About Bobby A from United States: I have been a Lamb since 1990. I know Mariah. I love her music. I breathe her music.

Opening act (107,395) by Bobby A from United States
MC really has never had an opening act on her tours, but Trey Lorenz when he opened for MC in support of his album Mr. Mista. Mary J. Bilge likes to headline tours with other R&B male artists to draw a huge head count and for the nostaglia of 90's R&B music.

Rose City Works (107,384) by Bobby A from United States
MC has linked a distribution deal with Rose City Works to sell the Merry Christmas 30th anniversary merchandise. MC has really out done herself this time with the MC30 anniversary celebration. There are 8 new vinyl, CD, and cassette Merry Christmas items available to order at: www.Mariahcarey.rosecityworks.com.

I am sure the industry's wholesaler leader, Alliance Entertainment, will be allowed to sell some items to our local record shops after they sell out on the Rose City Works website. I am just hoping since I want in my hands one of the 3,000 copies produced Original Master Recording Ultra One-Step vinyl record.

Christmas shows (107,382) by Bobby A from United States
Are you feeling that this year's Christmas shows are going to be huge? MC is going to give her all during the 20-date tour. Her vocals lately are sounding amazing.

Industry problems vs. waning radio airplay (107,362) by Bobby A from United States
MC is in the same club as other R&B artists like Brandy, Eric Benet, Trey Songz, Keyshia Cole, Monica, Toni Braxton, and Robin Thicke. They all have not released an album since their last albums were not huge sellers and with waning radio airplay. So is it a music industry problem for older R&B artists or radio programmers just don't cater to older R&B artists anymore? All eight artists could release an album today and it would be better than what Urban AC radio is playing on the radio today by these new young artists.

I hoped this wouldn't happen (107,356) by Bobby A from United States
When the author started throwing out all of those dollar amounts and talking about MC taking out mortagages on her Tribeca home, I knew the article was nothing but lies.

Memoirs album thoughts 15 years later (107,354) by Bobby A from United States
Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel has to be MC's best album title for being creative and making the music buyer want to listen to the album's 17 tracks. The album cover is just gorgeous. Also, too bad Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis didn't have tracks 18-20 on the album. Their addition would have definitely increased sales and airplay.

The Neptunes (107,349) by Bobby A from United States
What is the story behind The Neptunes not allowing MC to have producer credits on Say Somethin and To the Floor? I never heard the full story.

Christmas announcement soon? (107,348) by Bobby A from United States
Do you think the huge Christmas announcement [will] come after the China and Brazil shows? I hope she makes the announcement on a morning news program like GMA or the Today Show.

MC (107,342) by Bobby A from United States
I knew it wasn't going to mean much of anything. I was just surprised someone posted a video of the Atlanta concert. I just always hear Atlanta music artists singing and rapping about Bankhead Highway. Lol. I do miss Atlanta for the music and culture.

Mariah (107,338) by Bobby A from United States
She is looking and sounding good indeed. I like that Daniel Moore has been her musical director this long. He seems to have fun on that piano with MC.

MC (107,332) by Bobby A from United States
C, MC was giving us TEOM vocals that night with no backing tracks. I remember those piercing high notes she gave that night. Do we need to meet on Bankhead Highway? Lol. Check this out.

Angels Advocate tour (107,329) by Bobby A from United States
That's right Libra. I forgot about that. MC kept us waiting a long time as I remember now. They started playing R&B songs and everybody was just waiting or leaving their seats getting drinks. Then 30 minutes later the band started playing the opening song and MC's voice came on and then it was on. It has always been my best concert ever. The show was suppose to start at 7pm . I We didn't leave until a little before 10pm I think. You won't experience a great R&B concert unless it is in Atlanta. Sometimes I miss living there because of just being able to experience all of the artists who always have a stop in Atlanta.

Don't Stop (Funkin' 4 Jamaica) (107,322) by Bobby A from United States
MC should have won a Grammy for Glitter. Also, according to this article, TEOM was snubbed at Grammys in 2006. I wonder why no one has ever talked about it.

Angels Advocate tour (107,320) by Bobby A from United States
That is the only tour that I have experienced. It was in Atlanta and her vocals were on point. There were no backing tracks. The crowd went crazy with every song. After the concert, we got to see MC walk out from back of the Fox Theatre onto a Peachtree Street side street and get into the limousine. It was something being that close to MC. I will never forget it.

Help with my MC ballads playlist (107,312) by Bobby A from United States
Thank you Terna. I love it. Never Too Far is a better closing song. I heard MC and a male voice talking throughout Angels Prelude for the first time. I love that you chose to Camouflage after Angels Prelude. It's like the two songs were written at the same time. Why did you choose Yours as the opening song?

New male Indie R&B singers (107,308) by Bobby A from United States
What do you think about these new male Indie Pop/R&B singers like Chris Tompkins and Aaron Frazer gaining exposure. They both have a following that is increasing and surely more after their U.S. tour starts in September and October. Aaron Frazer's Payback and Dime songs are really good.

Help with my MC ballads playlist (107,307) by Bobby A from United States
Thank you, Terna. It is just me being creative and bored on Saturday night. Lol. I don't have a Spotify account anymore. Do you think Circles is a good opener? Should I close with IWTKWLI or FLB?
