Mariah's dating rumors (46,894) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Out of all the rumored MC boyfriends after her split with Nick Cannon, I'd say I will root for the one with Dwayne Johnson. Yes yes I am aware that it's not true and they were pictured together just once, I still root for him. If Mariah chooses to go back to Nick, it's fine, I mean at the end of the day it's her life and I would want her to be with whoever makes her happy. But if it comes down rumors, I would love to see Mariah date Dwayne. After seeing how childish and immature Nick is (from his motor mouth to him dressing as a teenager) I'd say Mariah deserves a manly man. And Dwayne is just that. A handsome, sexy, confident, world famous celebrity in his own right and humble. I didn't know who Nick was before MC, but I've know about "The Rock" even before I was a lamb. As many of us know MC and BR have been friends for ma years since their last teens. BR was once the boyfriend of Brenda K. Starr for which the original I still believe is about him. Funny thing is he (Brett) directed Mariah's video for I still believe in 1998. So I believe Brett and MC are very good friends and nothing more then that. That is so funny that you brought up Say Somethin' as this past week I listened to some mix cds from the mid 00s that were in a case I forgot about in my car, and the David Morales remix was on one I had made. One thing I realized in hindsight that I didn't in 06 was the scatting she kinda does towards the end, which reminded me of the Anytime You Need A Friend club remixes. Anywho, I love it, but from what I remember I wasn't a fan of the hip hop remix. Then during a long drive I had to do I listened to It's Like That Davis Morales mix, We Belong Together Peter Rauhoffer mix, a Shake It Off club mix I have no idea who by and it wasn't as popular, and then the Say Somethin' one so too bad I didn't have the Dont Forget About Us. I remember hearing that at the club every week for months, can't believe it's been so long ago. Actually Say Somethin' was the first song I heard from TEOM, I forgot about that, crazy because it only ended up being the last single and imo underrated. (Monday 22 September 2014; 7:50)

Heartbreaker (46,889) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines I've read several reviews of this song and it's just sad that critics were generally mixed about it, especially during its release. I believe a lot of the dislike it received back then was because it was Mariah's fourth consecutive use of the her signature sampling formula for her upbeat lead singles, which is quite unfair as it's still a great song that has aged well and could still be a hit in 2014, and would trump most of today's hits because it isn't just a braindead ode to sex or dancing. While I personally feel it doesn't have the same impact as Fantasy or Honey, I still believe it's a solid offering both lyrically and musically. It's quite smart because you'd never guess from its upbeat, fun, vibe that it's actually a sad song. Sure, it showcases Mariah's slightly changed (more nasal, raspier, and airier) vocals, but her performance is still no less than amazing. Plus, you've got to be a pop genius to be able to come up with three hooks that each stand on their own as different parts of the song and meld them together seamlessly for the finale of a song. That's not to say the verses ain't great either. Plus, knowing it was rushed along with the rest of the album makes it even more impressive and is a testament to Mariah's work ethic and quality control even under difficult circumstances. No other song could've opened Rainbow better. Happy 15th birthday to the first pop/R&B with a guest rap feature to ever top the charts. Love playing it incessantly. (Monday 22 September 2014; 5:10)

Butterfly (46,887) by Anthony Basco from Cardiff, Wales This one song cements Mariah as one of the greatest lyricists of all time. It sums up so perfectly a feeling and a situation and in such few words. It's overwhelming. My husband and I are separating and indeed moving on from each other. I love him with all my heart and he feels the same, but I feel like one of the wild horses who needs to run unbridled before my spirit dies. Why did I marry him then? Because I loved him, and thought that came above everything. But I need to go away for a while and discover me or else I'll never be able to truly give myself to the person I love. Basically though, Butterfly is an incredible song, and proves just how deeply not only Mariah feels but how she can translate those deep feelings into lyrics and melody. Revisiting "old Mariah" (46,883) by May from Denmark Does anyone remember those days? The "real Mariah" hahaha, the video is fun. "Drinking from people's cup." Mariah right now is looking radiant and happy as in that video, very uplifted. She has been adding more countries to the tour, I wonder if she will surprise us with another last one in the next days? New look (46,882) by LC from USA Mariah looks incredible. She really hasn't looked this beautiful and radiant since her days on Idol. I think if she keeps this look up, her image will improve vastly. I don't know how to describe it, but she has that "cute, yet sexy" look going on again, that she had going on during the Music Box-Butterfly era. She just looks wonderful. Mariah look is not new though (46,881) by May from Denmark I love how happy she is looking lately and all the time she is spending with her kids and letting us know, the pictures are lovely. But I don't think this is a "new look", her look in the aquarium is the type she wears every time she does relaxing things with her kids, that outfit is exactly the same she wore last year for their Disney visit and other moments. The mermaid dresses and other gorgeous ones have been worn all at events and a couple of promos. It might simply seem that she changed her image because most of the pics she has been sharing lately are candid family ones or taking a stroll. I do like when she keeps it simple with a one piece dress and just some heels. I have to say the hats are so in, just last week went out for a walk to down town here where I live in Denmark and all the stores had hats in exhibit exactly like the ones Mariah have been wearing, I have seen a lot of gloves going on as well. I love when she wears gloves but it depends the occasion. The hats make her look super glam and sophisticated, I really dig them. On stage I do like her wearing long dresses and very sparkly things but she probably is one of the very few artists who had never relied or had to rely on outfit props for her shows. I don't deny once I would love to see her dressed as a mermaid on a tank on stage lol but that's so beyond from happening haha. (Sunday 21 September 2014; 15:52)

She claims to be a lamb, yet not only does she criticize Mariah's personal life, but she also spreads lies as if they were truth. She wants to bring up Jennifer Lopez all the time and compare her to Mariah like they're on the same level, yet she forgets to say that Mariah is a legend with one of the best talents in the music industry, while Jennifer (who she claims is so much more relevant and successful than MC) cannot sing, has a heavily promoted new album that struggled to sell half of what MIAM sold, and is just desperately clinging on to her ass(ets) to remain relevant. I just don't understand why Wendy seems to try and destroy Mariah. Is she bitter, jealous? I don't know. But, for some reason whenever Mariah's name is brought up, she says the most horrible things. Loving this "new" Mariah (46,876) by Z from United States I have to say, Mariah looks flawless and so much younger. She looks absolutely amazing. She has a glow going on, especially in those aquarium pics. Those jeans and top with her hair done, she looks confident and secure. I noticed she has on a pair of black heels still. Which are just enough sexy. I think she should keep this look going. It will help her image wise and not give those gossip hounds anything to say about her appearance. Seems when she doesn't try hard, she looks even better. Leave all those tight outfits and cleavage screaming ensembles to those "booty loving females" who try "way to hard". Take a look at Jennifer L new video for one. She has nothing else, not to mention cannot sing, so she has to join the masses with the obsession of the "baby got back" fad. I think these females like the Kim K's of today have to dress that way because they have nothing else. It makes them laughable. MC is stunning and should be a confident woman who can show that she knows it. She doesn't need to joing those other followers. She can walk around in that outfit with jeans, a simple top and sexy sleek heels and really work it. She has that class about her that she can pull it off and manage to look even better. Just look how all of us are remarking about how gorgeous she looked. Mariah, I just have to say if you should see this, you are glowing and look amazing. Whatever you're doing, it's working.
