VH1 Divas (69,043) by darrian liu from taiwan
From the clips I think in some parts she sounded identical to the Disney ABC special but in some parts she sounded live. So idk, mixed feelings about this. I just hope that this special, the Disney thing, MW and the upcoming Carpool Karaoke can propel AIWFCIY on the Hot 100. On a side note, AIWFCIY is starting to make big gains and it's pretty obvious that she will debut next week on the Hot 100. Fingers crossed for a top 10.

Giving the people what they want (69,042) by Nikki from usa
There's nothing more despicable than taking gossip as gospel without any context and decide you're going to judge people off that. It really wouldn't require much to turn anyone on Mariah, especially on this board where a good witch hunt is always welcome. When Mariah is sweet, charitable, and dresses like a Mormon nobody cares. She did a great deal of it in 2014 being fully clothed and the media as well as her fan base was nothing but crickets. Can you even name 3 extremely charitable things Mariah did in the past 5 years? Neither could the media because nobody cares. People will always come for Mariah because she's an easy target and there are no consequences. Mariah is known for her tardiness, so that's hardly news, and this guy is complaining about something that happened 7 years ago. Mariah's fiance dumped her and a month later she's "dating" someone else. Nick knocked up a woman he doesn't care about, better not mention that, or the pure hypocrisy that would envelope Mariah's life if she were the one pregnant by someone she didn't care about might become overwhelmingly apparent. What people seem to forget being caught up in the hype is the purpose for this docuseries. Mariah doesn't know when or even if she will ever tour again. She's giving you the best of the best of her live performances, creating music, what it takes to put on a tour, and even bringing back Bianca for kicks. You might find that there isn't staged drama as much as there are skits, you might even find its not Mariah who winds up with Tanaka if you're familiar with Heartbreaker. In which case, Mariah just played a lot of people like a fiddle who will soon find egg on their face. Mariah will get her say in this, so in true fashion, I guess you'd better not watch. She's not a gossip column. I wonder how much Mariah actually spent on the wedding and what that huge mansion lease with a staff of 50 will cost her after Packer left her with his bill? Wait, too much context. Mariah's a cheating golddigger who only cares about herself. She's not a good mom and everyone knows whoever lives with the kids can't date.

Re: Divas clips (69,037) (69,041) by RibbonB from USA
I read from someone who said they were there, that she lipped the AIWFC performance, did the one song and left and that she did not make the final bow with the other divas. So I am not sure why one article said she sang several of her songs.

I understand where you're coming from. I agree Teyanna actually has a nice voice, but she is known more for how she got her body back so quickly after having a baby. I really did not didn't understand why she was added to the show.

Re: Divas clips (69,038) (69,039) by Haiji Toro from USA
Well I'm at a point where I don't really care anymore honestly lol I won't get my hopes up. I'm just wondering how she'll pull that off singing with other divas or in a group. Her lipping in a duet or group would be ridiculous and embarrassing. I just hope she doesn't start throwing shade at the younger singers, like Teyana Taylor. I also heard Sarayia from Empire will be performing as well. At first I wasn't sure about having younger, up and coming singers join but now I think it's good. It's nice to see all different types of divas share the stage, maybe the new ones will learn a little something. Teyana is actually a great singer. I'm just upset that she's now starting to get her name out there after so many years, but in a bad way (half naked in Kanye's video).

Re: Divas clips (69,034) (69,038) by Licia from USA
Thanks for the clip. It does seem like she prerecorded and lipped which I don't understand. Hopefully we are both wrong.

No problem. I could be wrong. I hope that I'm wrong. Does anyone know what other songs did she perform?

Interesting. See to me it doesn't seem that way. But we all hear differently. Esither way thanks for sharing the video.

Re: Freak show (69,031) (69,035) by MusicfanJ from Germany
I'm afraid too. I'm so fed up with the "headlines" that she makes today. Of course she could "retire" and just enjoy the money without doing anything in the musicbiz or should I say showbiz. However what I can't understand is why is she ok with that image. Doesn't she know it (what the media says and writes) or is it so simple that she doesn't care? Or she thinks this is the modern way to sell anything? All my hopes are for 2017. I try to say something positive but it's not easy. Please no realityshow, please real artistry. I'll watch "Anytime you need a friend" the video. That song is simply from heaven sung by our loved and imperfect angel.

She looks really pretty and young. Unfortunately, it sounds prerecorded and looks lipped.

Re: Piers Morgan tells Mariah to grow up (69,015) (69,032) by Special K from USA
The 12 hour wait really bothers me to the core. It's so disrespectful and rude. Mariah clearly doesn't respect or see the value in other people's time because she really feels it's all about her. Sounds like an egotistical bitch to me. I'm really surprised Sharon Osborne didn't tell her ass off. Another thing that stands out for me is that Mariah didn't want to sing live. Really Mariah? Lazy ass. So not only is Mariah 12 hours late, she does a half ass performance lip synching to a prerecorded track. Now that is damn right ridiculous. With that being said, I'm a little cautious to take everything this dude is saying as the gospel truth.

