Am I the only one who thinks One More Try is about the miscarriage? (44,127) by Alexis from USA The heartbeat at the end (given that they learned the pregnancy was unsuccessful via ultrasound), the "I don't want to learn to ... think that you're mine" being about how scary a new pregnancy is after a miscarriage. This album ain't playing (43,706) by Alexis from USA YME, Thirsty, YDKWTD have all instantly gotten stuck in my head. I don't care if this album isn't a record-shattering blockbuster in sales (maybe she "no longer lives in that dominion" where that defines her), it is definitely and officially a good record already and I am going to enjoy it for me whether the public does or not. I'm excited. I just hate that I can't buy these songs that are stuck in my head. (Friday 16 May 2014; 20:25)
