumphants and Don't Stop Funkin' 4 Jamaica and no one would care because mix tapes are free and they're only meant to hold fans over during waits. After a mixtape she could do an album with commercial songs.

Loverboy (45,423) by Darryle from USA
I'm a bit late on this but happy 13th anniversary to Loverboy, the lead single of Glitter. Despite all the sampling controversy it still turned out to be a pretty catchy song.

SESAC (45,419) by Darryle from USA
I understand now that SESAC collects royalties. But does this mean she still has to find a label like Def Jam or Sony?

Photoshop (45,406) by Darryle from USA
I wish Mariah would stop with the photoshop or at least speak up about it. They went overboard, it was too much, especially when Terry Richardson is known for candid shots. They thinned her wrist, got rid of armpit rolls, added eyeshadow and tons more. Why does Mariah feel that she needs it anyway? She post photos with no photoshop on her Instagram all the time and to tell the truth she looks amazing. She truly doesn't need it. On the plus side though, she does look like she's lot weight since then so good for her. I know some people say who cares if she uses photoshop it's just a little touch up. Well my problem with it is that she talks about being perfect and that maintaining supermodel size 0 is unattainable yet she photoshops her waist and adds all over bronzed and things like that. I believe she has full control over the photoshop. Like the album artwork for MIAM, she knew what those pics looked like and still choose them even though she was going to use the childhood picture. If you don't like your figure work on it or just take chest up pictures.

Throwback moments on the album (45,365) by Darryle from USA
I've been noticing lots of throwback moments on the album so I've made a list of each one. If anyone knows more I'd love to see what you got.
Cry - It reminds me of Vanishing and VOL and its lyrics (till we both break down) bring me back to the song Breakdown.
Faded - References The Roof in the first line: It was overcast that day. The Roof: It wasn't raining yet but it was a little misty on that warm November night. Or FOJ: It was twilight that 4th of July.
Dedicated - References Fantasy: Remix of a fantasy, I hear 'em singing back to me like. The whistles at the end remind me of All In Your Mind.
Beautiful - The whistles at the end make me think Dreamlover.
Thirsty - Lyrically I think Obsessed or TMB because it talks about Instagram and TMB talks about YouTube
MILG - Sound wise I think It's A Wrap and Forever.
YM(E) - ?
YDKWTD - The line and even more than you love floating in a haze. Makes me think ILT because of the line purple taking me higher.
Supernatural - ?
Meteorite - Sound wise I think Fly Away (Butterfly reprise) and Daydream interlude (Fantasy sweet dub mix). Lyrically I think Fly Away (Butterfly Reprise).
Camouflage - I think of The Wind and TTEOT because of the wind sound effects on both tracks.
Money - ?
OMT - ?
Heavenly - Fly Like A Bird part 2.

Learning her lesson (45,362) by Darryle from USA
I'm over this album. If it's promoted great, if it's not I guess I'm going to have to deal with it. At the end of the day I just hope Mariah learns her lesson. She needs to let us in on what's happening and don't leave us out in the cold. All that does is divide the fans. Hopefully she learns that promo and having the GP on your side is key to good sales. I believe sales are important to Mariah despite how many times she says that she'd still make music even without good sales.

Lee (45,361) by Darryle from USA
I'll answer your question. If she did a lot of promotion and still only sold 40k I'd be ok with that. It would suck that the sales would be that low but at least I'd know she tried. I would know that the public is generally not interested in the album and Mariah could work from there to fix it. But she's not even trying to do something to promote this album so the public could generally be interested in it if they knew it was out there.

What's Mariah's plan? (45,299) by Darryle from USA
I read the article with JD saying that Mariah's sales will build overtime and that they have a plan that they is in play. I'm not denying that sales will build overtime because they will but if a music video is there plan it's not going to help. You can't just shoot a video for a song no one knows about. Questions: 1. What happened between February and now? She promoted YM(E) more than the album itself. What changed? 2. Why is Jermaine giving us more information on what's happening than Mariah? She's just staying quiet not telling us anything.

I wish you well (45,245) by Darryle from USA
I was listening to "I wish you well today" and one line in particular really stuck out to me: "But let him without sin cast the first stone brethren but who remains standing then." It's meaning really applies to the stuff happening in the world today. I need lyrics like that for every album.

Mix tapes (45,244) by Darryle from USA
I just recently fell in love with mix tapes and thought what a great idea it would have been for Mariah to release one during the 5 years this album took. Nothing big just 3 or 4 tracks she's not using or something like that. It probably would've helped hold the fans over because we wouldn't have been sitting waiting for something to happen. I'd love for her to do a mix tape of re recorded demos just for the fans.

You And I (45,180) by Darryle from USA

I just listened to Mariah's performance of You And I. I don't know what took me so long. This is easily one of her best live performances in my opinion. Sure it's not the best vocally but you can feel the emotion coming from her and arrangements different while staying true to the original. I love the way she uses a choir and her lower register it's so husky. This and MILG proves why Stevie and Mariah need to work together with Stevie writing and singing. Their lyrical genius and vocals with Stevie playing the piano or something would make for an amazing song.

