About Gerome from Canada: I love God first, family second and then the rest of my heart goes to Mariah...

Heavenly instant fave (43,899) by Gerome from Canada
I love this song to bits. She even sang hallelujah and the ad libs plus high note at the end. Pure heaven. Loving Thirsty, Supernatural, Cry., Camouflage, Meteorite and You Don't Know What To Do.

You're Mine versions (41,184) by Gerome from Canada
It's interesting that the original seems to be more melodic than the remix in terms of the piano ticks a la We Belong Together. The remix is quieter and more vocally driven but with much more interesting sequence and arrangements mainly because of Trey's verses. Both stand out on its own. Beautifully. MC is a genius. I'm loving the "My... m-ayyy..." at the intro. Pure heaven. The racy beat all throughout the song is infectious.

Unsung lyrics (38,701) by Gerome from Canada
She couldn't sing "she wades in insecurity and hides herself inside of me". It rang true to what she's experiencing right now. Heartbreaking.

Unreleased (38,605) by Gerome from Canada
I love her take on "Help Me Make It". She made the song likeable. I feel her soul everytime I hear it. Just lovely.

Legacy of the Voice (38,562) by Gerome from Canada
Mariah is handling the public display of her voice well. I do not mind if she pre-records a lot of her performances. It keeps the integrity, legacy and supremacy of her voice. I was watching some of Whitney's last live performances and I just thank God that Mariah didn't have to go through that phase in her career. They were awful, to say the least. If she pre-records her performances a day or two before the actual event, they are pretty much legit for me. She has learned from the fallen divas of her era. I applaud and adore her more for that.

Shade on each other (37,928) by Gerome from Canada
AI did not put Mariah's performance before the grand reveal and Mariah did not give AI stage the honor of doing a live performance. It is really funny. The upside on this AI era is that Mariah was exposed to the general public on a bi-weekly basis, giving her enough push for the release of her #Beautiful single and LP. She will never join AI again I guess. Ever.

She did not lip sync it (37,927) by Gerome from Canada
It is hard to believe guys, but after very close listen and view, Mariah really did not lip sync at all. The performance may be edited a bit to fit the time limit, but she totally sang every word live. At first I thought that she did it at the beginning of Hero, but I was wrong. Everything was sung live. I love her more for this stellar performance. She might be laughing at the lip sync rumors right now. Hail the true queen of all divas.

Doubters (37,607) by Gerome from Canada
A great song is a great song, even when it is a duet or not. Let us pray that great things come to this era. Nobody can count a great song out.

The wand, the dodge and the tears (37,501) by Gerome from Canada
Our Mariah got a little bit crazy last night and I just love how she did it. The wand was a stone winner. Her refusal to acknowledge the B-word even after a lot of people greeted her was priceless. Poor Kree. It was really embarrassing. Nicki was put in her place. Hahaha. But there was a shade on her "queen" comment. She doesn't treat Mariah as a queen". Well, tonight was wonderful. Mariah's tears upon Devin's elimination was really moving. My wife shed tears as well.

AH alternate version (37,451) by Gerome from Canada
I was pleasantly surprised to hear a different version of Almost Home at the end credits of Oz TGAP. She removed the whispers at the beginning and the instrumental intro was doubled in length. She added vocal moans in some parts and I wondered why she did not so the amazing vocal runs at the end of the song. There was one chorus after the bridge instead of the usual two. They did a good decision on choosing the single version. The version on the film is very subtle, so sweet. I love both versions. Do any of you have an mp3 of the alternate version?

What matters most (37,439) by Gerome from Canada
What matters most for me is her music. I love that she keeps on being a good musician even when the songs don't sell as much as before. I am so thankful to God that she still gives time to make good music even when she's so busy, with her family and her job and other tenures. Whatever she puts out always sounds good to me. She has my support no matter what. I heard a snippet of a new song she's doing at the studio when Barbara Walters interviewed her and it sounds great.

In AI on time (37,396) by Gerome from Canada
I love that Mariah is almost always on time in AI tapings and even on the live shows. She's truly a professional and is pretty serious about taking on this job. I just laugh every time NM gets late. It just shows what kind of person she really is. So far, Mariah is being very optimistic on all of her comments. She knows how hard it is for newcomers to be accepted in the music business right now. I love her judging style and the Mariahisms that she adds at the end of almost every comment. Hahaha. Amazing.

At Home (37,300) by Gerome from Canada
I totally love the R&B beats of this song. It's catchy and I cannot stop singing the chorus and vocal runs at the end. The hook is amazingly wicked.

Almost Home (37,275) by Gerome from Canada
I love this song. The beat is really very R&B and I love the whispered backing vocals. The vocal runs after the bridge are crazy good. It has a Prisoner/Triumphant vibe. This song will be very big.

Home run (37,242) by Gerome from Canada
AH is lovely. I cried when it came to the chord change after the bridge. The vocal runs are crazy. Hallelujah. She sounds a bit like Rihanna early on verse two, but that's alright. I love this song. Could this be her 19th? Amazing.
