Nick is "begging" Mariah not to marry James Packer

Mariah Carey and James Packer may be happy and in love, there is one person who is not enthusiastic about their newfound romance. "Nick Cannon is begging Mariah to not marry James," a source tells InTouch magazine. That request may have come too late, however, as OK! reported earlier this summer that James is infatuated with the diva and is already making wedding plans.
"It's going to be so over-the-top," a source told the publication exclusively. This should not come as a shock, considering James is the 4th wealthiest man in Australia with an estimated net worth of $4.6 billion. And James is certainly treating Mariah like a queen. He hung out with her in Ibiza on his yacht with her two children before traveling to Israel, which was rumored to be for a "pre-engagement meeting".
So why does Nick not want Mariah to marry James? "He loves the co-parenting to twins Moroccan and Monroe groove they've been in and he's worried that might change if she gets married to someone else," the source tells InTouch. But that's not the only reason. It sounds like he still has feelings for Mariah as well.
"He likes being the only man in Mariah's life. Friends even think he would get back together with her if he had the chance," the insider adds.

I think maybe Nick feels threaten that James Packer would end up being more present in the life of the kids than himself with all his busy schedule. Sorry Nick, you can't decide in the lives of others for your own comfort.
