About Bobby A from United States: I have been a Lamb since 1990. I know Mariah. I love her music. I breathe her music.

David Foster said this in his defense as to why their voices didn't blend together.

AIWFCIY (107,844) by Bobby A from United States
Edward, have you been binge watching Perry Mason lately? Lol. Your defense attorney skills are impressive. I have one question for you still, why do you think MC doesn't sell albums like she used to?

AIWFCIY (107,838) by Bobby A from United States
Do you think the AIWFCIY vs RATCT battle was created by Sony and Universal Music Group to set the stage for AIWFCIY's enormous record breaking success this year? I envisioned the label executives agreed in the board room to create a marketing strategy to help get RATCT to #1 for the song's 65th anniversary by hyping up the battle between the two songs. The battle has really solidified the success of AIWFCIY this holiday season. The Lambs have really come out in full force to keep AIWFCIY on top of the Billboard Hot 100.

Greatness (107,827) by Bobby A from United States
I noticed it, but I have tried not to think about it. I guess that is why she didn't use it at all on Caution. That is not my favorite part of her voice anyway. I love her full voice alto range. That is were she shines the most now. Her whistle register at the end Oh Santa was not pleasant to my ear yesterday hearing it in a store while shopping. I think Gladys Knight said 20 years ago that MC was singing out her range.

I can't find the interview, but I can assume she was referring to her whistle register on Emotions. Gladys Knight got her start singing in the church and lead vocalists never sang out of their range leading a song. Female vocalists stuck to their God given range of soprano or alto. It was just unflattering to sing out of your range for the sake of vocal acrobatics. The purpose of the lead vocalist is to lead the song and give the choir cues when to sing their various section parts. To conclude, Dr. Mattie Moss-Clark would throw her shoe at you if you were off key or singing out of your range. Lol.

Passion (107,821) by Bobby A from United States
I am starting to come to the consenus with everyone else. Mimi, maybe the biopic movie first and then a new album. Whichever it is, MC seems to be in no hurry to release a new album.

Passion (107,818) by Bobby A from United States
I would love a mostly pop record with 3-4 R&B tracks. It would be what she needs to get pop radio and the buying public to pay attention to her new music. It worked for Adele on 25 after 21 was more R&B and soul.

Passion (107,817) by Bobby A from United States
I feel that she still has the passion for new music. If she did not, MC would not have agreed to collaborate with Latto, Ariana Grande, and Muni Long. She has been trying to get her voice stronger to record an album like she wants to record vocally.

Fortnite game (107,811) by Bobby A from United States
Have you seen MC's likeness in Fortnite's Winterfest yet? The graphic designer got her likeness perfect. I like the fact that MC said yes to her likeness being apart of Fortnite's Winterfest. It is just another great treat to continue her holiday dominance. By the way, AIWFCIY's radio spins have increased this week. I think MC has a new manager and team working with her. She hasn't had so many interviews, endorsements, and merchandise/media partnerships in a 3-month period in a long time. Could we be headed into a promotional season similar to TEOM in 2025?

Week 3 (107,808) by Bobby A from United States
January 10th would be the perfect day to drop a surprise ballad to capitalize on all of her success this Christmas season. I believe it would do well on the charts. With You was her last Billboard charting single from 2019. Something 10 times better than With You could explode on pop and R&B radio.

What a great end to 2024. This is a good sign that people will embrace MC16 in 2025. I am predicting a summer release.

Next week's race is tight (107,799) by Bobby A from United States
There weren't a lot of huge November album releases this year like last year. So, that is probably helping AIW score really big with streams and radio airplay. I think she will be on top at least through the second week of January.

Merry Christmas (107,796) by Bobby A from United States
Merry Christmas has an impressive list of musicians who played on the album. No wonder Merry Christmas has such a polished sound and production. MC was able to duplicate the polished sound and production slightly on Butterfly. Anyway, I am sure Tommy called each one personally to ask if they would be part of Mariah's Christmas album. His expertise and impressive business sense helped Merry Christmas to become one of the greatest Christmas albums of all time.

Spotify news (107,790) by Bobby A from United States
I would say MC has saved the music industry this year. In 2024, many albums and singles have been quite boring and the same old formula from back in the late 2000s.

New AIWFC CD single (107,784) by Bobby A from United States
Do you still have a DVD player? Most DVD players will play a CD. Also, you can record the CD to a USB or SD card if you have one of those late 2000s Singing Karaoke players and then make a mp3 file on your computer.

For the nostaglia (107,780) by Bobby A from United States
What is MC saying at the beginning of Loverboy before she says Mimi's got a new boyfriend? Is it Buro? I have always thought Buro was another nickname for Brat. Or is Buro Trey's nickname?

So happy (107,772) by Bobby A from United States
I think all of the recent Christmas interviews, the 30th anniversary, the concerts, and the pop-up bar have taken AIWFCIY to new levels this holiday season. Plus, people are more excited about Christmas this year. Last year was kind of bleak and people were less enthusiastic about the holiday season.

Marc Shaiman (107,762) by Bobby A from United States
Marc Shaiman's two Christmas songs with MC reminds me how MC can just hum the melody at the piano and any piano player can reproduce exactly what she hummed. I just know that is how Christmas Time Is In The Air Again was created. We need an album just solely produced by Marc Shaiman.

Could it be possible (107,750) by Bobby A from United States
I am predicting that Kendrick Lamar will lose steam this week so MC can be number #1 next week. She will face some tough competition for the #1 spot from Brenda and George as we get closer to Christmas.

And somewhere on the Billboard charts (107,745) by Bobby A from United States
Last Christmas is sitting at #2 on the iTunes chart today because it is the song's 40th anniversary. It will definitely be in top 10 next week on the Hot 100. It would have been so cool if MC had planned to release her cover of Last Christmas this holiday season. She really doesn't release stand alone singles like Usher, Keyshia Cole, Drake, and other artists.

Seriously? (107,736) by Bobby A from United States
Right on Mimi. I want any artist of today to even try to have the success that MC has had in her career especially in the 90s. MC ruled the 90s so much so that no other artist had multi-platinum worldwide hit albums and record breaking #1 singles for 10 years without a break.
