It's funny to think that Mariah Carey's "Heartbreaker"-video look is almost two decades old, given just how right that late-'90s fashion moment seems for now. "We ripped the top of them," said Carey, who still has the faded jeans. "I hated the way they were so high-waisted. My friend was like, 'Yo, where did you get those?!'"
The superstar has plenty more sartorial memories inside the immaculate closet of her three-level Tribeca apartment, which she opened up exclusively for Vogue. And, as you'll discover, she is not the only one who gets to play dress-up among the many racks: Her adorable 6-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, make an appearance dressed in head-to-toe Balmain - Moroccan in motocross blue jeans, Monroe in olive military shorts - and seem to have just as much fun rummaging through their mother's wardrobe, which, naturally, includes a sizable and unapologetically glamorous shoe collection in addition to those famous jeans.
