I personally loved her reaction and I wouldn't act differently. She tried to turn the situation into a positive moment but she is a human being and she was 100% right to get finally fed up. What happened on New Years Eve would never happen on her proper concert, where she has her own tech people who do their job properly and if something goes wrong, they fix it immediately.
