The only reason Cher got to number one that year, was that she changed everything. A new style, a new sound and a big hit. If Mariah keeps producing music with the same formula that she has used for the last 15 years, we will not see another number one. I'm very happy for the 19 she got. Back in the days I was watching every interview she made, but at one point I realised that she wouldn't bring anything new to the table. It's all about the image, angle, look, sexy, sexy, sexy, tight short dresses, high heels, diva behaviour, being eternal 12 and so on. All my friends think she's insane, and she doesn't do much to stop it. Love her music 1990-1997 plus Glitter and TEOM, and can't stand rest of the circus. Merry Christmas.
