BET #Beautiful performance (38,557) by Anonymous from
I think she sang live accompanied by a backing track. That intro was live. I've watched multiple times and I think they performed to backing track that had the three leads removed. It played only the intricately woven background vocals and harmonies. I don't care if she never performs again. I just hope she confines to make music. Her music is the soundtrack of my life. I'm hoping for an album similar to The Emancipation Of Mimi on which she blended contemporary urban (R&B and Hip hop) and old soul retro ballads. I've always loved #Beautiful. She should write (not duet) with Miguel and his producer Happy Perez. She also wrote with Bruno Mars and The Smeezingtons.

Grammy's 2006 WBT/FLAB (38,540) by Anonymous from
Mariah's performance that night was live. And she deserved that standing ovation from her peers after her performance.

#Beautiful (38,539) by Anonymous from
I think that after seeing the positive reaction and reviews she received for this song, she's decided to make a retro would album with songs like Stay The Night, Mine Again, #Beautiful, and Breakdown. Honestly, that's the type of album I want from Mariah. Almost forgot Underneath The Stars and Fourth Of July, and Close My Eyes. She should write the songs with Miguel and her producer so be Happy Perez. I would love for her to work with Bruno Mars and the Smeezington's.

She needs to change the arrangements and remove the intricate backing vocals when performing. She makes it harder on herself by trying to sound exactly like the record. She needs to either only perform simpler songs or stop all together. I believe she can still sing. Is her voice the same as it was? No, it's not and everyone knows it.

I loved it. I also love Side Effects. Their voices are great together.

Memoirs (38,452) by Anonymous from
Tempos plod, and hooks are few. That line from the Rolling Stone review of Charmbracelet is an apt description of Memoirs.

Walter (38,450) by Anonymous from
If she worked with Walter for this new album, surely those songs would showcase her voice. Maybe, she hated those songs because they were schmaltzy, as she has said of some of their work together. Personally, I think she needs him. She wrote her best songs with him. If she thinks her fans and the public want ballads that sound like Triumphant, she's delusional. She would with Miguel, Happy Perez, Walter, and Babyface.

Mariah's IDJ Deal (38,391) by Anonymous from
After the Virgin fiasco, she singed a 3 album deal wiith IDJ. She's released 4 studio albums and a Christmas album. Did they renegotiate the deal after the success of The Emancipation Of Mimi? Hopefully this album will complete their agreement.

Showbiz article (38,388) by Anonymous from
I think the ballads are similar to Triumphant. Mariah considered it a ballad, an inspirational ballad. She's stuck in a rut.

Memoirs (38,386) by Anonymous from
I think we can all agree we don't want another album like Memoirs. I would prefer an album with a retro soul sound, like #Beautiful. She should work with Happy Perez, who obviously knows what her fans want.

Thoughts (38,371) by Anonymous from
I think that she has decided that after both Triumphant and Almost Home failed and #Beautiful hit she's decided to go that route. She decided to scrap the Jermaine collaborations and scrapped the album and invited Miguel to Capri to see what else they could write together. I think she'll go with a retro throwback disc with songs like Stay The Night and #Beautiful. I really hope she does that it would be refreshing and classes up her image.

My All/Stay Awhile (38,349) by Anonymous from
I love that remix, too. It's tied with the Mr. Dupri remix of Always Be My Baby featuring Dair Brat and Xscape.

Opinion (38,347) by Anonymous from
Critics often say Fantasy and Heartbreaker use the same Genius Of Love sample. Heartbreaker samples Attack Of The Name Game. I don't know why they claim that. I've even read a review that claims Loverboy uses the sample as well. Has anyone else noticed this?

Simon says (38,344) by Anonymous from
"Jennifer Lopez is not my cup of tea. I think she's good, not great, and certainly not on the level of Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey. She's definitely not a star," brutally honest Cowell said.

The Art Of... (38,317) by Anonymous from
I think the title should be the The Art Of Mariah Carey. Or Mariah Carey's The Art Of.

#Beautiful (38,316) by Anonymous from
Billboard R&B Songs: #2. Billboard Hot 100: #1. The remix will push the song to the No. 1 position on the R&B Songs chart and into the top 10 on the Hot 100. I'd say it's a sure thing/safe bet. Congratulations Mariah and Miguel the single has been certified Gold.

#Beautiful (38,310) by Anonymous from
I highly doubt the romance rumors. They were most likely taking a break, a swim in the blue grotto. Before the release of Charmbracelet, Mariah and the Universal execs took a swim in the grotto after listening to the material. As for the remix, I can't wait to hear it. MC is the queen of the remix. I highly doubt Miguel's team or Mariah's are going to give up on promoting this single until it at least peaks inside the top 10, most likely the top 5. It's the biggest hit of Miguel's career. I hope that they wrote at least one more song together. His style has clearly revived Mimi's. #Beautiful is written is the vein of Mariah's classics. The verse chorus verse chorus structure, minus the bridge.

#Beautiful (38,287) by Anonymous from
The single is doing better than I expected. I think releasing a remix will propel the single in to the Top 10 on the Hot 100 and most likely #1 on the R&B chart. Mariah looks stunning in the black bikini.

The new era (38,240) by Anonymous from
#Beautiful the lead single from the upcoming album is classic Carey. Her voice is still the voice. 7/23, MC's birthday backwards genius/clever release date. I think this album is going to be very similar to The Emancipation Of Mimi.
