Re: Jenny / length of the show / SSFT Mariah's vocal (61,261) by Joanna from Poland Jenny, the concert here in Poland lasted 1 hour and 35 minutes or so. It seemed much longer though. We were in the front raw right in front of her, it was an amazing experience to be that close to her. Although she said she wasn't feeling well that day, her vocal was brilliant. Twisterman (43,047) by Joanna from Poland I totally concur with you on the matter of MC's lyrics. I am of the opinion that Petals is Mariah's best song when lyrics is concerned. It is profound, allegorical and diverse. Her last song that has got deeper lyrics is Languishing. However, in general I think her lyrics has recently deteriorated. It has got the most amazing vocal, full of emotions and a captivating melody. Moreover, it's totally different from Mariah's mainstream songs. I also hope we will get similar songs on the new album. Matt Summers / ballandes (39,332) by Joanna from Poland Matt, I concur with you when it comes to that matter. I'm sure that in a moment someone here will post that nobody listens to ballandes any more, but I think it's not true. I listen to ballandes everyday and so do all my friends. Of course, we listen to old ballandes as in current music industry the new ones are few and far between. I am not stating that Mariah should fill her all album with ballandes and inspirational songs, but I believe balance is good, and a good album should be diverse. There is a hot debate that Mariah's voice has changed, but her lyrics has changed as well. I love Mariah's fun and laidback songs, but I miss songs like Close My Eyes, Petals, Outside, I Am Free regarding lyrics. I know changes are inevitable, and I still love and support her and looking forward to the new album. (Friday 27 September 2013; 12:00)

Geraldine (39,176) by Joanna from Poland No Geraldine, you're not the only one (at last I'm not the only one too, when it comes to appreciation of these songs ). Almost Home and Hate You are two of my MC's top songs. I like TMB, but I'm not crazy about it. MOAIA/Alain (36,562) by Joanna from Poland I also love MOAIA. I have a special attachment to this album, because my first wedding dance was to IWTKWLI. Alain, I'm glad you mentioned "Inseparable"; I think MC's vocal is amazing in this one. And "Candy Bling" is atmospheric. My fave is "H.A.T.E. U". I'm really looking forwards to the new album. Next cover (36,248) by Joanna from Poland It won't probably be something that anybody here would expect, but I wish MC did "Alibi" by 30 Seconds To Mars. I love this song. At the beginning, the song is soft so Mariah could show a beautiful subtlety in her voice, while towards the end unleash her powerful and long notes. Jared does it great and I think Mariah's rendition would be epic. (Saturday 1 September 2012; 15:46)

My other favourite songs are: Breakdown, Against All Odds, There For Me, H.A.T.E U, Whenever You Call, Slipping Away, Betcha Gon' Know, Looking In, Inseperable, Music Box and all the songs on the album Daydream; I Am Free saved the day on more than one occasion.
