Abraham, The Art Of Letting Go (46,922) by Xavier Peoples from United States Mariah has performed the song twice that I know of. Once on the Jimmy Fallon show and again on a New Years Eve special. I think when she sung it on Fallon that she only sang bits and pieces of it. And I read in an interview that her favorite song off of MIAM is "Cry". She said that she knows it isn't a hit and proceeded to give whatever reason why it's her favorite. I don't remember the reasons she gave. (Wednesday 24 September 2014; 2:27)

Correct me if I'm wrong? I don't know why some people don't like it, or think her voice sounds "dry" or "ugly". That's not true at all. I for one love the song and think she sounds amazing. It's one of my favorites. Too bad there was no video. Also, anyone else wonder what is Mariah's favorite song from "MIAM"? If I had to guess, I'd go with "Cry" or "Heavenly". Mimi L. (46,918) by Abraham from USA As far as I'm concerned, there were never any rumors of Dwanye and Mariah dating. They never were seen together again after the "Hercules" premiere. Although some of things you posted about Dwanye are true. You can't speak for everyone. And I have nothing personal against him. I can tell he's a good man with a good heart, but I just couldn't see him with Mariah. He has someone anyways. And I stand by what I posted. Wanting a new relationship should be the furthest thing on her mind as of now. Not only is it "too soon". She has more important things she should be focusing on. If she was retired, it'd be a different story. But she's not. She needs to worry about getting her voice back in shape. And as good and strong as she possibly can. She's touring so people are going to be expecting to hear her not only sing live, but good. At least I would. I know if I was a music legend like Mariah and my career went down, I was having issues with my voice and got a divorce. Wanting a new relationship would be the last thing on my mind. I'd be focused on working on my voice, music and being more successful. I hope I don't sound like a jerk or rude, because some should more and less know by my posts that I loveMariah. I often thought Mariah did the polar opposite (46,912) by Michele from USA There are so many extreme opposites between Mariah's two marriages. Besides the age difference, there's also the length of engagement. I think Mariah and Tommy were engaged for almost two years, while Mariah and Nick were only engaged for what, five days? Mariah and Tommy's wedding was this huge production with so many guests and something like 26 flower girls. (My apologies if my facts are not all straight; I'm at work, ha ha.) Her wedding to Nick was very small and intimate with only like 12 guests. It's almost like she really made it a point to be so different from her first marriage. (Tuesday 23 September 2014; 15:48)

Media on Mimi's lovelife (46,909) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines I generally don't like, in fact, I try to refrain from commenting on Mariah's lovelife out of respect for her, I guess, since she's a celebrity and even stars like them should at the very least have their personal relationships to themselves especially since every other part of their lives is out in the open, even if they as people are public domain. So I'm fine with who Mariah wants to be with, whether I like the person or not, or whether the timing is right or not. Whatever makes her happy is great. I just hate how the media overblows everything about her lovelife. I mean I'm no stranger to the internet or how it works, and that the rumors of her getting closer with other celebs may very well be true, but the super-sensationalized headlines just make it seem like she's on the prowl for a new boytoy. There's nothing wrong if she's looking for love right now, it's just that the media spins it in a way that makes her look like hot on the heels of her separation, she has moved on so quickly from a 6-year marriage, as if she didn't value it at all. I know Nick is surrounded by the same rumors as well, but I just care about Mariah here. Let Nick do his thing and be the one to be talked about in a negative light. That being said, I hope Mariah will find the one someday, other than the kids she's got to show for, she's been quite unlucky in love. Marissa / Nikki (46,907) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Marissa, I completely agree with what you said about her wanting the dominant position in the family after being abused by Tommy, which is understandable and she tried the polar opposite situation and that didn't end well. So it's true the relation should have a balance where they work as a team and not leader-follower. Nikki, you mentioned some really good points which I had in my mind but I completely forgot to write. I don't know what makes Abraham dislike Dwayne but Dwayne is possibly one of the best celebrities to date. He has been so successful in different professions, which is not easy. He gets lead roles in big movies ranging from epic to comedy. Let's not even get into his legendary wrestling status. He is super rich, does not have a bad image, is considered to be very friendly with a sense of humor (which we know Mariah loves). He is mature and homely. He sometimes sings too which is cute. I think Dwayne is a major catch. Apart from these the man lacks nothing in the looks department as well. Fit as anything, gorgeous face and an electrifying smile (another thing common with Mariah). Plus they are in close age range, no one would dominate the other since they are equally well off. I said this before, I didn't know who on earth NC is before MC. Even now I just know he hosts AGT and some other gigs. On the other hand, the whole world (even people who don't watch wrestling) knows who The Rock is. Thought on Dwayne Johnson (46,905) by nikki from usa Abraham, I think you have something against him for simply having muscles. Nick has those too and MC seems to be into that. If MC would ever hook up with him it would be because they have so much in common. They both like children, are around the same age, family-oriented, and his fortune is closer to Mariah's in stature. They both reached the pinnacle of their respective professions and are already legends. They both are seeking different avenues within the field to enlarge their brand. Mariah's an Aries and enjoys sports and action films. She hung from a rope over the ocean in Honey, she and Luis went bungee jumping together, and she loves roller-coasters. He's action oriented, so they would have a lot of fun together. Hercules is an awesome movie and he's starred in kids movies too. Overall, career and life-wise, they're in the same league. Mariah's love life (46,903) by Marissa from USA I think Mariah needs a manly man and should have had one all along, but she was traumatized by Tommy which led her to go to the polar opposite end of the spectrum to someone childish. Let's keep it real, she wanted someone who would let her be in the driver's seat of the relationship, someone that wasn't going to ask her to modify her lifestyle. Ideally, I'd like to see Mariah in a relationship where there's a balance of power: the man isn't controlling and the woman isn't running everything. I think any person having absolute power in a relationship is unhealthy. Now that Mariah has seen both sides of the coin, it would be interesting to see if she would want someone with a balance of both childlike (not to be mistaken with childish) and manly qualities or choose someone who's basically Nick 2.0. Abraham, maybe you didn't read my post properly. I said "out of Mariah's rumored boyfriends after her split with Nick". Shemar Moore wasn't rumored to be her boyfriend. If I had to choose from any celebrities I can obviously name a lot of people who would make a great pair with Mariah. But like I said, I was choosing from the rumors. Plus I do think Dwayne deserves Mariah. He is an international superstar. Almost everyone knows who "The Rock" is. He did Hercules just a while back which was got him positive reviews. He was a part of many well known movies. The man is good at comedy and serious roles. He is hot and handsome. He seems very humble and has a good sense of humor. I really don't see why Mariah wouldn't like him. As for Nick, I also did mention that it's her choice if she wants him back, I don't have any complains, her happiness is more important and if Nick makes her happy so be it but seems like lately he only makes her miserable with his antics. And I do not agree that love should be the last thing on her mind, she is a human being first and an entertainer second. She deserves love as much as the rest of us. Well said, Mimi L. (46,896) by Michele from USA Mariah should be with a manly-man. While there is no reason now to rant about Nick, I for one have never cared for him or his appearance. I remember always looking at his bony fingers and going, "Ewwww, he touches MC with those hands?" Ha ha. He's just not a handsome man. The Rock, on the other hand... meow. They would make a good-looking couple. In my personal humble opinion, the best-looking man Mariah dated was Luis Miguel. It just made sense. They looked great together.
