During the said interview, Mariah shared her meal plan and her sensible workout routine that credits to her extreme weight loss and lean body. As for her diet, Mariah follows a slim down eating technique that was set to her by personal nutritionist and fitness instructor. Her meal plan is comprised of moderate meals therefore she only eats less starchy foods, less bread, few high GI meals and more low GI meals such as fish, baked clams, veggie soups and fresh fruits such as strawberries and blueberries. She consumes everything in moderation without including fats, protein and carbs and she turns to healthy fruits as good snacks foods such as strawberries and blueberries.

The above mentioned renowned Music icon incorporates her food plan along with some sensible workouts. Her workout routine concentrates on cardio along with resistance training. She also does some stretching to tone her arms. Like other celebrity dieters, Mariah is also fond of attending yoga and pilates session which is a relaxing way to burn fats. She was advised by her nutritionist that her situation can be very dangerous. It is not proper for her health and it can also kill her.

Mariah Carey is very lucky to have found a health expert who is more than eager to help Mariah to reach her goal weight. It seems that Mariah loves her eating regimen and workout routine and she has never looked better. Mariah is still coping with her sleeping disorder and she plans to follow a good body clock that will help her mind function properly.