R Kelly (45,175) by Darryle from USA
I hope that BGK wasn't the only song Mariah did with R. Kelly. BGK was lazily done and feels like its been done before. A lot of his collabs are based around sex or scandal like cheating. I understand that he's known for sex songs and stuff like that but I was hoping for something uplifting or something like "It's your world" by Jennifer Hudson. R. Kelly is in it and the song is catchy and in my opinion better than BGK. I'll just wait and see if he's on the next album.

Mimi L (45,026) by Darryle from USA
I'd try Vision Of Love since it's what got the general public interested in her in he first place. Then AIWFCIY her most popular. ABMB, WBT, Hero, Breakdown, and a personal fave from the new album. I'd go along the lines of songs you'd first think of when you heard the name Mariah Carey.

Control (45,025) by Darryle from USA
Does Mariah have any control over what happens with her singles? I mean gosh I understand she can't control everything but if she can't even pick her own cover art. I think I'm starting to see why Mariah thinks record labels will start to go out of business. I'm also seeing why some people want Mariah to go the indie route with an independent label. It would give her more control over things like this.

Charmbracelet love (44,811) by Darryle from USA
I love it when I hear people say they love Charmbracelet. It's such an underrated album. Her vocals may have been on off on the album but lyrically it's her deepest most personal album. Definitely in my top 5.

Dedicated lyrics (44,507) by Darryle from USA
Does anyone know if these are the correct lyrics to dedicated? Lyrics: Who's the greatest living that pasted away? I asked MC what she has to say of Erik B or Master P. I thought Master P was alive. Isn't he Romeo Miller's dad? I'm certain he's alive. Could someone help me out either I'm hearing things wrong or Master P is actually dead.

Just something funny (44,480) by Darryle from USA
Just something funny I saw on the internet thought it might lighten the mood. It made me laugh when I first read it.
Q: What is the highest frequency noise that a human can register?
A: Mariah Carey.

Lipping (44,449) by Darryle from USA
I think that Money was lipped but only that song. WBT she may have sung over a backtrack but that's it I don't think she would go and re record it like that. It's one of her best live renditions of that song. As for Heavenly I just can't see Mariah ever lipping a gospel song. Her and Nick talk about how spiritual she is and God has blessed them and helped her get through such tough times. Her being so spiritual I just can't see her faking the emotion that would go into such an uplifting song like this.

Fake (44,448) by Darryle from USA
The Mariah we saw was not fake. The Mariah on NBC wasn't fake it was just one we aren't used to. It was a toned down Mariah. She used less things related to the diva and ditzy image. She only used dahlings like once. Mariah always tones it down for serious interviews. If she were Oprah or Barbra Walters was interviewing she would tone it down a bit. I can't believe some of you think Mariah acts like what we saw before on shows like MTV all the time. It's probably a bit more of both a combo of seriousness and playfulness.

Bill (44,358) by Darryle from USA
Don't go off of my word because I could be wrong but I went and listened and I think it's goosed than them other fools. After supposed to be I think it's acting like I know you notice me fantasize about the way you lick your lips fingertips on your hips as we dip. I think these are the correct lyrics but I'd wait until Mariah releases them to make sure.

Promotion strategy (44,300) by Darryle from USA
Mariah needs one. Despite what some are saying I think this album has tons of single choices. All Mariah needs to do is pick one. Maybe she's struggling to pick between one she loves and one that is commercial. I don't know but something has to happen. If this album gets a top 10 hit then sales will be huge. We can't pretend that Mariah's just over big sales and charts because if she was then she wouldn't have tried so hard with all of these singles. Even if there is no single she could do an interview or something there's Ellen, Arsenio, Fallon, morning news shows and so many more. To those saying this is a get me off this label album that could be true but it doesn't excuse the lack of promo. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Rainbow a get me off this label album. It was finished in 4-5 months. It may be one of her lesser albums but it still had more promo then this. It also had a hit single and I'm pretty sure the label situation was worse then than it is today.

Robert (44,263) by Darryle from USA

Has anyone see the Robert video yet? I saw it and it's hilarious and sweet all at the same time. Robert is the true definition of a devoted die hard lamb. This video really shows how much love Mariah has for us lambs. She signed photos and took pics and talked to him while he was running next to her car. If this was any other person they probably would have just shut the window and left but Mariah stayed and had a mini conversation. I hope Robert gets his Instagram follow. This video just made me like 1000 times more proud to be a lamb.

Damage control (44,260) by Darryle from USA
I think Mariah needs some damage control to help promote this album. She needs to come off as more down to earth and more likable. She has to get rid of or a least tone down the ditzy diva image. It's not relatable and people want to buy music from those than can relate. Less dahlings and saying stupid stuff like splashes and "I've never had a normal job". She also could use a good stylist. It's always black and long with cleavage. That's so boring. Whoever dressed her on AI needs to come back asap. Mariah has legs for days but she only wears a slit or short dress occasionally. I understand the diva image and dahling stuff is apart of Mariah that we have to accept which is ok but it doesn't mean we have to put up with it all the time.
