Make It Happen is easily one of my favourite Mariah songs, so for me it's a shame that the song didn't go to #1 because I think it is so good. However I do not think the studio version has aged well in comparison with other songs. If the song had more of the MTV unplugged vibe about it, I think it would have gone to #1. I really think that after Vegas and the #1s album that Mariah should do something similar to Whitney and release a live album with some of her best live performances, I mean she has many that she could choose. She would also have to add some new live performances like the MTV Unplugged album. I really think it is a massive shame that we have hardly any official live music. I love her raspy voice during the Butterfly era and I wish I could hear it in very clear quality. (Thursday 9 April 2015; 1:36)

In my opinion, with these reported poor sales and no one knowing about the album other than fans, I am really skeptical about the tour. It has been said since American Idol that a world tour is on the way but with such alleged limited success and no promo, I can see this tour being plugged especially outside of America. The album is so great but it won't survive and I really want to see her live. Anyone agree? (Monday 2 June 2014; 19:18)

I have had the album for about a day now, and have listened to all of the tracks in full now. This album is so great and as a new fan, this is the first release that I have really been a part of which is great, I am enjoying hearing everyone's opinions. My favourite tracks on this album are Cry, Supernatural, YDKWTD and Heavenly, especially Heavenly. This album is great, so good. I am so pleased with it, the vocals are great as is the instrumentation/ production. I also need to say that One More Try is a standout. Now it gets really exciting for me, the promotion. I am really looking forward to interviews and live performances, especially the NBC special to air this week. Hopefully she will appear at the MTV Awards and AMAs etc. (Wednesday 28 May 2014; 18:34)

I think Mariah should do the WMAs with the new single, whatever song they may have chosen for it. In my opinion it should be YDKNWTD but then again, I still haven't heard any of the rest of the album. This should be followed by promo promo promo. Interviews and TV performances are essential for this era. It is the return of Mariah for the GP and hopefully will help the tour. The album has already had good reviews, but they can only do so much. I can't wait to hear the album so excited. (Saturday 24 May 2014; 16:23)

I really think Mariah and her team need to step up the promo for this album. I think the WMA performance will gain a lot of coverage but I also agree that she should do more interviews and actually talk about the album, the music and the tour. Famous talk shows like Jimmy Fallon would be a good option in my opinion, even talk shows over here in the UK. It looked like she enjoyed Alan Carr when she was over last time. I think the album will do well regardless but with touring around the corner, promo needs to step up. (Wednesday 21 May 2014; 11:33)

Hi guys, I'm new to the message board although I have been reading for months now and became a real fan during American Idol. I am so excited for this album but have not listened to the streaming on iTunes because I want to wait for my physical copy. I'm loving that Mariah is getting positive reviews for the album and can't wait to hear the new music, especially after YJDKWTD. Love that tune. Anyone have any ideas about the world tour?
