Father's day: Roc and Monroe (76,405) by MusicfanJ from Germany
I just saw the sweet pics on instagram. Monroe looks so much like young Mariah. Nick must be very proud of them. Although they are a lovely family I hope MC will find true love again. She doesn't need the latest public stunts. But it's really nice that she shares these beautiful pics.

Haiji, those 3 are some of my favorites from her. Good point.

The Austria footage is just plain bad but Mariah's straining is not your or any other fan's fault regardless of your not wanting her to lip sing because Mariah still does her share of lipping.

Randy, Mariah looks heavily medicated in the Austrian performance. She has chopped and frozen her face so much she can't emote in it, which may have something to do with it. And she is very overweight and trying to move around on stilettos, which may, also, have something to do with it. But she definitely looks medicated most of the time. Add in the obvious lip sync (seriously, she can't sing "Hero"? - "I like to sing Hero live because it's a pretty easy song to sing"), then it's just not very entertaining, is it? Hark back to Mariah throwing herself around a stage smiling and having fun, like she did in MSG or Hyde Park, and she certainly doesn't seem quite "with it". If she's not medicated then credit where credit is due - the woman has some balls. If she can stand on a stage and deliver a dire performance like that, use pre-record that blatantly and still bill for her fee, then she has some serious balls. She must reeeeeally want the money.

Latin moment (76,401) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Can Mariah jump on a track or make her own up beat sexy Spanish flavored song like "Despacito" and blow us away? That song is amazing and it's the perfect Spring-Summer anthem. Mariah please, do this for us.

Randy, I don't know if you see it, but the way things look and if they continue that way, Mariah is fast approaching Madonna's zone in terms of relevancy music wise. She has about 5 years to produce two albums. The success of those albums will greatly depend on whether she keeps with her recent shenanigans or make a 360 turn for the best. I never thought I would see "the elusive chateuce and reality TV" in the same sentence. Mariah put the elusive part of her life in the closet and now has become a media whore, and that's so sad. Such an incredible talent put to no use, and such an incredible catalog tarnished time and again with uninspired mediocre tracks. Mariah is not embracing the fact that she's getting older like the rest of us, so she's acting out like a woman going through a midlife crisis trying to desperately hold on to a distorted vision of what she used to be. I think she should produce one album and retire and safe herself the embarrassment. I feel like I don't know this woman anymore.

Mariah has got to stop (76,399) by Randy from USA
Listen you all can argue about Stella and Tanaka and those hideous ensembles, but what is starting to worry me is all of this straining she has been doing the last several years. We already know her voice has suffered irreparable damage, and I'm assuming she's not having the nodules surgically worked on. But I just watched her at the Glock Performance Center in Austria and she is doing this clenched fist straining and growling. She has been doing this for awhile. I feel like fans like me are partly to blame in that we kept on insisting that she stop lipping, but if she's straining her voice to the point where she looks uncomfortable and is shaking, I don't think there'll be anything left in 20 years. Dionne, Aretha, Patti and Gladys still give shows in their 70s. If the beginning of the end of her voice was circa 1998 when she was 28, what the hell will she sound like in 2037?

Article: Mariah did not pay Bryan to get back together (76,398) by 90sMariah from SG
Stella's storyline is cheap and gross; and Mariah's willingness to participate in that awful, obviously fake, made for tv, relationship is equally gross and demeaning for a superstar like herself. Her manager made her and continues to make her look pressed and thirsty for attention. She's not a reality star. And she should not even be called that, but here we are. Mariah, make people thirsty for your talent and not for the mess you're going to do next. You're turning 50 soon.

Fly Away (Butterfly Reprise) strange on Spotify (76,397) by Ben from Sweden
Was listening to Fly Away (Butterfly Reprise) on Spotify and from 01:03 to 01:33 it is updated and badly mixed with the remix "Butterfly (Meme Club Radio)". And somewhere in the song a Joy To The World remix is played for a couple of seconds. Weird.

Re: Feuds? (76,370) (76,396) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
D. Mariah has never been good at feuding. She can't help but throw shade until all of them dark colors run out and seems incapable of letting go and move on. I really hope Mariah and Nicki could work again someday. Nicki is just as petty as current Mimi is but no one can deny that she's been one of the most bankable artists in the scene in the past 7 years. There's a reason why she's still around and Iggy Azalea was just flavor of the month. For this generation, she's what Lil' Kim was in the 90s and what Missy was in the early 00s. I think she and Mariah are just too much alike attitude and personality-wise, so they can't really get along that well. But they still can make great collaborations together. I'd prefer her working with Nicki over her working with up-and-coming/C-list rappers. Gone should be those days of choosing to work with them so that she won't be overshadowed as much under the guise of "helping them" because this time, if she wants to rent a rapper anyway, she should be going for the big guns - Drake, Kendrick, Kanye, Nicki, Chance, etc. (i.e. people who actually chart on iTunes, are viewed on YouTube and get streamed on Spotify). Thirsty for relevance? Better quench it the right way and do music with the right people instead of entering ridiculous business ventures, staging faux-lationships and squeezing yourself into unflattering outfits.

Low rent. Love that expression. and yes, bring back the "wall of silence" (aka, the true elusive chateaus).

Oh I love "Clown". One of Charmbracelet's strong highlights. But it wasn't damaging enough because he still kept running his mouth. Until the real "pow" in form of Obsessed. Haha.

