Through the rain (47,689) by Tiina from Finland I'm so happy that Mariah is doing better and I wish everyone could see that. It's not about being perfect (which she can be in the studio) but she has improved a lot since the tour started, I mean a lot, so you got to give it to her (it's so true when they say that Mariah should never be counted out). Could be that she's been lifted emotionally by the special love that Asia has for her. Exactly what she needs now. I think she went on tour to connect with her fans to get the support she needs. She needs love to carry her through the sadness and disappointment of what's going on in her personal life. Too bad the tour started on a sour note but what matters is that she got through it and is shining again, she's trying. You know, I may criticize Mariah or talk about the state of her voice here (because I care, that's why I analyze) but I'm a huge fan and will never stop believing in Mariah, that's for sure. Last time I checked and for 16 years he's been the sole owner of MCArchives. For those who want to moderate, try putting together your own website, these days is not that difficult, you can have your very own Utopian la-la Land, so you could ban those fans that disagree with you're "my-way or no way" point of view. Stop telling people what to post or not to, it is getting tired. Let people express themselves for heaven sake. If someone is not impressed with any of Mariah's performances and states it, does that make him/her a hater? Do we have to go on a witch hunt for a one line statement now? And whatever happen with men being a little bit more polite towards women? Or is bitchiness the new go to go now? Hero in Manila (47,680) by Jenny from South Africa This is the best I've heard MC sing Hero in years. Like before the Emancipation era. It gave me goosebumps. I haven't liked the way she's sung the first line and the "no one reaches out a hand" line since her Adventures Of Mimi tour. This was the first performance since then where she's sung those lines like she originally used to and it sounded beautiful. I'm so happy for her. The entire song was beautiful. And she looks like she's feeling so comfortable and confident and serene like she knows she's sounding amazing again. I love miss Carey so much. I'm so proud of her. Haha but where is everyone who said Mariah's voice was gone because that performance was off the chain. So impressed. The internet was blowing up with news of her lost vocals, but now she's killing it and no one is talking about it. Mariah is a legend. People enjoy knocking you down. Lord knows when she will perform again here in the Philippines. The crowd is very lively the entire show. Singing along and dancing to her songs. Mara, so true (47,670) by Orkun from The Netherlands Mariah can only be compared to herself since she is in a league she rules. No one can deny that. She is definitely improving and you calling this a "rebirth" is very much in place. She lips less and getting back in shape like 3 steps at a time. Perfect? No. Better? Oh yes. To me, it looks like she is back on earth. It's sweet that Sharon Osbourne defended her by saying "She could have lipped the whole thing but she chose not to." It was a very nice save but I don't agree. It's a concert. And no, she couldn't have lipped the whole thing. Mariah is recreating/remembering her inner fire. Back to basics. To me, these are signals of a huge comeback with a new album. We can smell the victory already. It's very very near.
