Lol, on the contrary. Nothing you post could offend and upset me. Unless it being something bad about Mariah. I only defended Justin. Also, you want to call me childish? I only called you childish because of the the rude and silly statement you made. That's all. I could care less who agrees with you. I like JT, and that's that. I'm not going to keep going back and fourth with you. I'm not here to be arguing with someone. Post what you want, I won't respond.

Mimi L. / Kenny (41,981) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Thank you Mimi, I agree 100%. I gave you a thumbs up, lol. But Kenny, to state/reference that you threw up in your mouth is really a silly statement, childish and being a [censored]. So grow up, but if that's how you feel, hey that's you. I'm not going to argue about it. I would agree that John Legend and Robin Thicke are both good singers, but I personally think that Robin is the only male singer other than George Michael of course that gives Justin competition. Usher is okay, not really a fan, and same goes for Bruno, though I do like one or two of his songs and believe in time his vocals will improve. So many people still have hard feelings on how Justin did Mariah back in 2002, and it's silly, that was 12 years ago. I really don't think that a collaboration on the song "Yours" would have worked anyways. Everyone has a right to fell the way they do, but no one can deny that the man is talented and can sing.

Walter is wrong for taking 50% of "AIWFCIY"? No, he's not. How and when he wrote some of the song? Mariah didn't write all of it herself. He had every right to take 50%. It was fair. Anyone who helps an artist write a song is entitled to their share and deserves credict and acknowledgment. Also,I happen to like Brandy. "Full moon" and "Long distance" are some of my favorite songs. And her last album was good. She's so talented and pretty nice and can sing. I don't know much of Mike though. Hopefully he produced something good. I wish Mariah would ditch the whole rap/hip hop techniques and go back to her roots because as Joyce stated it's getting old where are the beautiful songs like "Can't let go", "Just to hold you once again", "One sweet day", "Whenever you call", "When you believe". I'm grateful for "Fly like a bird", "I wish you well" (one of my favorites), "Angels cry" but some of us want ballads. "You're mine" just doesn't measure up the way "Beautiful" does, but hopefully there will be some on the new album because I saw an interview of Mariah saying there will be some.

Eternal / Kenny (41,965) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
I agree, and hope that Mariah did work and produced that song with Walter. She needs to start working with him again. "I'll still be around" sounds interesting. Now to Kenny. You're saying that anyone who is a fan of Justin Timberlake or likes his songs has bad taste in music? That's ridiculous. I'm a fan and have all his albums and songs on my phone. Guess I have bad taste then, lol. Justin is very talented and has probably one of the best male voices in music (my opinion). I don't see how you or anyone would find his voice annoying. The man can sing.

No, not the people Beyonce works with. Her music isn't even all that Mariah needs to work with Walter again and Diane Warren. She needs to come to terms that people writing for her isn't necessarily a bad thing it helps in the long run if she's given a good song she needs those nice power ballads.

BET Walk of fame / You and I / 2002 (41,938) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
I'm rediscovering Mariah's live 2000 performances and have enjoyed almost all the ones that I've seen but I was curious if anyone thinks that Mariah can still sing like she did at the BET Walk of fame in 2002? She sang "You and I" and did an awesome job but now it seems Mariah tends to lip sing her live performances in 2013 sounded decent. "We belong together" at Good Morning America I'd like a tv concert special of Mariah singing her most challenging songs and a couple of covers from some over artists this is why I'm so excited to hear the album. I want to hear her vocals. Her last power ballad was "Through the rain". Hopefully songs like "I'll still be around" and "Save the day" will show why Mariah is one of the best female singers of all time (if they are true and released) but I would think so since all the artists and producers mentioned in interviews are there listed by the songs. Who knows? I'm curious if other people think I'm just ready for the next song. A cool fun party song. Or a strong power ballad like "Hero" or "When you believe".

Collaborations (41,908) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Collaborations with John Legend, Justin Timberlake, R.Kelly and Stevie Wonder are exactly the kind of artists Mariah should sing with and have on an album. All talented and sing great. Another would be Robin Thicke. Who wouldn't want another song like "Endless love"? There have been postings on other sites stating that this new album might be her last. And I think what? At 43, I mean I know she's a mother. But retiring? I'd be crushed. Hopefully the last album with IDJ, if Mariah continues to sing. I really hope that she starts reviving that voice. Another thing that would do Mariah good is she would work with Walter again. "I'll still be around" sounds good. They really work great together and wrote some amazing songs. I can't wait for the new album.

