(New York City) Honestly if all these recent publicity stunts are the brain child of Stella for me it is time for her to step aside and allow a manager and team who is competent and use to handling entertainers on the caliber of MC to step in. Also I have to question MC at this point because it's her talent, her image, and her brand being affected here. Mariah is a fully competent grown woman who can put a stop to all the nonsense being displayed lately inside Team Mariah so I just can't put all the blame on Stella I have to place equal blame on MC herself for all the extra nonsense going on with Team Mariah because she is the overall boss of this operation. A new TMZ article talks about how Mariah is apparently demanding $50 million from James because (a) she had to move from New York to Los Angeles for him and (b) the incident in Greece caused her so much trauma that she had to cancel her South American tour. I wonder how they are coping with all these. First the divorce, which from the looks of it was bad (although in classy Mariah way we didn't get any info since she never spoke about it, and we don't need it either), then suddenly out of nowhere this billionaire comes into their lives and every other month they board a yacht with him and go on month long vacations and then this man and Mariah rent a house together and the kids are probably wondering who he is. Then months after the engagement, while Mariah was preparing for her wedding, she still didn't tell them about what her plan is (that was so weird, like you need to let these kids ease into the transition). Now when they probably started understanding he is going to be their new dad, they have to deal with him being out of the picture. Mariah, all these drama and all may seem fun and all right now, but months from now, you will regret it. It won't do any harm to Stella or Liana or Bryan. People don't know them. Honestly if there was any sign of abuse MC did the right thing by leaving. On the other hand if all this is to drum up interest in Mariah's World I feel all parties involved are so corny and look very desperate. Honestly from where I am I believe if MC dropped the extra antics focused on her talent and limited herself to the yes men and side show she can easily regain her respect and reputation as a legendary icon and artist. What is it about being a superstar that requires (always rather plain looking) people to accompany you absolutely everywhere. Dinner is a dinner. Why does Stella et al. need to be at her side 24/7? I can't see any possible reason that doesn't come down to vanity. Or, perhaps, comfort. Perhaps superstars get too caught up in their own hype to be grounded? When they're starting out they always seem to shout out to somebody who "keeps me grounded", i.e., reminds them that they're just a bag of water with a mouth and asshole like the rest of us. Superstars get so big I imagine people are too afraid to do that. Or afraid of being cast aside. Now that she doesn't have a tour for a while it gives her lots of time to be messy as promo. There may be a surprise ending to this show and I am going to just laugh if it is what I think it is. If they came out and said "manager" we would all know exactly who they were talking about, hence the word assistant is a bit more vague. We also know Stella's personality is pretty confrontational, unless the assistant was Bryan but he was not in Greece at the time in September. What a mess this is. This has Stella's name all over it. Why feed the fire? Just say they are working things out behind closed doors and trying to resolve some issues or please respect our privacy as we take a break. Anything is better than what is going on. Why try to discredit a persons character? Do they have to state mentally unstable? If Packers team wanted, there are plenty of things they can come back at Mariah with as we have seen from the partying pictures all summer and throughout the tour. Stella needs to stop this and If Mariah ever needed to clean house, now is the time. She should enjoy her Christmas era and Beacon shows and focus on her kids and music. Maybe in the spring go over to South American and do a free public show or two for those fans who are so loyal to her but now very angry. I have to say that indeed maybe James really just found out about the Bryan footage. James doesn't seem to me to come off as a social media type as he seems to important and busy to care, therefore didn't see the pics we all saw during the tour. A lot of MW includes Bryan and Anthony going to zoos with MC and visiting landmarks in those countries so maybe it was too much for him to bear. Who knows? It would explain the abrupt exit of Bryan from Vegas though and maybe why and I hate to say this, maybe why Mariah added Hawaii shows around Thanksgiving. Since James doesn't usually tour with her, she would be able to spend time with Tanaka if he was visiting family over there. Listen to me with my adding fuel to the fire. He has a girlfriend, or had so as recently as earlier this year. Anthony Burrell is also straight (I don't know if he swings both ways and that's his choice) but he has a kid as well and was rumored to be involved with Rihanna at some point. Rumors and stories so far (67,593) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter A lot doesn't add up. We have so many contradictory stories. Let's make a list. (1) James dumped Mariah because Mariah is extravagant and because he doesn't want to be a part of the reality show. (Um okay so you are telling me that the man who owns one of the biggest water vessels and uses it for vacations year round, along with his private jet and multiple homes is going to have problems with Mariah's spending? Also if he didn't want to be a part of the reality show, it was discussed early on that he won't be a part of it. Then Mariah later said he is in some of it. But why would he suddenly decide he doesn't like it so close to the premier date?) (2) Mariah dumped James because of the alleged fight in Greece. (3) Mariah dumped James because he wasn't there for her and she found comfort in Bryan. (4) Mariah dumped James because James is mentally unstable and has been so for a while. (5) Things started going bad between them when James started suspecting Mariah of having an affair with Bryan which led James to ban/threaten Bryan. (6) The tension started when Mariah didn't attend James's sister's party, that and mother Packer never was fond of Mariah. These are the stories we have until date, let's see what more comes up.
