There For Me (Acapella) does something to me when I listen to it. It belongs on K Love's playlist right now.

Spring or fall album release preference (106,730) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Bruno Mars is on the table too. I think MC has finally realized that she is going to have to step out of her comfort zone and collaborate with new producers. I am all for an album with songs with from Bruno Mars, Anderson Paak, Rai Khalil, and Solange. Her recording time period for this album is going to be her longest time yet from 2021-2025.

Spring or fall album release preference (106,728) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I was just thinking today that MC's album releases in the spring tend to do better for strong first week sales and promotion is executed 100% for maximum sales. I am hoping the new album is given like an April 2025 release date. She is probably has something planned for the 30th anniversary for Merry Christmas like an anniversary editon and Christmas shows. January-March 2025 would give her time to release the first single and promote it properly.

Anderson Paak (106,718) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Maybe because of these pictures, a faithful and inquisitive Lamb can only assume Anderson Paak was the producer she was talking about in the Vogue article. She gives him away by saying "Y'all wouldn't believe the week I've had." You know all about Anderson Paak's and Bruno Mars' R&B throwback group Silk Sonic. I liked that she is stepping out of her comfort zone by leaning less on the hip hop genre and more on the R&B and dance genre. Could working with Anderson Paak and Rae Khalil help MC craft a brilliant album? 2024 is definitely giving the Lambs good vibes about her voice, MC16, creativity in the studio and her overall happiness than in 2023. This is Rae Khalil.

Vogue World interview (106,717) by Robert-Anthony from United States
MC has spoken like this since "I Don't Know Her" and Tommy did her so wrong. One thing we can say about MC is that she is not going to talk negatively about a person or situation unless you gotten on her bad list. I agree with you that the Lauryn Hill situation may have been a label issue or who knows with Ms. Hill. She has had some difficulty showing up on time or being true to her commitments in the past. Anyone noticed in the Vogue interview MC answered in way to make the interviewer think that the two actually recorded Save The Day in the studio together? We all know that Lauryn's vocals are a sample from The Fugees' song Killing Me Softly.

Rainbow 25 (106,716) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Joe's Wikipedia page under his career section: Rise to Stardom 2000-2007. Sometimes Wikipedia is my only source for quick answers without typing in Google a specific question for more narrowed search results. I do get actually old interview results if I type YouTube behind my search topic.

Rainbow 25 (106,710) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Right. She sang the 2nd verse in such a lazy way to me than the first verse. Something is just off with her second verse. Anybody notice that 98 Degrees background are very prevalent and extra loud on the solo version than the album version? I think all three harmonized together on the album version.

Vogue World interview (106,707) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Finally a Lamb who knew the right questions to ask. We found out that the Crystal Ball Lauren Hill song was just Lamb myth. There is Rainbow tour and MTV promotion footage that she is looking for. And last but not least, a new music is coming soon. MC said that she was in the studio this week with someone who shall be nameless. It is really good that she is revisiting Rainbow before she releases a new album since it was such a turning point in her career.

Rainbow 25 (106,704) by Robert-Anthony from United States
The collaboration helped Joe's album sales and singles rise on the charts from 2000-2007. TGIFY was Joe's first number #1 song on the Hot 100. Stutter released in 2000 became his second #1 song.

MC's collaborations has helped other artists careers like Nas, Mystikal, Fabolous, Meek Mill, Miguel, and The-Dream rise to new heights for album and single chart dominance.

Rainbow 25 CD? (106,696) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Lol. I am here searching the YouTube comments for the reason why Sony didn't make the CD available for preorder. I can't find a reason why. I can only speculate that CD sales for Music Box and The Rarities must have been low compared to vinyl sales. This is why I miss Fye's Mix and Burn. I could get on their website and create the CD and have shipped to me in 7 days.

Mariahtrends on X is reporting that MC worked with her engineers to correct original mixing problems for the anniversary release. I always felt that the sound quality was not like Butterfly or Daydream. Did she rush the mixing process as well to be done with Sony?

Rainbow's End (106,687) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Agree. I like hip hop MC better than disco queen Mariah. Lol. I think that she and David were going for a beat that the queens could relate to the most since a lot of drag queens love to perform 70s disco songs. A Rainbow End has Sylvester written all over it.

It will be available for any independent record store to order from their regular wholesale distributor. They probably won't be able to order it until 3 weeks before October 18th.

Rainbow 25 (106,679) by Robert-Anthony from United States
We can finally hear the whole album in a different way. I have a new love for Rainbow now. Tommy was really getting to MC and it is reflected vocally throughout the album. I wonder can a Rainbow documentary be made compiling video footage from 1999-2001.

MC was a very confident 30 year old to stand up to Sony. Not too many 30 year old female artists would decide to cut ties with a major company like Sony after unparalled success. I wonder why Tommy gave MC such hard time during the whole Rainbow era. Why was he still mad in 1999 when he granted MC a divorce after hearing Butterfly in 1997? Was he bitter because MC was dating Luis Miguel and working with David Foster? Questions here in Texas waiting for midnight.

How Much remix (106,652) by Robert-Anthony from United States
You may be on to something. Sony did not want any R&B hip hop infused songs from Rainbow as singles. Remember the Can't Take That Away From Me/Crybaby battle with Sony. Maybe How Much was going to be the original second single after Heartbreaker and Sony said no and released Thank God I Found You instead.

How Much remix (106,646) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I am wondering that too about How Much. The original already samples Makaveli's (Tupac) Me and My Girlfriend. What more could have been done to make it a remix? Maybe JD and MC sped up the tempo with a new verse from Usher.

I like what has been revealed so far, but I am hoping for at least 5 more bonus tracks. What about these rumored tracks recorded for the Rainbow album?

1. After Tonight ft. Miguel
2. Crystal Ball ft. Lauryn Hill
3. Everytime

A Thousand Life Times would be perfect for the Rainbow 25th anniversary.
