The difference is, again, if you listen closely, Mariah did it in full chest voice. Basically, Mariah was saying, "I can sing whatever she's singing still, but better/stronger." Hearing something new in that classic, incomparable, 90s Mariah vocal technique equivalent gave me life. Her voice was immeasurable. I almost cried at being able to resurge chills that only occurred with new releases n the 90’s, when I was a kid. Hearing those vocals, that tone, the ease, the musical acrobatics her larynx performs, will always be, forever, as long as humans exist, incomparable. That voice was proof magic existed. No but seriously, it’s literally the only music I listen to or own, except for an Christina Aguilera cd someone gave me. I am 100% sure. (Monday 24 August 2020; 18:47)

Negativity towards direction of MC music (86,244) by Carlos Jaramillo from United States She's doing her best with what she's got left. If you had all that fame, would you just "let it go"? Be reasonable. She gave us, at least, 17 years of the most incomparable, vocally elaborate, emotionally polarizing, structurally illusive singing in the history of recorded music. Problem is, respect for history, and for people in general, has dissipated into nonexistence. I've loved her when she could [...]. And now that she delivered us an album that basically sounds like a whole bunch of sound bites or, demo recordings. I just sit back and put on Daydream and respect the history. Because never has there been, and more importantly, another Mariah Carey. Enjoy her while we live her and she's here. (Monday 19 November 2018; 20:25)
