About Gee from U.S.A. (New York City): Me and Mariah go back like babies on pacifiers.

In the mix (90,849) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
The song is a delight and fresh. It is definitely giving me that 80’s vibe that made Glitter special and standout.

Glitter (90,788) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
It is so much that can be said as to why that era did not work. But at this point as fans we should be grateful for the fact that Mariah survived such a dark time in her life which I am sure was not easy doing so in the spotlight. Of course as fans we would like for Mariah to be successful with everything that she does but in reality she is human just like the rest of us, so it is not possible. Was Glitter a classic movie in my honest opinion? No but I will not hold it against Mariah because I am not really into Mariah for acting I enjoy Mariah as the singer-songwriter/producer. But I will not knock her for wanting to try other aspects of entertainment if it makes her heart full.

Genius interview (90,733) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
The genius interview is in my opinion one of Mariah’s best interviews of her entire career. Honestly the interviews for the Caution era as a whole were great.

15 most shocking dresses of the 1990’s (90,568) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
The Butterfly era was special for so many reasons, but this look in particular was a standout because MC looked gorgeous as hell and she looked fresh, and she reeks sex appeal without trying definitely a great moment in time for MC and her fans, and it was certainly a moment for MC the sex symbol because she was definitely alive and well, and off the meter.

Todd / Whoopi (90,517) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
In regards to Whoopi's comment, I heard about it and honestly I think that she was being shady as she can be at times. But we love everybody.

OTR (90,500) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
I have not heard the song as popular as it is. Personally I do not listen to the radio as much as I used to growing up because most of today’s music is not for me. Now that LNX has broken OSD’s record I hope that LNX can sustain a long lasting great career and not be known for just this one song and one achievement. On another note I am happy that MC was able to handle this moment with grace and how a legend on her level should have.

Fourth of July (90,362) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
With Fourth of July, the story she painted with her lyrics is what makes the song amazing, the same thing with The Roof the story along with the video is MC in all of her sexy glory without trying too hard. I really miss some of these moments it just takes you down lane, and it makes me appreciate MC for her great talent as a brilliant songwriter and story teller.

Forbes (90,335) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Please understand that there are a lot of politics that goes into the Forbes list. Mariah not being included does not bother me because I know that she is living nice and comfortable and a list is not needed to validate that.

Madame X (90,084) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
I actually took a listen to the album and I have to say it is an auto tuned mess. Also critics have not been too kind either. But respect to Madonna for still out here doing her thing, even if I don't subscribe to her or her art.

Embarrassed (89,988) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
If MC was embarrassed about these pictures coming out she has nothing to be embarrassed about. Yes she looks faded and the lighting is hideous but other than that she has nothing to worry about. MC has to stop putting trust into people she meets so quickly because Stella and her circus did not have MC's best interests at heart from the beginning they just were out to get notoriety and perks off of MC's name and image. Hopefully MC has learned her lesson, and now we can continue to celebrate our living legend and leave the nightmare era where it belongs in the trash.

Stella and company (89,975) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
If anyone can not see what is going on here you don't want to see it. Stella and company are definitely doing anything for clout and relevance because no one is paying attention to them. These gossip magazines and websites will do anything for a story that they know will bring them traffic or money. Obviously they know that M's names still attracts attention so if she is the target it's fair game. Honestly I am not saying that M doesn't deserve to accept blame for all the negativity and nonsense that came along with Stella and company but to continue to try to damage and destroy her because she does not want to associate herself with these people anymore is just plain pathetic on their behalf. It is time for these people to go into hiding and never come out again.

Mariah Carey (89,951) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Happy 29th album to the Mariah Carey album. This debut album was definitely one of a kind.

Lead the way (89,933) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Was recorded in the last part of the 90's, it is the last time she worked with Walter A.

Robert Anthony (89,908) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
While I respect how you feel, I have to disagree with you that pop radio is not interested in female artists over 35 other than Beyoncé because they are not apart of the demographic that they are trying to reach. With You was a AC hit which is the audience that is more MC’s speed at this point in her career. Also Caution is more of an R&B album and the has done quite well on the R&B charts spending 5 weeks at #1. MC could easily work with the current chart chasers but she will only get backlash because it will look like she is trying to chase trends instead of being a trendsetter. I am happy MC decided to make music that she feels truly represents her instead making an album that feels forced or trying to be a Trap&B queen, when she is already hip-pop empress.

The newest allegations (89,876) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Stella and her circus are so angry that MC decided to dissolve her relationship with them personally and professionally that they continue to stoop so low at any cost to embarrass and humiliate MC. Honestly whether these latest allegations are true or not doesn't matter it just goes to show that without MC's name these people are not worth much.

Last pop album (89,875) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Obviously MC does not want to make a pop album because if she wanted to she would have. She worked with all relevant pop/urban producers and still created a great R&B album that is current but classic Mariah all at the same time. I feel that we should allow Mariah to make the music that she wants to create and enjoy what we like and skip over the music that we don’t like because honestly speaking she has already made history and she is still the benchmark three decades later.

Five most iconic recordings (89,801) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
1. Vision of love. This is where it all began this song was an R&B smash that crossed over to the pop side, and Mariah Carey the superstar was born. Also this was a bold introduction to the world of pop culture. 2. Fantasy (remix). This is the reason we have the hip-pop formula we know today who knew this pop balladeer diva could get a little rough around the edges and still make a classic that still bangs today. Taking that risk once again put Mariah at the forefront of pop culture. 3. All I want for Christmas is you. The queen of Christmas has arrived. Mariah was able to create an original song that has a timeless feel by connecting two universal themes Christmas and love which fans and others can relate to. 4.We Belong Together. This song was a rebirth for Mariah after some very hard times. This song was definitely proof that no one can do what Mariah can do. 5. The Wind. This shows Mariah tap into jazz territory and do it with great ease.

JLo / LA Reid (89,771) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Yes she is signed to his new label funny thing about that is JLo has had many deals in recent years and everything she done musically as of late is not sticking but the media looks past that she has worked with Khaled, Cardi, French Montana and she has not been able to find her mark with the new music generation but her other endeavors keep her in the four front.

Both were a nice surprise and I really appreciated and enjoyed the moment as all of us did, but I wish I was there in person.

The standard (89,755) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Whether you agree with me or not it is alright with me. Mariah is truly the standard simply because everyone compares her to herself more than other artists. Her performances at Albert Hall were great and the fanfare and critics were on her side as well. This resurgence of confidence has done wonders for our girl whatever she is doing I want her to keep it up. Bravo Mariah you are doing great. Have a great day/evening my Archives family and let’s continue to love ourselves and respect one another.

Royal Albert Hall / Andrew (89,715) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
I like your idea, hopefully Mariah and her team decides to do something special with this mini residency since she has only been to this special venue one time when she performed Endless Love with the late Luther Vandross.

Ivor Novella (89,698) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
What a great honor and an amazing achievement for our girl. Hopefully with this latest award and the BBMA Icon Award this is the jumpstart to MC finally getting the flowers and recognition she so rightfully deserves.

Right to dream / Help me make it (89,592) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City)
Both songs may not be the typical Mariah song but for me they both still touch the soul the fact that they are both minimal production wise and she sings in the lower register but you still feel the emotion in the her voice. Also what makes both songs so relatable because we all identify with feeling lost, low, or trying to get away from someone or something that is not good for us but we try to hold on because of comfortability or the fear of unknown. But I have to agree these two songs are definitely two beautiful underrated gems.