Justin Timberlake / John Legend (41,907) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
I have always wanted Mariah to collaborate with Justin. So if by any chance they so happen to, I'd be so happy. But hey, I wanted to know if anyone has seen the performance of Mariah and John Legend in 2005 for "Save the music"? I was on YouTube and came across the video. The song is called "With you I'm born again". The performance was great. And Mariah not only looked amazing but sounded amazing too. That is exactly the kind of songs that Mariah needs to record and sing. So if anyone hasn't seen it, please do whenever you have a chance. It's a nice song. So many of us are waiting for great songs like "Music box" or "Just to hold you once again", but I am grateful for "Beautiful". It's a start. It kind of excites me to know if this rumor tracklist is accurate, because songs titled "I'll still be around" and "Save the day" seem like they would be those nice power ballad love songs. If only Mariah would do away with the drinking, rest and get a vocal coach. She holds her voice back with all that.

Drinking / new music / new record company (41,848) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
I'm glad that other lambs see and agree about Mariah's drinking rampage. She over does it. And I'm surprised that no one has brought it to her attention. Even though Mariah is a grown woman, she should be old and wise enough to know what drinking can do to her voice. There were a lot of good postings today of good and important topics regarding her drinking, image and music. I agree with George with most of his post. Everyone is dying for 90's Mariah to come back, but that's unlikely to happen if Mariah doesn't get herself together and ditches IDJ. They seem to bring nothing to the table. L.A. Reid's gotta go too. I do like Mariah's new music, but I agree that it wouldn't kill her to let other people write or help her write songs. Mariah has already proven how talented she is, but at the end of the day, you need to do what you need to do to make and release a good album. "Beautiful" is a masterpiece, "You're mine" not so much. But I'm almost certain that the new album is going to be good.

David / Billy (41,795) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
I agree with David and Billy. I also worry sometimes at Mariah's consant champagne intake. She drinks it way too much. And I think that that's one of the problems that interferes with her voice. She needs to stop and get it together. Her voice is her gift and instrument. No more drinking and a lot of rest. And vocal exercises would help too. I don't want Mariah lose her voice the way Whitney did.

Thanks sweetie for seeing and understanding my point of view. *hugs* And to you too Mimi. I agree 100% about the song "It's that like". I love it as well and actually play it from time to time. Her voice on that track is beautiful. (But then again, her voice is in just about every song.) I know so many people who want her to do another fun song like that one. The video to the song is my favorite. The gowns and beautiful long hair and that black two piece she wore at the end was stunning. But man do I wish that Mariah would have turned and released "Time of your life" as a single. It has the same feel and sound to "It's like that". I know it could have been a chart topper. I played it to my mom and she liked it a lot. I think Mariah wasted and missed an opportunity with that awesome song. But I don't dwell on the negatives. I'm just glad and grateful that she is still making music. I personally think that she has the talent and potential to accomplish so much more.

BakedBoodie / Danny (41,750) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
No you didn't push any buttons. At least not mine, although your comment made no sense. Are you sure you're not Joyce with another account? Also, the only thing that's hilarious is your avatar pic, lol. So funny. Danny, dude give it a rest. It seems in all your posts you've always stated something negative about Mariah. You sure you're a fan? Mariah has tons of money. She can buy and sell your life.

Paul (41,740) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Okay, I'm gonna need you to not be so hard and mean towards Mariah and her music. Referencing her songs as "garbage". Really, that's just wrong. And no, not all of us fans feel the same way you do. Otherwise, I wouldn't be responding to you. I did agree with you about the song "You're mine". But I never put down the song, or stated that it sucks. Also, the singles Mariah has released have been great, or least good. "Triumphant" was good and "Beautiful" and "The art of letting go" are both great. How can you judge or give an opinion on the new album if it hasn't been released? Even if the album isn't good (which I know it will be), I'll still going to not only download it but purchase it as well. 10 bucks at Target out of my wallet is nothing to me. It's Mariah Carey's man. She's the only legendary music artist I like. Other than JT. The album will be good, if not great.

