Mariah has had several performance issues lately either by her own hands or by her sound techs. She needs to wake up and hire a manager who has an IDGAF attitude who will tell it like and fire her whole team. She needs a manager who can intercept the BS thrown at her and give it back when needed. She needs an advocate who understands her legacy and works to preserve it. I have someone in mind that not everyone will like, but this person is intelligent, knows the industry and who I think will intimidate some because he knows his stuff and would also keep it real with Mariah. Damon Dash could do this. He knows Mariah, they've worked together and though he's gotten himself in trouble in the past, I think he'd be someone who wouldn't say yes to her all the time which is what she needs. Randy and Jermaine where amateurs to handling artists compared to what Same has done. The man helped helped bring Jay-Z to the forefront when no one else would sign him, he discovered and signed a young Kanye West to Rockafella when even Jay-Z didn't want him. He may not be an industry good guy, but maybe it's exactly what she needs.
