"Vision of Love" 17 June 2016 (63,579) by Billy from Greece
The woman is a true vision of love personified. Simply divine.

Re: The makeup (63,573) (63,578) by Bill from the UK
Lol did I actually read that? Where has it ever been written or said by either party that Stella personally applies Mariah's makeup? Whatever next.

Demi (63,577) by Otti from Belgium
Mariah Carey is always surrounded by jealousy and hate. Do you know why? Because she has it all. Think of her video's like "Honey", "Heartbreaker", "We belong together". If you compared her with her competions like Whitney and Celine, who are only famous by their songs. Every young female copies Mariah. From Britney to Demi, but they forget one thing, Mariah has the voice, and she can do whatever she wants with her voice. The big hair, body en sexiness, but her songs are too good to. And Miss Demi is so frustrated, when she starts to hate, with no reason. Haters gone hate. Ariana can't sing, she is a good imitator, she proves that more than once, from Shakira to Britney.

Vegas (63,576) by Will from England
Why does Vegas need to end, in order for Mariah to record an album? Celine has done it many times during her residency there, and even though she doesn't write her songs, has put out some good albums with strong material (mostly). I don't understand this mentality. People once lamented the fact that she rarely performs live/performs infrequently, that now she's doing her residency, performing frequently, they want her to stop. Recently, Vegas has been Mariah's more successful venture by far in terms of publicity, performance wise (the TGIFY performance(s) have stolen the show and gets her to flex those chords) and (for her) profit wise. She's not the stupid to stop something that actually is working for her and having a positive effect. She's regained her confidence on stage, and her voice is better than ever, plus she's probably in profit now. We know she has a tendency to walk away quickly if it's not working. The drink? Gone. Vanished. Angel Champagne? Remember that was going to be a think? MAC lipstick? Has not mentioned it at all. Films? They take time to produce and put together. HSN/perfumes? Need I say more? We won't be getting another Mariah album for, I guess maybe, a year or two. She may want to get back to the studio, but that doesn't always mean that the results would be worth putting out. "Triumphant" taught her (and us) that. Right now, she's in one place, singing the hits people want to hear (and doing so spectacularly), spending time with her kids and whatnot, and between then can record in a studio and slowly put together an album. Right now, Vegas is working for her, so I think she'll stay there for as long as she can.

The makeup (63,573) by Natalia from Italy
I know I have seen a few others post about the fact that M has been wearing way too much makeup lately. Seriously, her face is flawless, she doesn't need so much makeup. It seems as if Stella has way too much control over her these days.

Re: Demi (63,572) by Natalia from Italy
Mariah does come off as somewhat petty, catty, and immature at times, but that is what this society has come to. It's the norm. I would never use the word "nasty" to describe her though.

Mariah last 2 IG posts (63,571) by Butterfly from
Major diss to Nick. Did she have a divorce party? I like ice post is a respond to "What happened to the rings? Did she fling 'em out?"

Re: The Demi disturbance (63,564) (63,570) by 90sMariah from SG
Then maybe Demi shouldn't have made those baseless conclusions. Maybe she shouldn't have come for Mariah. Maybe she shouldn't have tried it on the day of her Granny's passing. You cannot blame the lambs for expressing their anger on her social media accounts. Respect is earned, not given.

Athough I still dont agree, it is pointless arguing about this. I am a realist and I need to respect your opionion. I am moving on. Have a wonderful weekend, my lovely lambchop sibling from lambly island. Tata.

Mariah's makeup/hair (63,567) by Jonathan from United States
Hey guys I know I rarely post but trust me I lurk on here everyday. I just wanted to say i'm honestly just waiting for Mariah to fire Kristopher and Stella as her hair and makeup team and hire Anthony Elliott. I think he would have to change his style a little to fit Mariah but I'm interested in what he could do. I'm a guy and I really know nothing about hair/makeup but this man's transformations are incredible to me. Check out his Instagram and YouTube. Also he does natural hair because I can't really recall Mariah rocking a wig unless she does sometimes and I just don't notice but I think she does wear weave at times. I don't know so let me stop but I dream for the day she comes out with short hair. Maybe she can test the waters with a wig.