What is wrong with this woman? I am afraid it's all a freak circus show now.

Re: Piers Morgan tells Mariah to grow up (69,015) (69,030) by Marissa from USA
I agree with a lot of what he said but I'm irritated that it was him who spoke out. Mainly because he isn't a lamb and I think the only person who should go in on Mariah to this level is someone who really loves her and has followed her career. Piers Morgan seems like he's always bitter, mad and complaining and Mariah was just a new and convenient target to unleash on, so even though I agree with his points, I'm having a hard time receiving it because I know it isn't coming from a place of love or genuine concern, but just wanting another person to talk [censored] about.

Mariah's reality show (69,029) by Butterfly from
Mariah's reality show is starting tomorrow. If you have any respect for the artist Mariah Carey and her legacy don't watch. Do we want this show to be canceled? Don't give them any ratings. I've been a fan for 19 years, it's not easy to boycott a Mariah project. Do the right thing lambs.

I also think they can both [censored] off. Crazy to be paid so much money to pass judgement and talk [censored].

Re: Piers and Wendy need to shut up (69,025) (69,027) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
That seems to be the only defense by most "real lambs". It's either "she could have done worse" or "someone else did something worse than her, so Mariah shouldn't be blamed".

Re: Today Show IV (69,000) (69,026) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
I completely missed your message. I saw those pictures and I feel like it wasn't her crotch that was visible, it was more like a scar/shadow/mark on her inner thigh. I could be wrong though, because UKMix practically had a meltdown over it, Mariah Network said they won't post it on their site and all. I hope to Lord it wasn't a crotch moment, because I can't handle a crotch moment after the major and stark nip slip situation in the beach. I was like Mariah, girl, you are staging pictures, cringe worthy as it is, now you are also staging nip slips, and that wasn't an "almost nip slip" it was straight up blatant.

Re: Piers and Wendy need to shut up (69,024) (69,025) by Webmaster Eric from the Netherlands
So your only defense for her actions is that she can do worse? Doesn't it worry you that there are less and less fans who like her?

Piers and Wendy need to shut up (69,024) by Lee from USA
I mean, Wendy calls Mariah crazy and desperate. Well. that's funny coming from a talk-show host that copped her style and practically begged Mimi to be on her [...] show for the last 7-8 years. Wendy should look in a mirror more often, but they would probably shatter. As for Piers, where's the hell was he when other celebrities were doing worse and wearing less? His [censored] won't go after Lady Gaga when she put out that nude workout video because the little monsters would crush him where he stood. Hell, he was a no-show when Trump ran for president (and won), when Miley Cyrus went bad, and when Rihanna, Katy Perry, and others are running wild with their asses hanging out. People with meltdowns can't do half the [censored] that she's doing now. She is doing a docu-series and a bunch of concerts. For the people who have been ripping into her [...].

Brett Ratner (69,023) by Licia from USA
Anybody heard from him since this debacle happened? If the whole breakup was real this must put him in an awkward position. He's friends with the both of them and Stella too. Who do you choose? Your business partner and friend of many years or your Aries sister who you've also known for many years? That's going to be hashed out on season two of MW. Lol.

Re: Piers Morgan tells Mariah to grow up (69,015) (69,022) by Lila from United States
I agree with everything he said but I'm stuck like all hell on that 12 hour wait. 12 hours Mariah? That's ridiculous. She needs to come back to Earth. It's not cute to be late all the time, keep the fans and audiences waiting and whatnot. I don't care if she's a diva, how much money she has, or the hard work she's done. I'm highly repulsed by the fans that give those excuses for her behavior. She's not the first nor the only person to work hard, or to have great talent at something, to have made something of them self, and didn't come from money, and we have to continue to do these things throughout our life, no excuses.

Article: Piers Morgan: "Grow up Mariah!" (69,021) by Tony Freitas from Brazil
I truly hope she reads this piece of gold advice. I know Aries people tend to refuse to mature, but she's more like mental than immature. Gosh.

Re: Beach picture (69,002) (69,020) by Lila from United States
I think it would help if she picked some better jewelry designs to wear during the day. She likes to pick pieces that are more so meant to be for evening attire and I just straight up hate this one and that necklace that she wore on Ellen. Those designs were a waste of diamonds. These are three, past, Van Cleef and Arpel designs that I think are cute and could be rocked during the day without aging the wearer. I think they're classy and sophisticated yet fun. This is a set Mariah wore back in 2013, I think it was. I don't know if she owns this set or just borrowed but I could see it translating to day rather nicely because of the different shapes of the diamonds. They make it look cute and young instead of harsh. It would also be great if she threw in some color and other types of stones instead of just plain white diamonds. Color, done right, can really make you look young and bright. And yes, no more bathtub or beach moments.

She looked cute on the red carpet. I do like the idea of the toy soldier outfit and theme. I just wish she would have covered Frick and Frack up a little. Just a tiny bit. Hope the voice was on point.
