About Sarah from Netherlands:

Re: "Sprung" / "Secret Love" (82,204) (82,216) by Sarah from Netherlands
Agreed on I Feel It. She did use the high note for those Pepsi ringtones.

Re: Stella is suing Mariah (81,884) (81,885) by Sarah from Netherlands
The way this is formulated, good God. Whatsherface still has her TMZ ties, I see. Just like when she was managing Mariah.

Re: Me, Myself & Mariah (81,281) (81,287) by Sarah from Netherlands
Really? I don't really feel like she mentioned a lot about music. And she seems bitter about a lot of things. Rightfully so, probably, but not sure it's a good idea to let it out like this. Whatever, we'll see what happens with this hypothetical new album.

Re: Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (80,572) (80,573) by Sarah from Netherlands
Yeah I remember. One of the early seasons, maybe even the first one. Line by Jazz if I remember correctly.

Re: The ring (80,427) (80,430) by Sarah from Netherlands
At least turn it into a different piece of jewellery like a necklace or something but wearing it as a ring is tacky. But whatever, she's gonna do what she wants to do anyway.

Re: Roc Nation (79,492) (79,499) by Sarah from Netherlands
True. But that's why I specifically mentioned brand management, not music. If Mariah's still hell bent on working with contemporary rappers, I'm hoping this deal will put J.Cole on her radar. That man's music has substance.

Roc Nation (79,490) by Sarah from Netherlands
So the latest is that Mariah signed with Rocafella. Say what you will about Jay Z and his, but if there's one thing this man understands it's brand management. This could be really really good.

Re: Mariah for Graham Norton show (79,423) (79,424) by Sarah from Netherlands
It has happened but they had no other guests. Back during the Charmbracelet era. Videos are up on YouTube somewhere.

Re: Sad love songs (78,852) (78,858) by Sarah from Netherlands
Well you know what they say. Artists create their best work when they’re miserable.

Re: Touring (78,663) (78,665) by Sarah from Netherlands
She opened that candy store didn’t she? I think that was it rather than a makeup line. Makeup would make no sense to sell in a brick-and-mortar shop only tbh.

Re: Since Lauryn Hill (78,537) (78,540) by Sarah from Netherlands
That wasn’t a solo track was it?

Drama series (77,247) by Sarah from Netherlands
So I came across this on Instagram. Had anybody heard anything about this?

Re: Jazz album (76,881) (76,887) by Sarah from Netherlands
Well nobody says you have to like it, of course. That would be stupid. But so is forming an opinion on a matter you have no knowledge of. And contemporary jazz actually does quite well on the charts, critically, commercially. You just won't find them in the same clumps of artists that make bubblegum pop. But if you look for vocalists, you'll find 'em.

Re: Jazz album (76,854) (76,858) by Sarah from Netherlands
Couldn't agree more. And with Mariah's lower register this could turn out beautifully.

Re: Jazz album (76,834) (76,850) by Sarah from Netherlands
Clearly you know nothing of jazz. The most iconic voices ever all came from jazz, first and foremost Ella Fitzgerald. Within jazz there are millions of different variations and styles, not to mention that it's been at the foundation of so many other genres, including R&B and even salsa. Most of the Gershwin songs qualify as jazz, from that to freestyle chaotic instrumentals. Making these generalizing statements really shows a lack of knowledge of music as a whole.

Re: Martyn who? He is not the only victim (75,698) (75,710) by Sarah from Netherlands
Let people grieve. Are those other things terrible too? Yes. But this hits closer to home for a lot of people. The only one being disrespectful here is you. This is not the victims of terrorism Olympics. You can express grief for one person or event without it meaning you don't care about something else. Grow up. Let people grieve.

New album? (74,334) by Sarah from Netherlands
New album out this year? I'll believe it when I see it. For all we know that could just as well mean we won't see an album for another 3 years. Excuse the cynicism, I really want an album that's well received by the public as well as the lambs, but every time they announce a timeline, everything gets postponed a million times, the momentum's gone, and nobody cares anymore. Look at her last batch of releases.

Walk of Fame (71,146) by Sarah from Netherlands
So somebody placed a question mark behind Mariah's name on the Walk of Fame. It's been restored, but still. Maybe it'll enlighten her team on her public perception right now.

Re: J.Lo was edited out of AIWFCIY Carpool (70,039) (70,051) by Sarah from Netherlands
It's fake. The audio was ripped from an older leaked audio thing that featured her trying to sing a line and going horribly off-key.

Mariah on Netflix (69,754) by Sarah from Netherlands
Mariah's Merriest Christmas special is on Netflix. Good move, might help bring her second album under the spotlight a little more as well. Still running into people who like her who don't even know about it yet.

John Legend at Beacon (69,236) by Sarah from Netherlands
Looked lipped to me. Normally she'd have her struggle face on belting like that. And whoever wrote the caption misspelled and consequently mistagged Chrissy Teigen. Unfortunate. Cool guest appearance though.

Re: Advice on buying tickets (66,569) (66,577) by Sarah from Netherlands
Get her special earplugs. They filter out the harshest tones that can be damaging but still let you enjoy the music. They're not cheap but well worth it.

Ill fated Memoirs album (66,257) by Sarah from Netherlands
I'm listening to the H.A.T.E.U. remix. Imagine how big this could have been had it been timed right what with the running man challenge. Oh well.

Re: You can't have it both ways (66,118) (66,124) by Sarah from Netherlands
You do realize that if you mean what you say, about it being socially accepted to be a mom, a career woman, and a sexual being, it's (usually) up to a minority to actually make that possible and change the narrative? Unless of course you'd rather leave "well enough" alone and wait for others to pave the way. This by the way doesn't mean that I'm a huge fan of Mariah's method, but hey at least people are talking about it.

Re: Bruises? (64,502) (64,509) by Sarah from Netherlands
Did you seriously just imply that women allow abuse to happen?
