About Robert-Anthony from United States: I have been a Lamb since 1990. I know Mariah. I love her music. I breathe her music.

Told ya (105,820) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Shakira? Really? I would rather JD produced the whole album.

Cardi (105,815) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Maybe we still get a collaboration. This game of waiting on new music is painful. I heard from a record store owner yesterday that Taylor's new album is going to be a huge seller during the sales week because of Record Day on April 20. It is probably best that MC waits until later this year.

Oops. The url is bad because I missed a character or number when I typed it. However, if you type in my Google search - Why is there confusion about Mariah Carey's birth year, then scroll down and you will see the link - Mariah's true age is finally proven.

Let's be kind. We didn't know what is upon us (105,811) by Robert-Anthony from United States
It doesn't have any tracks like Nice and Slow, Yeah Yeah Yeah, Daddy's Home, Birthday and OMG. It sits right there with his album Here I Stand - in the markdown clearance bin. Bobby Ross Avila and Issiah Avila. The Avila Brothers should have had 5 tracks on the album. I can't believe their hit song GLU didn't make the album tracklist.

Controversial (105,805) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I have to say this. MC has had many managers and I don't think those managers have truly been able to solely manage her 100%. She has always been the co-manager in every era except TEOM. She really allowed Benny Medina to manage her 100%. With the others managers she co-managed her career. Just ask JD about his experience. If she would let someone experienced like Ron Fair take control of her career, then we may see her career skyrocket back 2008-2010 status.

JLo's album tanked (105,800) by Robert-Anthony from United States
How does a celebrated artist like JLo release an album that was like part 2 to her previous hit album and it debut at number 38 on the Billboard Top 200 chart? Laughable, right. We can mark her off the charts for the rest of the year. Cancel your tour JLo. We will Carey on for the rest of the year without you.

Controversial (105,798) by Robert-Anthony from United States
MC will always have that star power because she was such a determined new artist back in the 90s. She is a legend like Barb[a]ra Streisand. Sometimes I wonder if she didn't release an album every 2 years during those first 10 years, would her voice sound like 1992-1995 Mariah right now. I wonder has that ever crossed her mind in the past 8 years. I know she will give us something we can be proud of like her vocals on BBE.

Cardi B (105,787) by Robert-Anthony from United States
MC needs something like a Cardi B collaboration to get fans and non-fans hyped about MC16. I feel the collaboration is long overdue just like a Drake collaboration. Let's hope April gives us some huge surprises and annoucements.

TEOM era will probably the last great era (105,777) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Yes Mimi. They come on strong and then everybody forgets about them the next week. Do you remember the following?

1. Triumphant
2. 100%
3. I Don't
4. Infinity
5. GTFO
6. Save The Day
7. In The Mix

However, there is one that beats all seven of these that I mentioned and it should have had a proper video with a huge radio impact.

1. Out Here On My Own

TEOM era will probably the last great era (105,768) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I am not trying to sound negative, but I believe that the TEOM era will probably be the last great era. The TEOM era made people take notice of MC again. The era had everything that every artist wants: a multiple plantinum album, top charting hit singles, a sold-out tour, gorgeous and well-thought out videos, multiple awards, brillant performances, and magazine covers galore. I don't think the MC16 era or subsequent eras will give us that type of era ever again.

Final Billboard placement for YAR (105,760) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I think that we should just move on now. Ariana's album is just not going to be a huge seller. She is flip flopping too much from R&B back to pop this time. Where is the Thank U Next or Positions single? It is nowhere to be found on the album.

My favorite video that he directed was Boy. He made MC look so pretty with the pink and blue colors. Joseph Kahn is just a great video director.

Ty Tribbett (105,741) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I often wonder what a Ty Tribbett and Mariah Carey collaboration would sound like. I love his gospel song Only One Night Tho. He came up with this song on the spot during a concert. He's innovative and has millions of fans who sing his songs. I am going tweet them both this morning for a collaboration.

MC has to let him take control to do what he does best. I love the interview he gave to Entertainment Weekly how WBT came about. That is all she needs to have a hit album again.

New album (105,732) by Robert-Anthony from United States
Great post Jamie. After reading your post, I immediately thought of Sza and her ability to create these radio friendly songs that receive huge radio impressions despite Sza not having a great voice. Checkout Good Days, I Hate You, Shirt, Kill Bill and Snooze. If MC can create radio friendly songs with a nice beat without heaving belting and swooping runs, then she will do just fine with MC16. I am going to feel like a kid on Christmas day when I hit the play button on my new Mariah Carey album. At this point I don't care if I hear some vocal imperfections the new album. I just want an album that is fun and has quality music.

I Don't (105,730) by Robert-Anthony from United States
I see now. It does sound perfect on those parts. I remember that VOL performance. I felt so bad for MC when she sang it, but she pushed through a song she wrote in such a high key and with all of those runs 30 years ago. I was mistaken about ITC. She performed it on the Fashion Rocks primetime special in 2008.

Biggest vs. smallest tours (105,722) by Robert-Anthony from United States
What are your thoughts about MC's top 5 biggest and smallest tours? Which ones did you attend? Which tour do you wish you had attended? Are you attending one of her The Celebration of Mimi shows in April? Do you think MC is on the same level as Beyonce and Taylor Swift in terms of being able to sell out a huge stadium tour?

The Angels Advocate Tour was only one that I attended a show in Atlanta. I wish that I had attended one of the Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour shows. I saw some great videos of MC performing songs that she had never performed live before.

Top 5 Biggest Tours
1. Charmbraclet World Tour - 69 shows
2. The Adventures of Mimi - 40 shows
3. Caution World Tour - 35 shows
4. The Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour - 31 shows
5. The Angels Advocate Tour - 23 shows

Top 5 Smallest Tours
1. The Australian Tour - 3 shows
2. Music Box Tour/Daydream World Tour - tie - 7 shows each
3. Butterfly World Tour - 11 shows
4. Rainbow World Tour - 19 shows
5. The Elusive Chanteuse Show - 20 shows
