Re: Mariah's face (64,508) (64,555) by B from USA
It wasn't a direct response to anyone. I agree the spray tanning, contouring, and heavy eye makeup aren't doing her any favors.

Well why don't you start one instead of ranting on and on about it?

I think you make a good point Andrew, I just think people are doing all that they can now to get things moving again with Mariah, it's like the Mariah Movement. The points you have raised do make, why don't you start a petition if you think other areas should be prioritised. I'll gladly support it. Just saying.

Stella's children should not be in clubs (64,552) by Sheila from United States
These are children. Why are they in [...] at 2am in the morning. Fame [censored]. All of them. Those kids need to be in school and having a normal life. I'm surprised someone has not called child protective services. Kids came out of the blue and attached to the biggest selling female in history. Weird.

Petition (64,551) by Andrew from UK
Funny how everyone's so passionate about a petition to do with Mariah posting her own social media messages/over-the-top hatred of Stella and co., but there's never been word of a petition to do with her lip-sync, studio engineering, airbrushing, poor interviews, money-grabbing fan "meets", and so on. Good priorities [censored]. Think this goes to show, Mariah isn't a music artist to most people here, she's a living soap opera. [censored] Hashtag just saying.

Marissa / petition (64,548) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
Seems like somehow the petition ended up on UKMix and even though some of them think Stella won't let Mariah know about this, it is clear that they are still signing up for it regardless, because the number of supporters have gone up since the link was posted there.

I signed it too and forwarded it to other french lambs I know. A lot of them started to sign, hope we all (worldwild lambs) make it happen. I want Mariah back.

A little goes a long way I guess. They can start off by removing the toilet seat crotch grabbing pose, tooth pain pose, awkward dance pose (you know which one), deer caught in headlight pose and other such nice moments from the page.

Memories (64,542) by Jeff from USA
Hi everyone, I am a longtime member. I rarely post, but check the site daily. I am not sure if I'm just missing the old days, but I loved the times when the board was sharing stories of encounters, what the music means to us, and getting to know each other. I don't know what I'm hoping for by posting this, but I long for the happier times. Am I alone?

Petition (64,541) by Chicago Lamb from USA
This petition has the ability to make coverage on the Wendy Show. Mariah's team may improve somewhat (the social media), but her team has full confidence in what they are doing now. Bet on it.

Re: Re: Petition (64,519) (64,530) (64,540) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
My reasons for joining in:
1) The mess has bothered me, and continues to do so. I'm offended when people think that people think that's really Mariah who posted those.
2) This is probably a much nicer way to ask for change than to go on her page and drag "this girl" (which has now become the poor kid's new nick name) for something she probably doesn't know is a big deal. How is she supposed to know at this age that a celebrities social media is much bigger than just a photo journal? But she does get insulted a lot in the comments section.
3) This is probably the only way to reach Mariah at this point, unless of course someone can directly go up to her and say it. So I'll take what I get.
Anyways Travon, I still appreciate you and your posts and your love for Mariah. Nothing will change that, but I think people on this board are equally classy and insightful. We may all not agree on things, but we are all passionate. I read UKMix too and I have seen the drama that goes on there, which ultimately led to its lock down. It's good it has a lot of strict restrictions to keep the board in check, but that doesn't make the people there in general "classier" than this message board. They discuss the same things we do, but they take it further. 15 pages about Mariah's "fat face". 20 pages about sexual fantasies with Bryan Tanaka. I could go on. I have seen them complain about the social media too and that was why I thought they might be interested. But if it is against the rules, it's a whole other story. No hard feelings at all.

I signed it and tweeted it. I hope it works. I have a few interesting followers, would be big if one of them picked it up, but I'm not going to ask, just gotta see what happens.

Fading (64,538) by Tijl from Belgium
I miss my girl, my queen, my hero. I don't care if she wants to be Mariah, Mimi or MC. She is all that but lately I notice emptiness in her eyes. The entire "moment" with JP is just odd. I do not want to sponsor any haters but Stella needs to go. I truly feel Mariah is used once again for the benefit of others. "Come back baby 'cause we belong together." I really believe she completely has given up on her true soul.

Re: Petition (64,530) (64,537) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
I wouldn't ask anyone to do something that they do not agree with. The petition isn't about forcing people to join in. When I asked if you can post it, it was just to give it exposure, not to force anyone to sign it. I understand if you don't want to sign it, it's after all your choice how you want to use your voice. I don't consider myself to be holding any unrealistic expectations with this though. If it works, great, I can say we have at least managed to make one small change to better Mariah's image. If it doesn't, at least we tried. This isn't a petition where we are asking Stella Bulochnikov to be fired. It's a small change to use her social media for what it was meant for in the very beginning. Asking Mariah to come back to her own social media is hardly barbaric.