Re: Feuds? (76,381) (76,393) by Terna from Nigeria
The Warning didn't end nothing please. That was poor pissed Eminem spitting fire after that girl Mariah had destroyed him permanently. I'd say he met his match and then some with Mariah. Hehe Bedides. No one heard "The Warning", it was a cowardly underground release nobody checked for only his waning handful of stans (*witchy Wendy cackle*). Meanwhile you couldn't escapse "Obsessed" and had to have been living under a rock not to have heard that song. Haha.

Shawn needs to stop pretending he still has inside news on Mariah now that Stella has him on supervised visits.

D. It is low rent, petty and negative. Mariah's previous "wall of silence" approach is very much missed. Not helped with fans wearing "I don't know her" branded merchandise. Just encourages these bad practices.

Re: Feuds? (76,383) (76,390) by Matty from Vancouver Canada
Clown was the best thing to come out of the Eminem feud. He was vicious in his retaliation (Bagpipes From Baghdad, The Warning, Superman, When The Music Stops, Jimmy Crack Corn... ruthless). I love "I Don't know her" and "I still Don't know her" as pop culture references, but I hated how it framed Mariah as a female hater. I honestly don't think Nicki and Mariah hate each other. I think they got carried away on A.I. and the stunt spiralled out of control. I could see them doing another song together. Up Out My Face ft. Nicki should have been the album version, and it was also Nicki's first entry onto the Billboard Hot 100. Both are great friends with Beyonce; the power of Beyonce can repair them, lol.

Re: Gossip cop web site (76,384) (76,389) by Licia from USA
I've learned that if it's a rumor that I haven't read on in other site it's more than likely a Gossip Cop article and that team Mariah is behind it. I just pass it on up. I don't even want to read this mess. It's really funny how Gossip Cop can almost always get the "real" info from Mariah's camp, but reputable news people can't get answers on real and important stuff. Lol.

Thoughts (76,388) by Malcolm from Asia
Celine Dion is doing okay, still have the love from the public, respected as a legend and truly a class act especially with her successful Vegas show. Jennifer Lopez is doing great with her business ventures, doing tasteful gigs that suits her and looking damn fine at her age. Jay Z is an entertainment mogul, he really took care of his career and uses it for investing what he has now. P. Diddy is the highest-paid celebrity in the world and like Jay Z, he take his career on another level. Even she receives backlash here and there, Madonna still pretty much holds that "Queen of Pop" title and still treated highly by the media and the people inside and outside the music industry, not to mention her efforts for the society. Knowing this and knowing what Mariah is doing right now saddens me. Her peers are doing well and already stable and she's here accepting cheap gigs, managed by a person who doesn't have experience and the skill, epic fail performances and seems lonely. And now she's gaining weight again, not that it's bad thing but it's a different story if she aknowledges and embraces it, but no, it seems like she don't know it by wearing these tight clothes that is unflattering to her. Seeing her weight goes up and down through the years, you know there's something wrong and that this is not just a healthy weight gain. Honestly it's almost hurtful to my eyes seeing her not doing well in life especially at her age where she should just enjoy by now. If she wants again to join these people up there in the A-list department, she should start thinking what's best for her career and take care of herself, or if she can't, it's better to just retire and not damage her already damaged career and image. I'm still hoping that this is just a phase and that she can still make a comeback not in the charts but in a stable, normal and happy life.

Lol according to Shawn, they never broke up. Of course one could also infer from that, that they were never together.

Re: Feuds? (76,374) (76,386) by Licia from USA
I don't think she should work with either at this point. Apologies are definitely due though. She'd be a fool to work with Eminem because if all the horrible things he's said and done to her. Who plays voicemail messages at a concert trying to embarrass someone? He went too far and then he brought the feud back up after she got married. I'd applaud her for accepting an apology from him, but not if she ever worked with him. With Nicki it would be seen as a desperate act for Mariah to get her singing career back on track. Again apologies are definitely due, but between these two they both need to do it since they both are guilty of playing a part in that mess.

Does Stellar own and operate this wack site? They love to debunk Mariah rumors, many of which most fans never heard. I really think Stellar plants the rumors and some truths, just to debunk them. Most of it is do silly and inconsequential and nothing to to with music.

D) I really wish she wouldn't, since it's so childish. Like Licia said, Clown is a great song. Obsessed is good, mainly due to the catchy hook, as well as the creative video to it, but I wish that she never had that feud with him. I think he's a very talented lyricist and they would've made a nice collaboration. My same thoughts with a Drake collaboration. The Nicki feud was a bunch of nonsense and not needed. She should've left it at "Up Out My Face" and Idol and moved on. I'm not sure how I feel about the JLo fued, since we all know what happened, or do we? I always wondered why she never made a diss song about her or the situation. I don't count Da Brat's diss verse on "Loverboy", since it wasn't MC herself addressing it. Especially since Brat's verse had absolutely nothing to do with the "Loverboy" theme. Honestly, if I was JLo, I wouldn't even care about the "I don't know her" diss. It's pure immaturity, in my opinion. I just feel that if she was really that bothered by it, then why not address it like a mature adult (like she did with Demi Lovato), or just simply move on. It's not like MC's career really failed due to that whole situation (at that point in time). The failed Glitter era happened due to overworking and bad timing (9/11), not because of JLo. Besides, if it wasn't for that fail, she wouldn't have had her infamous comeback. I believe we all need failure at some point in our lives to become better at one thing or another. I personally love Glitter (movie and soundtrack).
