First of all, even though Mariah is extremely savvy when it comes to timing album releases, there's no way in hell she could compete with the Gagas and Katys without a bulletproof #1 single. #Beautiful could of had a shot at #1 if it weren't for all the bad press her "live" performances generated in its wake. To add insult to injury, Mariah has been super lazy promoting this song. Releasing a gazillion mediocre remixes is not going to work in this day and age, it's not the early 2000s anymore. She needs to shove her music down people's throats like 1D and Taylor Swift do. Get their management teams instead of winging it and trying to be Wonder Woman. We want to stop hearing Nick say "My wife did all of the stage production and what not" because truth be told, it's starting to get a bit frustrating and embarrassing.  Triumphant was a weak track, Almost Home was attached to a terrible movie, and Beautiful was left to die of lack of attention. MC, what are you doing?