New album (41,684) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
So Mariah is still working and adjusting the new album, which is nice to know. I'm excited and want the best for her. I feel that it will top or be as good as TEOM. Many people say that she still hasn't had an album that has topped it, but I disagree. I personally think that E=MC2 is just as good. Songs like "Touch my body" (even though it mainly goes for a female), "I stay in love", "I'll be lovin' you long time", and "I wish you well" all made me love Mariah even more. Memoirs was alright. I think "Candy bling" and "It's a wrap" are great. And "Up out my face" is hilarious and even better. Not to mention "Angels cry". I'm just so curious what she will name the new album. "Triumphant", "Beautiful" and "TAOLG" all are great. I'm not crazy for "You're mine", but it somewhat grew on me. As for the next single? I would go with "Hurricane" or one of the new songs she added.

Give me a break, lol. Nothing I posted was too harsh. All I posted was for [censored] to get off the cougar hair.

Joyce (41,614) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
First of all, address your comment to me. Second, who's asking you to feel guilty? Not me, that's your [censored] opinion. Fine, but I'll always defend Mariah. Her hair is fine the way it is and in no way makes her look older. You seem to be drawn to her hair and appearance, rather than her voice and music. [censored] Did you come to the message board to comment and criticize Mariah's hair, instead of her music? [Webmaster: Isaac was very, very rude towards Joyce, so I had to censor most of his message.]

Joyce / cougar hair (41,605) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
You contradict yourself lady. You post that Mariah needs a new do. Then you post it's nice/beautiful whatever. And state although it looks nice. It makes her look older, lol. I'm really curious to know how you'd want it?Really, tell me. I've never heard anyone mention or talk about "cougar hair". Why are you so focused on her hair? It looks great. And as far as her gowns and dresses, okay in my book she's dressing according to her age. She's free to show a little skin here and there. She's enjoying her youth as much as she can. Maybe something you didn't do.

I often wondered as well. I'm with Mimi L. and agree that it might be a fashion statement. As she took the word (elegant) right out of my mind, lol. It is elegant, and nice. Sexy, yet classy. I think Mariah pulls the look off well. And looks gorgeous. I like it. And I would love for her to put her up like she did in the video for "Can't let go". It would go.

Mimi (41,582) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Damn, that was uncomfortable and hard to watch. That lady was disrespectful. She could have been more nice and asked in a more polite and professional manner. She forgot she was in front of a music star. You could clearly tell by Mariah's facial expression that she was uncomfortable. I felt bad for her. But to be honest, I don't know how she'd handle something like that today. Interviewers tend to be somewhat annoying and disrespectful towards her. Especially men, asking about her sex life. Or saying rude comments about her body. Do they forget she's a married woman? But that's besides the point. You don't disrespect someone like that. Take for example "The breakfast club". Those two jerks(with the exception of Angela) completely ruined the interview. And I didn't like how they really didn't acknowledge JD nor asked him any questions. How rude.

I agree with you 100% about the song "Triumphant". It's one of my favorites too. And I listen to it almost every other week. It's very empowering and motivating. I love the lyrics, especially the "Keep on climbing" part .I would have rather her have sung the song by herself. Same with "Migrate". T-pain ruined the song completely. His voice is terrible. I'd rather just hear Mariah. I really hope we get the new album May 6. It's time already.

What do you mean by cougar hair? Mariah has always worn her hair nice and decent. You're always posting about her hair, damn it's fine. Get off it already.

John (41,552) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Don't be so hard on my lady. I do agree about what you stated about "You're mine". I feel the same way about the song. But you have to remember, Mariah isn't the one who picks her singles. I think maybe this is why she is annoyed or upset. Maybe the song she wanted to be the single is the song you or me wanted. We just have to be patient. I'm sure the new album is great. As for it being her last, I highly doubt it. Maybe her last with IDJ. Or like someone posted, if it is, I'm sure she'll pop back with one and surprise everybody. She still can sing and will always be talented and number one. I'm really excited to know what she will name the album. How many tracks? Double album? Whatever, I just want to hear Mariah.

I agree with you. It would be nice to see Mariah in a nice blouse and jeans. But her appearance and dresses have looked fine to me. All I care about is the music.

Joyce (41,471) by Isaac Ortiz from USA
Cougar hair? Lmao, you make no sense. The way Mariah has been wearing her hair is fine. It's decent and looks great. How do you wear your hair? You're right about her looking younger than her age. But about her hair not so much. Mariah's had just about every hair style there is. And she's always looked beautiful to me. Like damn, everyone is focusing on her hair and appearance.