Re: I Don't Wanna Cry (63,559) (63,566) by 123 from USA
Sorry Giovanni but I will have to disagree with you. Vegas caused Mariah to finally put in work on the live portion of her career. With three shows a week she was going to either sink or swim and she decided to swim. Initially Mariah was worried about having to do 3 shows a week but now that she's worked on her voice she says it's nothing for her. I want her to continue to do Vegas as it's done wonders for her live performances. Vegas is no longer where legends go to retire. Chris Brown is a young hot artist and he has had a residency out there as well. I read an article that said word around Vegas is that Mariah is sounding like the 90s and the guy went to watch her and raved about TGIFU and posted it for others to watch. Isn't it great that her live vocals are getting her positive press instead some staged TMZ video. It also makes her accessible to the public to go and watch her. I don't mind her being queen of Vegas since Elvis is the king. Lol.

Re: I Don't Wanna Cry (63,561) (63,565) by Giovanni from USA
Exactly, I'm sick of Vegas lol. Mariah's getting her money but I'm also selfish and would rather her focus on making an epic album and slay everybody. I'd also be perfectly fine if that was her last album and called it quits. But I don't know if I'll ever get a chance to see her live. Going to Vegas is not a problem but I just don't like Vegas. However if she came to my city I would. On the "Adventures of Mimi" tour Mariah came to Houston but I was too young at the time. I always wished I could have gone because it's one of my favorite tours from her.

Re: The Demi disturbance (63,524) (63,564) by Martyn from England, UK
I agree with all of this. I'm not a big Demi fan (although Cool For The Summer was one of the best songs to come out of 2015) but seeing Mariah fans post lamb emojis on a photo she had posted the day her grandma died made me feel a little sick inside. Demi's comments were misguided, but Mariah has planted the seeds and others can't be blamed for jumping to conclusions. I just hope Mariah learns from this. There's nothing I'd love more than to hear Mariah praising other female artists in interviews.

Re: I Don't Wanna Cry (63,559) (63,561) by Martyn from England, UK
Whilst I totally agree that Vegas needs to end so we can get a new album, the selfish part of me wants her to extend it until next year because I'm travelling the States for 2 months and it would be a dream come true to see her there.

Re: Divorce Papers (63,550) (63,560) by RibbonB from USA
Dude, the comments that I made were based on the accusations people have made on this board. I didn't say any of them were facts, but the pictures and snap chats of her activities are the receipts that could be taken into court if he has to fight for joint custody. You should read more carefully before you respond flying off the handle. If, could and possibly do affect the meaning of things. So your post with all those extreme comments are what you said. My posts really have been about concern for how she could be perceived. So, while some think her partying on video is cute, I have said it could affect how she is perceived by the public or in court if it gets to that. Note the if.

Re: I Don't Wanna Cry (63,558) (63,559) by Giovanni from USA
No way, that's enough already lol. If she extends it one more time she should just let us know she's retired and done with music. Vegas was okay for one or two times but she's extending it way too long.

I have just watched yesterday's performance of IDWC and I have to say, I am very very impressed. I hope Mariah plans on extending this residency until next year when I am more financially able to see her there.

Yes I was surprised too. Even in Germany the press is defending Mariah. Normally it's all about the "diva-things" but this time they stand behind Mariah.

Honesty? (63,554) by THE TRUTH from USA
Sorry but all of you who are talking about Nick's honesty in that so called "freestyle" have drank the lemonade. Releasing that awful mess was brilliant from a PR standpoint, but he has been Machiavellian from the start. He played his cards well from day one. Rode yours truly all the way to the bank, AGT fame and back. As far as the well being of their kids well as shamelesly as they have been exploited neither one of them have a leg to stand on in the parenting department. Anybody who is thinking the delay in signing divorce papers had anything to do with love and not money is asleep at the wheel. Exploiting dem babies for more publicity it really is disgusting. Truth be told that marriage was a PR stunt and so is this new one which by the way will never happen. All that said, Mariah shouldn't be talking bad about her 90s era, that's when she shined and there's no reason to be ashamed of that. It's post 2001 which is so sad.
