It is not easy to maintain the status of a Fantasy woman. And it seems Mariah Carey may be getting a little help after she was spotted leaving a cosmetic surgery centre in Beverly Hills on Thursday. The Charmbracelet beauty was looking close to her best as she showcased her knockout cleavage as she invested in herself in the well-heeled area of Los Angeles County.
The 48-year-old was looking great for her age in a trendy ensemble of leather biker jacket, jeans and towering stilettos. And the Shake It Off stunner rounded off her look with a pair of aviator sunglasses and a stylish designer handbag.

No doubt Mariah will soon be looking back to her dazzling best, as Epione is one of the top plastic surgery clinics in the area, with the Kardashians among their more notable clients. It certainly seems to work like magic for the singer, as she had been dating toyboy Bryan Tanaka for five months before they split in April.
A variety of options are available for the face, skin and body, including advanced laser treatments. Liposuction, lipofreeze and cellulite treatments are also on offer for those looking to keep their derrieres in delightful shape. Meanwhile fillers, chin implants, nose surgery, fat injections and breast implants are just a few of the other goodies on offer.

Whilst other people may worry about LA Reid leaving the label, I would say, of more concern, is what Mariah is planning on doing to her face or breasts next. In this article, she looks like a different person. She doesn't need another plastic surgeon, she needs a dietician and a trainer who won't take no for an answer. She definitely doesn't need an enabler manager and hangers-on telling her she looks great when she evidently does not. Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is, is that if she were thin and attractive again, she would be of a lot more interest to the younger generation. And, thus, to the label. They look upon someone who is hot as marketable. [censored] It is imperative she do something about it. Image, music and attitude. If she concentrates on those, the label will back her. Right now, I wouldn't be at all surprised if she were dropped on her ass.

Agree, she really needs a trainer again. This cosmetic thing is not really healthy and it doesn't help that her weight goes up and down especially at her age. She just doesn't look good and it's obvious that she doesn't really exercise at all. She must take care of herself, she's not young anymore.

I hate to see that she visits such a center. Even if it's only for info or whatever. Crustella shouldn't be her role model. I wish Mariah would get some "help" mentally. Don't get me wrong, but I think she needs a healthy way of life without toxic people instead of paying for superficial "treatments". Women with class doesn't get old they mature.  And Mariah Carey doesn't need to impress kids and the Hollywood circus. She needs inner peace again and like I said a thousand times before true friends. The showbiz was toxic for so many talented people but if you're in it for 27 years you should know who's a friend and who's a snake/witch. Hmm Mariah please go on a real vacation with no media, meet real interesting people and just have a good time. It makes everybody more beautiful then any center can do.