Live from Madison Square Garden part 2 (64,536) by SM from Citizen of the World
I always find myself watching her 1995 concert. I think it would be awesome if she teamed up with a network and performed another concert for the world to re introduce her new era and herself. I think she would just need this concert. Not no E. reality show, no more Vegas concerts, just fresh and new. Just a thought.

Re: Jermaine (64,526) (64,535) by Malcolm from Asia
Agree with you though. I always wonder what if she stick with "The Art of Letting Go" and released it on 2013 right after #Beautiful. Based on what she's saying, it could have been a visual album if that artist did not copy the idea, I guess there are unreleased videos for some of the tracks. That trailer accompanied with Make It Look Good will forever get me thinking that MIAM era would have been great (all aspects wise) if they stick to the original plan and release date. Who knows if that era were successful, we might not seeing the Bulochnikov's hanging around there in paparazzi shots, dealing with annoying hashtags and captions and slowly hiding the Mariah that we love. P.S. Let's all please sign the petition.

Good for you. I applaud your dedication. You have every right to do what you want to do. Every fan does. Not being rude sweety. I refuse to discuss this any further. I am not sending the petition as a message. Point, blank, and period. Thanks for doing what you see fit as a lamb and by the way I read the petition. You have made solid points but I just dont care at this point. Some lambs have taken so much fun out of everything that I don't know what is serious anymore. So I have become more prone to not caring at this point. I apologize to you. There was a time I did care more and you were a great supporter of that. Sorry for being so blunt lately. I will wait for new music and I will go from there. Love you sweety. Heading to take my nap.

Re: Weightloss? What weightloss? (64,514) (64,533) by ADAM from USA
Lol. I live for your posts Andrew. Mariah needs to just accept her physical features for what they are because she has made and continues to make herself a laughing stock. The delusion she must be under to photoshop her images to death. That what really kills it for me. Anyone with a half of brain can see that she's not near what she puts out. It's really a shame. Imagine how her children will grow up and adopt the same unhealthy body dismorphia?

Re: Petition (64,530) (64,531) by Marissa from USA
I can't guarantee that this petition will change anything but to me, it's better than nothing. People including myself come here to bitch and moan about the same social media issues almost daily. I think signing a petition is a more constructive way for people to express discontent than on Mariah's Instagram comments that are probably being blocked or are never read. My intention with this was for this hopefully to gain media attention (just like how our discontent with her lingerie outfit did) so more pressure can be put on the Bulochnikovs to either step down or step it up with their social media representation. This reminds me of how people say, "I'm not going to vote because it's not going to make a difference." It might not, but there is a possibility that it could, so why completely throw away your power? Maybe you personally aren't bothered by MC's social media trainwrecks, but for the people who do have an issue with it, I suggest that they try to do something and hope for the best. Also, I think it is rather rude and negative to declare something a failure before it even plays out. At least people are trying to use their voice for something ultimately good which is MC reconnecting with her fans. I'd take that over outsiders posting photos of her hand in her crotch and photoshopped pictures that are so blurry that it looks like someone put butter on the camera lens, but hey. I guess I'm acting like an out of control paparazzi by wanting better representation for a legend.

Re: Petition (64,519) (64,530) by TRAVON AUSTIN from United States
I do have an account but I will not be posting it. Some fans think this will create changes. Other fans think they could care less. Some fans are too obsessed and don't realize when they have become the same as the paparazzi or tabloids we hate. Fans are diferent. I am a realist. I do not beleive this petition will do anything. I actually think it will cause unrealistic expectations that will ultimately cause fans to get their hopes up. Also, UKMIX is not the same as this post. People there are more classy and they have to abide by restrictions that would make this type of advocating seem senselessness. I love you much Mimi L but I disagree with you this time. If you ask for me to sign, I will do it for you. Until I am asked, I won't affiliate myself with another failed attempt for Mariah to come back to everyone's different forms of reality. Love you sweety.

Your welcome Marissa. Thank you for the reply. I haven't signed the petition just yet because I wanna be able to get my thoughts together and write a little something as well, but I'm on break at work at the moment, so I will be doing that later tonight. I think you did a wonderful job overall with the petition, thank you for that. I pray it works.
